My tracking number is -U50330276 and the item is showing delivered but it is not delivered and receiver's name is Nxnnx... I donno who has done this as none o[censored]s received it..we didn't receive any call as well

I have booked courier on 9th Aug, 2021 and consignment number B78399771 from Dinnur, RT Nagar, Bangalore-560032 office. I was not able to track the consignment status in your tracker page. Today i visited office to check the status and response from concern person was not good. Few min back i came to know that my courier was booked on 11th Aug, 2021. 2 days they kept packet in their office and not responding to customer properly.
Please look in to this issue and inform customer well in advance about delay and keeping packets in your office for 2-3 days.

I am a regular customer of DTDC.
This is to bring your kind attention that the dtdc Satna branch, Rewa road (Madhya Pradesh ) will not dispatch the courier on time. They used to keep it in the office. We, customers has to collect it from the office. This is what happening always. This is the worst branch of DTDC. We customers are trusting DTDC, but these types of branches and officers will ... please do something for this. Hope you will take necessary action for this

I made 2bookings for one courier pick up by mistake. I wanted to cancel one of them and I wanted the other to be shipped. On the app, several time I tried to cancel but it’s not even responsive. Everytime I called the customer support executive over phone(more than 15times), they are simply listening to my problem and are hanging up the call. These people are highly unprofessionals with no manner and they are really cheating you. I am not sure if I am going to get any refund.

The concerned person didnt even visited for the pick up address and updated in the system pickup cannot be done due to improper packing .

Its a very urgent delivery and tillnow nothing was done !

I only requested him to carry a selotape for sticking the slip received over mail .
He simply denied and literally shouting on me .

Without even seeing the packing he updated the packing was not proper !!!
what type service is DTDC is giving .

I want an immediate refund of the amount .

I had placed an order online which was shipped through DTDC. AWB number: K50695755. However, when I'm trying to track my order DTDC is saying that no data is available against the given consignment number.
I'm attaching both the DTDC slip as well as a screenshot of the tracking report.
Please help.

I had sent a UPS from Siliguri to Bangalore tracking#D66162417 but was heavily damaged while transporting. PFA the pictures. I have tried to contact customer care, ticket#664952but no response yet.

My RS 10000/- UPS not functioning and broken now. Please compensate me for my damage.

Please help me with compensation at the earliest.

I have a complaint against DTDC. It's a height o[censored]nprofessionalism by DTDC team.

There is a delivery to be done by DTDC, Via docket no K50672224. I got a call from the delivery guy at 10:49 PM. I don't know which delivery boy call customer at night (almost midnight) where as he is supposed to deliver the parcel next day morning.
And what's the point to know to whom he is going to deliver the parcel and the relationship with "Care of" person.

When you are assigned to deliver a product to a specific address, you should do it by following the rules, and you will ensure that you will deliver the parcel to right person.

And after knowing where to deliver ( which was explained last night only) the delivery guy again called 8:19AM, don't know why, when you can call in the morning then why you called at 10:49PM at night.
And as we missed the call, he is not ready to take our calls since 8:44 AM, we have called 10 times before sending this mail but the guy not ready to take calls.

I need to take strong action against the delivery boy, this is ridiculous and hight o[censored]nprofessionalism.
Shame on DTDC.

I request you to please refund my extra amount as i was cheated by your member in sheikhpura(pin code:811105) office. I couriered a laptop(Dell Latitude) from sheikhpura(811105) to Gurugram(122001) on 10th July 2021 with consignment number D66440873. He charged me Rs 3200 by saying that he will give insurance and all and i was unaware of this scam, so i was in need so i paid him. But now i understood that he scamed me because in that consignment he never mentioned that i was sending a laptop. I have proof of this. So i request you to return my extra amount.

My courier with Tracking no- D87640625 and has been booked on 04/08/2021 form NOIDA for PATNA with proper address and phone number. It is supposed to be delivered on 08/08/2021 but its current status showing as Not Delivered(ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR) . No one from DTDC has come to my address even I didn't get any call from the DTDC delivery person, then why is the status showing "out for delivery" and then "not delivered" ?
