I was available on the day of delivery but no one called me. Biut status changed to Not delivered RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE-(CIR). This happened twice. Again it is out for delivery today. Please check same thing is not happening today also.

My parcel is not delivered. It's showing address incomplete or wrong.
If this is the case can't you guys call at the given number and confirm the same... It contains some goods which can be detoriated in a short span of time.
I hope my parcel will be delivered soon..

I am supposed to receive a package the tracking shows the package is out for delivery, when checked today it just updates DTDC — Not delivered RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE-(CIR)) . I have been at home all day and no one called or anything.
I need this package to be delivered to me asap, let me what can be done for this

A parcel was booked for me on 30june 2021 and it has reached alwar at my destination on 1 july 2021. I have received a SMS from DTDC that parcel is out fir delivery but I have not received any parcel. On calling the DTDC personals they said that your parcel has not reached to them. Till today 3 july 2021 thy are giving the same statement. It is very urgent. Please help.

Sir/Mam, usually our vendor book courier with DTDC from Sangli Mumbai, through Flight mode basis and we get parcel within 3days (1st day mumbai to chennai flight, 2nd day chennai to Tirunelveli & 3rd day we get parcel).

But now our vendor booked the parcel on 28th June 2021 with Flight basis (Doc.No. D[protected] and he paid for flight courier, but the parcel is transport by road, because of this today is 5th day but we are not get proper response and parcel too.

Due to this incident our client was going to cancel the order because of delay delivery, about this we have loss 5 years business transaction relationship.

Till now no response by mail, and phone, from morning 9am i have to tried but not pickup.

July 1st 2021 service team promised me 2nd July 2021, as per this commitment they not delivered.

And still now no one response

Updated by Pravin044 No... company remarks is not acceptable.., service people promised me delivery date ia 1st July 2021., and important they charged for flight but transport by road... no.1 cheating company

My consignment (tracking ID :- U[protected] is not yet received by me but DTDC tracker shows the status as successfully delivered. I didn't get any call or message for delivery.
Please look into the matter and arrange the delivery as soon as possible.

This is my consignment number -U60195231.
Nearly two months i am tracking. I didn't receive my parcel but they updated in the tracking site as "Successfully delivered". I didn't receive any call. After I raised service request, the customer care person gave the branch details. When I checked with them, they told they sent back to the main branch due to Covid lockdown and mobile no missing in the to address. And main branch people updated as Delivered. Two weeks i am checking with Customer care people, they simply saying it is delivered.

I didn't receive my parcel. Could you please check.

Updated by Anton_zac The issue is not resolved. I didn't receive my parcel.

This is contact no i got it from customer care support.
Virattipathu branch contact no -[protected].
I checked this branch. They informed it is sent for return and not delivered.
But in system it is updated as Delivered.

I had an order which was delivered through DTDC courrier. My place is in Alur, Thrissur dist. Kerala. I was expecting the message of delivery. But after the date one service person called me asking whether i had received my parcel. I replied not yet. After many calls they are telling that my courrier reached my locality office by 23.6.21.They tried to call my number but was not connecting. After that they didn't send any message or try to contact me. Now it is returned back.
If a call is not connecting they have to try again or should send sms which other servicers are doing.

Kindly do needful.

I sent a courier on 22nd June, 2021 from Ulhasnagar (Thane) to Jalna having tracking number M04837047.

It has been 8 days but the package has not yet been delivered.
The tracking status shows that an attempt was made to deliver on 29th June, 2021, but the receiver was not available. I had mentioned 2 contact numbers but no attempt was made to contact on either of the numbers.

Moreover, the tracking shows that the package left the DTDC hub and within 3 minutes the status was changed to "Receiver not available"
It is clearly a fake tracker update and shows utter loss of accountability on the part of DTDC. I tried to contact their customer service a lot of times but it is impossible to reach them through email/phone/website.

Request you to please solve this issue as the package is of an urgent nature.
