I ordered one product and seller is telling product alreday dispatched but sill while I am tracking it's showing no data Available
And it's almost 2days

My parcel was sent on 14th June, 2021 was remarked as undelivered in the tracking website due to door closed whereas there was no delivery boy who made any call or visit to the receiver .

Please provide the details of my product D77981999. It is not showing any details from 20june2021.

Asked and confirmed with agency Cheruthuruthy Thrissur dist for deliver in palakkad dist and said it will be done in 24 hours. my consignment is not deliver yet booked on 21 06 2021, next step i have to file with consumer court and with LSGD authorities, against fraudulent office working without lisence at our nearest station

I have courier Mango in a cardboard box from west Bengal to Mumbai. On its way its showing in the track id that its has been delivered yesterday (Self delivery by DTDC). While complaining in their site they has delivered today into different packet along with rotten mangoes within it. It has been opened somewhere and good mangoes has been replaced with the rotten on keeping few quantity as good.

Its just a horrible experience with DTDC, one they have late delivery, along with self acknowledgment of delivery, moreover they have replace the good mangoes with the rotten on.

I got call from ([protected])to pick up my courier even though the there was no restrictions to courier service in salem.when i requested them to deliver they said after a week they will deliver but dint recive even after 2 weeks now casually they are saying its been returned to surat.
It was a lady who contacted me s even denied saying her name .the dtdc service is too poor in salem do look and sought it.

I have received call saying i need to go and collect my courier from dtdc office as they dont service to my location, if my location is not serviceable why are you accepting booking?this is not acceptable, they are others courier services which do deliver to me, why would i waste my time with dtdcis your booking, please make sure you deliver it too.

My courier was not delivered, adress was correct and I have also given the phone no. But still no contact has been made by dtdc courier service.

I many tyms complaint dtdc about my product missing but they are not responsible promptly.. first two days they replied me i investigate your product but still now there is no response.. i never seen such this type of fake company.. i need immediate reply otherwise we will take other actions cant wait anymore

then I call to moradabad courier center then a person yashveer didn't give me satisfactory ans. and also misbehave me.

DTDC officer had called me on Saturday[protected] and asking me come to his office and collect it. I live in Balkonda, Nizambad-503217. I ordered a personal item and I gave my home address (8-27, Pochamma Gally, Balkonda, Nizambad, 503217). The DTDC office is not Balkonda (503217), it is in Muphkal (503218, His home town). He is always asking the customer to come to Mupkal (503218) and collect the parcel from office. Previously, I got a parcel from my office and I had to go to Mupkal (503218) to collect. Last time, I was fine with his reason (Since lockdown is being implemented, he is unable to do the parcel). Now lockdown is lifted, still he is asking the customer to come to office and collect parcel. If the office is in Balkonda (the address I gave), I can go and collect it. He is having the office on Balkonda address but, the office in Mupkal (503218) which is not correct. I request the DTDC officials to consider my complaint and take the necessary action.

Note: Office address is Balkonda but, it is operated from Mupkal. In this case, I don't know which pincode I can provide. For now, I am providing Balkonda (503217) adddress but, the office is not in this area. Please check this and kindly do the needful.

On[protected], I tried to send my laptop from Eluru, Andhra Pradesh to Hyderabad, Telangana. They have asked me 300/- for packaging and 850/- for each kilogram weight. Later they have asked for insurance money for the laptop which is mentioned in the below-attached document. Overall they have costed me around 3250/- for this shipment. However, I came to know that 850/- per kg is fraud activity by our company members and they told to cancel the package as they have sent the new laptop with just 2000/- including all charges.
On cancelling the order they charged me 450/- and another 100/- for unboxing the package it seems. They took 550/- and when I ask for a receipt of cancellation. They told like we don't have any cancellation receipts. I'm shocked that DTDC doesn't even have a cancellation receipt form. If this is the way really DTDC behaves, It's better I'll prefer other courier services and never come back to your services along with the company members and all other people related to these shipments.
Please Kindly check this issue and I've lost my 550/- for this useless thing. 550/- is my Bus ticket fare to Hyderabad.

They did not deliver the product showed I was not available even when I was home. I called 3 times to get an update regarding my product, every day they came up with "We'll let you know in some time" Never called back.
Kept calling asking for help no help provided. Very poor service.

Very unprofessional and disappointing experience from DTDC --

We had booked a courier from Mulund East Mumbai DTDC office. Courier consignment no. AWB NO D86246667 was booked to deliver the mango box at Hyderabad on 10th May 2021. The courier charges of Rs.1900/- for 21 kg wooden box parcel were paid to the DTDC person. Parcel reached to Hyderabad on 12 may 2021. However the same was in damaged condition. The box was completely disfigured from outside resulting the spoiling of all the mangoes in it. Looking at the said damaged condition of the box, the consignee asked the delivery person of DTDC, Hyderabad about the same to which the said DTDC person replied in very harsh language that he is no way concern with the condition of the box and his job is only to deliver the parcel. The said reply of delivery person of DTDC was very much shocking and disappointing in nature. The delivery person at Hyderabad strait away refused to take the responsibility of the same.

We immediately lodged the complaint with the Mumbai representative of DTDC on 12 May 2021. However he was also clueless for the said damaged parcel. When we asked forth refund of the courier charges, he shown his inability to refund the same.
Thereafter we continuously followed the matter with Mumbai representative of DTDC. However we are still waiting for the solution of our complaint.
Such unprofessional and pathetic experience of courier service from a known brand like DTDC was never expected despite being paid the higher charges. We also put the message on Twitter account of DTDC on 12th May 2021 which was replied on 13th May 2021with stereotype response that they will get back to us soon. But till date we have not received any solution on our complaint.
We hereby attaching the picture of the damaged parcel at Hyderabad. Also attaching herewith the Twitter communication.
We hereby demand complete refund of the courier charges as well as the entire amount of the parcel containing Mango fruits.
