Delivery person called at around 2pm to help for address n direction. At 4pm when inquired about parcel delivery person misbehaved and said will not deliver parcel and threatened to return. I am going legal as my parents have spent INR 1, 500 on 07/02021 and filing a suit for delay, misbehaviour and loss of package.
Kindly resolve.

I have booked a parcel of live plants from kottakkal on monday 14.06.2021, to palakkad 678006 c/ o dtdc edathara 678011, but i didnt received the parcel yet, when i contacted they are telling it is re routed to palakkad on 15th but when i contacted pkd office they told they didnt get it

I am trying to track my courier. nothing available on website regarding the location or status of the package. the shipment number is D78541720 and was shipped on 10th june. please see that courier is delivered as early as possible.

As per tracking it is showing at Chakan Branch with remarks as Not Delivered(AREA NON SERVICEABLE-(DIR).

How i can get this docket, branch number provided by customer care is not working. How to contact branch to get the material.

On 4th June my parcel was shipped in DTDC courier service from Hyderabad. It got reached in destination DTDC office on 13th June and I got call from that office to get my parcel. Destination office is 10 KM apart from my home. So I asked them to deliver it in my home as there is no vehicle service available for me now to get it due to lockdown. They said they can't deliver it and they asked again to get it from office. Again I refused to get it from office so they said if you want home delivery then wait for 3 more days. They said like we can't deliver one or 2 parcel to a particular location, we will deliver only if we have more parcel to deliver to your particular location.I can't understand why are they doing this. After 3 days they said I need to wait for 2 more days if I want Home delivery. So however I went to Destination office and bought that parcel as it was an emergency for me. Worst service ever.

I gave a package to my nearer DTDC centre to deliver it within the city. It was given on 28th may 2021, and now its been about 20days. They are just making excuses about the package and I am not sure even if the package reached there or not. I can't even track it online from the tracking address given to me. Kindly consider this issue and take action as soon as possible.

Sir my courier was sent from Bangalore to Madurai on June 2nd itself.. but till now they didn't deliver my parcel.. and they not even response my calls.. I call them more then 50 times but they didn't even pickup my one call.. this is the very worst experience in my whole life.. what a worst customer care service.. sir please resolve my issue.. please deliver my courier as soon as possible.. otherwise I'll think about another ways like filed case.. I'm really disappointed with your service..very worst..

This is neeraja from Andhra Pradesh, Kadapa district 516312. I want to raise a complaint against DTDC courier. Tracking system showing it was delivered but I didn't recieved any parcel.

My shop was open yet the parcel was not delivered neither did anyone call me... Please see it gets delivered tomorrow... Urgent!

My courier not delivered to ryt person it's delivery to some other person we are calling them from one week coustmer care not giving proper response

My parcel tracking id no. Z64108217, is not delivered yet, but when checking the track shipment, it says that the item was out for delivery. It's more than 3-4 days and not yet delivered till now and on tracking it still says it is out for delivery. I mean what the hell you guys thinking about, I lost my trust on this courier service.

When I tracked D66318291, it shows that package is delivered successfully on 12 June 2021 but I did not receive the package. When will I get the package. Why it is marked as delivered successfully when it is not.

Your delivery boy is returning back the parcel without making any contact... The amount has been paid for the said parcel... This is second time I am lodging complain... You guys really are irresponsible..

This is regarding the tracking number X71887005. The product is not yet delivered to me but when we check the tracking it shows that the product is delivered. I think the delivery person simply kept the product with him and updated the status as delivered.
