Sir i brought a laptop and it was courier through DTDC my consignment number is D86586217, the website tracking says the product is ready for FDM, but neither did i receive the product from 8+ days neither did the cuerorior person talks properly.

This consignment has send from kuravilangad, kottayam kerala to gurgaon, haryana on 22nd june 2021. It has been one week that I had send this consignment still it's not arrived at delhi. Please make this deliver as soon as possible. Consignment number is R41106777

I have been waiting for this consignment since 25th, june its still not delivered to my location.

My package with tracking id C 08300931 was not delivered but status of shipment shows its delivered, kindly see the issue and resolve

We have not receive Doc No V61716064 but as per tracking report courier show delivered on 26.06.2021. it not happened with us first time may, time we have face these problem.

kindly look at this matter and resolve the issue urgently

I didn't receive my courier tracking number V61753075 yet.which has been send on May .I need it immediately.

In tracking it shows that I have received my parcel on 24-06-21.
But I have not received my parcel till now(26.06.2021). It's a fraud by DTDC Courier.
The agent of DTDC courier Uklana Mandi (125113) is not picking any call.
Very bad experience with DTDC courier. I have told my near and dear plz nt book any parcel with DTDC courier.

DTDC Vikarabad Courier service is very worst in both delivery as we'll as communications.
They are saying we won't delivery you come and collect in office, otherwise we will return, in very rude manner and the delivery person never answers the call.
If they not deliver in location why they take shipping charge.
The local office does not have any interest to make delivery in time they notable to delivery in 200 m also.

They don't know how to give respect to women.

I regret to inform you that the DTDC courier service at Ponnani, Kerala (PIN: 679577) is cheating its customers. For more than five years now I have been hearing from my relatives and friends that the DTDC office never delivers any packages to its customers. They simply operate their office like a call center. Every day they take out the list of packages to be delivered, and call up each customer one by one and ask them to collect the package from their office. On questioning, they confidently proclaim that their office does not do any deliveries.

I am currently facing the same situation. My package (X[protected] has been shown to be “Out for Delivery” since June 9th. The office had called me on that day and asked me to collect it from their office. They are denying me home delivery. I have raised the issue with [protected]@dtdc.com on June 9th itself, they assured me that it would be delivered soon. But even though I am following up with them almost on a daily basis (through both emails and calls to the call center), they have stopped entertaining my complaints now, and do not even bother to reply.

On their tracking page, the office is punching that delivery could not be done because the area is in covid-19 containment zone. But this is a complete lie. There is no containment zone in this locality, and we are regularly receiving parcels at home from multiple delivery services. Every few days at around 10:00 PM (not 10:00 AM!), I get an SMS that the courier is "Out for delivery" and very few minutes later, this is topped off with another SMS that says the "delivery could not be completed and will be reattempted soon".

Requesting you to kindly look into this matter and help me get my courier delivered.

My courier is delivered in dtdc status but I have not received yet. No response from courier service faculty no one is picking up the call, plz help me out

I booked a shipment with dtdc to be delivered at pincode 444108 on 19th June. As the booking office checked and i also confirmed from support team about serviceability of the pincode and everything was okay. When shipment reached near to the district, the district akola franchisee denied to deliver the package said service not available at this pincode. I again spoke to customer support, went to twitter and dtdc still assured the service is available and after 4 days shipment was marked undelivered and area not serviceable. Dtdc wasted the precious time and harrased me mentally to maximum limit. Who will compensate the cost and time value of money.

IBM had arranged with DTDC for picking up my laptop from my home in Mysore.
The person who came to pickup my laptop in Mysore was Naveen whose phone number is [protected].
He initially refused to come till my house as it was in the first floor. I had to tell him that the box was big and that he come and pick it up himself from where my house was . Being a Courier pickup service that is the least service a customer expects.
He had asked me to keep my laptop packed and sealed. He also asked me to paste the "from and to address" on the package. He had whatsapped me the To Address. [I had received no initimation from IBM on this !] I had done the packaging with the resources I had at home. When he arrived he said that the laptop was not packed safely enough and the paper used to paste the address was not durable. He warned that the package would be delivered to the address mentioned in the same state as given to him and indicated that he was not responsible if something went wrong. I had packed with the best of the materials that was available at my home. I did not have thermocol, premium quality tapes or boxes for ensuring the laptop is not damaged during the delivery as I dont run a packing service at home. As a courier service company, DTDC is expected to have all of them, pack the device safely with required materials and ship it.
DTDC could charge the person/company in prior while initiating the courier pickup via ebooking if packing materials comes at an extra cost. In this case DTDC could charge IBM .
I had received no intimation from IBM on any details related to packing the laptop so I believe packing, sealing and address pasting was the responsibility of DTDC. It is also unreasonable to expect a home to have all the packing materials . More so, in the lockdown situation we are in right now.
I have sent my laptop through courier service to IBM(initiated by IBM) in the past with some other courier service company when the complete packaging and address pasting was taken up by them.

Hi my product has been sent through DTDC on 14jun and I could see it is saying as delivered. But I didn't get the product. When I contact the person who sent the courier and got the info of who has signed while receiving it. Actually I could see fake sign and they say it is delivered. I contacted my local service, they regret to give proper update. I need immediate action on this.

They have put a fake status as delivered and when tried to contact them abruptly cut our call. This round robin is being continued for 3 days and no proper response from them.

DTDC @ aswapuram. These guys always delay or forget to deliver the product even after the product arrived on time. These guys are the worst courier service of all time. Once my friend send me food item. It needed to delivered within 3 days. But they took extra 8 days to deliver. The pickle got rotten. Even they mocked me. We need to request them to deliver.
Imagine if it's a important product. They even mock. I can see careless attitude towards the consumer.

It's company laptop booked on 18 Jun 21 at ahamedabad and promised delivery by 21 Jun or 22 Jun 21. Still they haven't delivered. Totally irresponsible behaviour.
