DTDC is not replying properly after so many phone calls, and my laptop has be couriered from Noida to Hyderabad but no updates from them from last 10 days even after so much of followup.

Courier not received please fast delivery

This courier containing medical item immediately required for a patient was out for delivery since the morning of 29th May @ 11.00AM, and despite repeated calls to Customs care about it's urgency, we were assured that the delivery would happen.

We have been literally waiting at our doorstep since morning waiting for the courier. Also We received no calls or SMS from the delivery agent since morning, and Customer care was alerted about the same mentioning we were ready to pickup at office, but they kept assuring us to be patient and that delivery would happen today

Now the status shows "Door Locked" hence delivery never happened which is a blatant lie by DTDC delivery team. The patient's health has deteriorated, and we hold DTDC liable for this condition.

We shall take this up legally, and also share this apathy by DTDC on social media which has put a patient's life at risk despite alerting DTDC about urgency of shipment

The product was sent on 21st from mysore to.bangalore we have called the help desk 10 times and there is no update ! Each time different person pics and no update now they say it's damaged the delivery time is 1 to 2 days and after 9 days dont know where all they carried and miss handles and damaged .please kindly help us.

Consignment number A47643256 material booked surat to erode branch. As per courier actual weight is 2kg but i received only 1.360 only. Pack will be totally different repacked as per my seller pack. I want my remaining pcs of oxymeter we ordered 30 pcs but i received only 20pcs i need my remaining 10pcs. Resolve this issue immediately. I checked here but no one response promptly. All are blame others only. I need my remaining 10 pcs of oxymeter

We booked a parcel in DTDC courior service with Tracking number H61712797 on 16th may and not delivered till date, parcel reached Hyderabad Balanagar main branch on 16th May 2021, i persnoly visit Balanagar main branch for delivery on 19th and 20th May 2021 but they refused to give my parcel, no response from DTDC, please help to get my parcel.

Aur up branch wo bhi kuch nhi kr rahi h apni responsibilities nhi maan rahi h

No one action in my complaint
No one response
All ddtc branch say I have not any falut

Then who r responsible for my one product missing my mobile phone is new pic

There is no single calls from them. Still i didn't got the product and its missing.

Hi sir,

There is no proper response from dtdc Triplicane dtdc Chengalpattu. And dtdc customer service team. I have sent medicine's on 23rd May and I was informed it will be delivered in 1 to 2 days. But till now it has not been delivered. There is a medical emergency and we need the package asap Also nobody is aknowledging where the package is, and when it will be delivered.
Consignment number is v62162476. My phone no. Is [protected]. Request your to please help me

I have not received consignment but it shows delivered on taking page

I have two orders numbers W00957217 and T70339663 they are to be delivered on 23rd of April and 27th April till now no delivery nor any update and I get message but no call is received no attempt was made by courier partner nor courier guy. I have made multiple contacts with various numbers registered many tickets with the contact us till now no update I lost nearly 3000 thousand rupees money poor service and untrustworthy Dtdc is I have received many other parcels with other couriers and the thing is I have waited long at Hyderabad for the parcel as I was given work from home I have moved to my hometown vizianagaram from Hyderabad from a rental address as a part of complaint 8 even asked the vendor to update the present address for the delivery they have kept a mail also it seems till now the product in the two parcels might have broken or something happened also I didn't expect this and whom you are delivering with out any calls a just message don't know who will get courier also I had screen9where to attach I don't understand but poor services from you. This is second time I'm registering complaint in this portal I think no use of registration of complaint also. Waste service highly disappointed.

Ur delevry boy have miss behaved with me ...name - diganta BHATTACHARYAA ( pH no. [protected]) he have miss behaved with me . They don't delevered at my home ..and I have to go and take my parcel from someother place ... I am a permanent customer of DTDC and was not accept by u ...hope u will take serious action against him .

The consignment Number is T03566234 is with the booking date 18/05/2021. from PANCHAKULA to GAJUWAKA, VISAKHAPATNAM-530026, .
Stil this is not been reached to the destination or Origin stations.
And showing in Yelhanka .
My request is in how many days it will takes to reach ORIGIN in terms of return.
or in how many days its reaches to DESTINATION if it is MISS ROOTED.

Kindly provide the details.
