We have to receive one envolope containing Medicine . It was reached and stuck at Master franchise, Gachibowli since 28 th May 2021, not yet delivered to us at Gachibowli . Why so much delay . DTDC, Gachibowli is not responding to our phone calls.

We Dominican Sisters, Indiranagar sent a courier on 16/04/2021 through your BF1439 at Lord Krishna Temple Road, Indiranagar to the address of Sr. Philomina in Nagpur; the consignment number is B77141369. The courier has not reached the destination address. When I tried to track it with consignment number it was written sent to the sender's address. But sorry to inform you that till now we have not received this courier in our address also. So please take the necessary action to get the parcel return to us immediately or to reach the destination place.

I got a parcel from surat to etawah(u.p) yesterday .It was not in as in condition as it is sent from surat.sonebody has opened it and has stolen some goods from it.my consignment no is D65754846.

I am resident of Nagaur Rajasthan.I have to face some problems.I never get my parcel on my address.i have to pick my parcel from their office always.My house is just 3.8 km away from their office.but they always refuse to deliver.please fix this issue.

I have booked my parcel on may 21st from salem branch with consignment number ( C[protected]. And the parcel should reach hosur. But under condition saying that area non deliverable, they have returned parcel from the destination. when i enquired with the destination service, they said the parcel has been returned to the origin. But here in salem they didnt receive any parcel. Mainly there is no proper response from the team DTDC salem..kindly do the needful

My awb no. D81728324 not yet dispatched...I call the dev nagar branch in this regard ...he said that he deliver it in another courier...why he deliver this in another courier... My courier is not deliver yet... please action in this regard

It was booked on, they did not deliver it stating the wrong address. The address is my residential address in Kolkata which is very much valid as tons of parcels come on a monthly basis from different courier. And also Two of my mobile numbers were given to them no one called me either.
Isn't it their responsibility to call the recipient before delivery.?
However it is returned to origin now. 500 rs was paid nothing happened.
I have tried lots of phone calls, twitter posts to reach them no one gives a proper reply so basically my parcel is stuck in bangalore and they dont care at all. Such redicoulous service. Now When I called the contact person, he said i have to pay 500 more for re-delivery, but it was not my mistake, it is done by DTDC.
I am also covid positive now and cant fight with them.
It is my humble request to you all please help me get my return before i die in covid(If i die)

I've sent a consignment from Delhi on April 24th D72500340. It's been over a month and there's no status or delivery. Customer care doesn't seem to care after a 100 calls. Consignment was of 28kg which included certificates and clothes and other items. Please resolve.

DTDC is not replying properly after so many phone calls, and my laptop has be couriered from Noida to Hyderabad but no updates from them from last 10 days even after so much of followup.

Courier not received please fast delivery

This courier containing medical item immediately required for a patient was out for delivery since the morning of 29th May @ 11.00AM, and despite repeated calls to Customs care about it's urgency, we were assured that the delivery would happen.

We have been literally waiting at our doorstep since morning waiting for the courier. Also We received no calls or SMS from the delivery agent since morning, and Customer care was alerted about the same mentioning we were ready to pickup at office, but they kept assuring us to be patient and that delivery would happen today

Now the status shows "Door Locked" hence delivery never happened which is a blatant lie by DTDC delivery team. The patient's health has deteriorated, and we hold DTDC liable for this condition.

We shall take this up legally, and also share this apathy by DTDC on social media which has put a patient's life at risk despite alerting DTDC about urgency of shipment

The product was sent on 21st from mysore to.bangalore we have called the help desk 10 times and there is no update ! Each time different person pics and no update now they say it's damaged the delivery time is 1 to 2 days and after 9 days dont know where all they carried and miss handles and damaged .please kindly help us.

Consignment number A47643256 material booked surat to erode branch. As per courier actual weight is 2kg but i received only 1.360 only. Pack will be totally different repacked as per my seller pack. I want my remaining pcs of oxymeter we ordered 30 pcs but i received only 20pcs i need my remaining 10pcs. Resolve this issue immediately. I checked here but no one response promptly. We booked a parcel in DTDC courior service with Tracking number H61712797 on 16th may and not delivered till date, parcel reached Hyderabad Balanagar main branch on 16th May 2021, i persnoly visit Balanagar main branch for delivery on 19th and 20th May 2021 but they refused to give my parcel, no response from DTDC, please help to get my parcel.
