My parcel is coming from Ahmedabad to Gocharan, West Bengal, vide tracking Id D64761877. Today I got a call from DTDC agent and he wants me to collect this parcel from 20km away from my Home address.. During this lockdown in west bengl... Where every E-commerce service is exempted in this lockdown..He could have easily deliver it to my door step, which is expected... Please look into my complain... As he told me he will return the parcel...

We will send a document through dtdc on 07.08.2020 but till date (19.05.21) party can't received any contain from dtdc

I have couriered in Nashik on 15 th May, 21 also this shipmnet has booked in vashi mumbai than provided the correct address details with correct Pincode an contact mobile number also Courier not reached to my destination it's an emergency .
i have tracking with in your dtdc portal my shipment status but showing in patna hub...
i am very suprised this shipment are go to the patna hub

My consignment number is X67884266 and I have not got that parcel yet but shows delivered sucessfully after tracking.

I have raised two complains and my ticket no. is 250835 and 254540 but not get satisfactory response by that person who is dealing with it and he just updated me with the information what I have seen in tracking portal.
Please do the needful as soon as possible.

Dear sir/mem,
One package corrier booking from Amritsar Punjab for Patna Salimpur Thana pin code 803201...

I have couriered my parcel on 17th May, 21 with insaurance and provided the correct address details with correct Pincode. It still showing "ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR)". I have also provided a contact number to contact the receiving person.
Please take an immediate action and let me know why the parcel was not delivered when correct address was being provided.

They have fake delivery note and self signed on behalf of actual receiver.

Please help me in finding my parcel as it contains few important things to be delivered....

Conclusion:
Do not know who to contact...

Due to emergency I shipped material through Air giving very high amount but Saturday itself reached peenya Bengaluru, but they not delivered almost three days over, branch number also not connecting, when I will ask customer support team they also not responding properly.

Very worst DTDC support....

Please deliver my courier, plese it's an emergency

My package bearing con Id U10071130 is not been delivered yet but the status is showing as delivered on 14/5/2021.
How can this happen without delivering the package..If it's been delivered pls show me the delivery slip.It was a paid package and related to medicines.
It's really illegal to update the status as delivered without even customers consent....

The delivery agent is standing in middle of sector of which the address is, refusing to deliver at doorstep and giving good attitude and asking us to come to him to get our parcel.The delivery agent name is Rakesh Pandey with a attitude....

I got a call from Coimbatore delivery agency and he was extremely rude and abusive.. he asked to pick up the courier we said 2 old people aare staying the delivery address and they can't travel. I asked them to deliver after lockdown.. he started to speak very rudely telling you have pick up today or the parcel will never reach you.. I asked him for a reason to be rude.. he responded saying why can't to pick the courier.. what you think of...
