        I got a parcel in DTDC but it is not delivered yet. they are collecting charges for home delivery but not doing it. (H[protected]. Parcel has reached to local delivery center on 1st June. till now they did not delivered.

              DTDC is providing worst service taking extra charge for fast delivery but it's useless it's been 6 days and not delivered yet I m going mad now this irritate much when you pay extra charge but not getting that service will never recommend DTDC better go for india lost service that could be much faster than this

                    I have to receive a parcel through DTDC with tracking number d86277341l. However it's been days and I didn't receive it. The same thing happened with another parcel also, which they delivered after about 2 months. Nobody is responding either when I'm trying to contact. Kindly help me with this.

                      Sir,
                      with ref no[protected] and tracking no-H23977357 we booked a small package on 27th May 2021to be reached to Singaraikond pincode-523101.Till today on 2nd June 2021 it was not reached to the customer.
                      In the tracking it is noticed that receiver not availabe.It is funny to make such remarks. our people are there to receive.The courier people didnot make effort in delivering the product.
                      If I don't find any response to this complaint I will approach the Police or higher official in this matter.

                                Hi,
                                I have booked for transporting my scooter and a suitcase from bangalore to Hyderabad today. On the telephone call when discussing the quotation, the executive told me the cost would be 3500+GSt, to which I agreed. The DTDC personnel came and picked my cargo up and took it to their warehouse. Now the executive has contacted me again for the payment, and he has added multiple charges to the initially quoted price and brought the price to Rs.9853. This price isn't something I had agreed for and it doesn't work for me. I asked him to return my cargo back and I would find an alternative, but he is now asking me to pay a hefty cancellation charge for the same. This is honestly very unprofessional and frustrating.

                                  I have sent a courier from silchar to kolkata(Zip-700001) on 24th march with the consignment number K28734881. This has very important original documents and the online tracking now says not delivered (Office closed or door lock - (Cir). I gave numbers in case something happened and dtdc never tried to contact me on any of the for delivery and now says not delivered. They haven't sent me any communication of this either. I could only see this when i tracked it . They haven't given me any details about my courier. How do i get it back? No customer care numbers or office numbers available. All numbers online seem to be wrong. These are very important and original documents and this kind of irresponsible service is outrageous.
