DTDC Courier & Cargo Complaints & Reviews

Hi,
In the recent, DTDC office in Villupuram requests us to come to office to collect our packages. They do not deliver to home and this is not expected. It does not give good customer experience to always go to office and collect packages considering the lockdown scenario. Please either deliver to home or stop accepting packages from the sender. Sender can send through different courier.

There was another package before a month. They marked as 'Customer Not available' on the day 1 though we were available at home. They did not try to deliver on the subsequent day, rather kept the package at office. We had to go to office to collect the package. I could not find the tracking number to mention here. This was even before the lockdown.

I have booked a parcel to Chintalapudi, Andhra pradesh on May 11.
From the tracking it is stuck in Vijayawada from May 13.No response from DTDC customer care. Called them for about 20-30 times .Every day they used to tell the same that will escalate to their senior team. But no resolution has been taken.They used to autoclose all the incidents without giving any response. Worst Customer care service -They usually cancel the call without notifying.They dont have any concern on resolving the issue.

I wanted the parcel to be delivered as soon as possible.

I have sent a consignment under tracking number # V61817231 on 18th May 2021. Till today status is showing as just Soft data uploaded. I visited DTDC Miyapur 2 times and they are saying they were following up. However I am not getting a good answer.

The document I sent is very important and I need that to be delivered at the earliest. This is already the 9th day and they took 250 Rupees for speed courier, but not delivered yet.

P57819879 was couriered from dhule on 24/5/2021 at 3.00 pm, but for no reason was booked today at 26/5/2021 at 11.17 am.why this unnecessary delay.Have receipt of same stating time.This is my second bad experience with dtdc.

A47819768 is the tracking number .I booked a product on 18th May it shows last status 21st may (received at HYDERABAD)till now .it has to reach guntur and delivered before tomorrow or the day after tomorrow.

There was a courier inbound for me from (Zip-201001) on 17th May with the consignment number -D81586275. This was a very important consigment for me and it contained important books sent by my Institute and the online tracking now says not delivered (COVID 19 - OFFICE CLOSED/DOOR LOCKED). The phone numbers of mine were given in case something happened but dtdc never tried to contact me on any ocassion for the delivery and it now says not delivered. They haven't sent me any communication of this either. I could only see this when i tracked it even though i went online and registered my phone for tracking. They haven't given me any details about my courier. How do i get it back? No customer care numbers or office numbers available. All numbers online seem to be wrong. This kind of irresponsible behaviour from a courier service is really unacceptable and completely disgusting. How can I describe this irresponsible behaviour from DTDC is beyond words. the courier contained some very important consigment for me.

Courier delivery boy said that we are not able to deliver your consignment at your door step, you have to came out some where we are, complete address is mentioned on the parcel box, but on the tracking website company show status not delivered due to incomplete address, company delivery boy call us and tell us to come other town, but i am in different town, how this is possible receiver came to delivery some where he is and collect the parcel, delivery boy not doing there job

My parcel is not being delivered i was not even contacted to tell about status. on checking my own the status it shows are not serviceable.

The Courier boy Named Ajit having Mobile no. [protected] used rough language while asking him the order details it is of DTDC hisar

I work for DELL. And they have sent a delivery to each employee which is a kit. And this has not been delivered.
D77634336 is the tracking number.
And now when i check the status, all of a sudden it is showing the product is delivered. but the product has not been deleivered. And the delivery products are very sensitive. and this is very irresponsible of DTDC. if i do not get any updates i will take serious action againts DTDC.
I m in bangalore and we are in lockdown and before showing status as delivered, the status showed as door closed.

H61698222 arrived in jaipur on 23rd May 2021 (sunday) and till today the status is same and no one is answering call either with DTDC customer care or DTDC jaipur.
This is very urgent & important document to be deliver to university.

My name is Shubham Singh and my parcel on your office (Darbhanga near Delhi mor Bihar) the delivery boy is not come on my address and when I call in your office they tell me I do RTO on your product..
Please take a look that type of office boy...
I think you do something about it otherwise I will go on consumer coart.
