"DTDC courier does not bring me to my address, " call operator get massage for me collect your parcel in the office, service not provide for my location.

I have send One Package from Vadodara to Hydrabad wide
POD No:D65773229 at time of despatch weight was 3.100 kgs. and at a time of delivery 2.300 kgs the package was broken and some item was taken out and other item packet found tear out this is second I face same issue as I am regular customer of DTDC Courier, Kindly solve my issue.Here I am sending photo of broken package and after tape was stick.

I m resident in charkhi dadri last 3 days before I recieved daily phone call from DTDC local office for collect the courier from office but I can not go that office bcz there is lock down he pressing me to collect the courier from his office otherwise he sent back that courier. Is this good behaviour

Courier NO B72088997 status showing returned to sender, but it not received either to the sender or the receiver .
It's a Medical claim original documents, I have to repay the entire claim amounts to the insurance team, If it is not delivered . Please help me

15.05.2021 i have send one parcel from Pin Code 572201 to Pin Code 712616... AWB number= D64835099... but today i track my Consignment online its shown "Area Non serviceable.. courier reach sreerampore super franchisee... and i have call many times that DTDC centre(Mob no=[protected] & [protected]) but they cut call . School books are there its important to delivery. Request to all courier centre please received the customer call...

I had booked my parcel on4th May 2021 bearing the tracking number K35597092 and was supposed to be delivered to Dumka, Jharkhand but the item has not yet been delivered. Whereas the site update is displaying successfully delivered at Ranchi on 11th May 2021. On complaining, the customer care has got only one answer that the investigation is going on and they will get back soon. I have raised 2numbers of service requests on the DTDC concerned site bearing the number 233158 and 248948 which had been raised since 13th May 2021 but the DTDC is yet to track whom was the item delivered. Very poor service and response from DTDC as if nobody is concerned about fake delivery and theft of items. This is ridiculous and highly incredible in the part of DTDC courier services. Even most of the contact numbers displayed in the customer complaint site section are not working.

i requested so many time at ur customer care to please deliver the parcel as it contain medical equipment which required urgent but nobody is listening
sir kindly look into the matter as this courier required urgent and if not able to to deliver than y u people have taken order u should hv taken order kindly look into the matter or else i have to complain in consumer court

My consignment from baroda to ismailabad(136129) always goes to wrong city.. it comes to my nearer city ambala then goes to Dera bassi... why always consinment goes to wrong city.. there is clear name and address also mobile number but no once call me.. and when i treid to call dtdc office ambala they always deniel me to call, , , badest service in my life

Above Consignment reached Chetipedu DTDC Office since 4 days but item not delivered. Where as, they have entered "Consignee Not Available to receive". This a false statement as we have never moved out of our house since 2 months. The delivery agent has not made a single phone call to apprise me of any problems to contact. My telephone complaint to this DTDC office on 19 May 21 has not been addressed. Intervene to arrange delivery.

I have booked parcel on 18/05/2021 and yet it is not picked up.
Courier guy called me and told that we'll not pick up your parcel from your location. And told me do whatever you want to do file complaint.

My booking ID is H23941103. I have booked a parcel from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 17th May 2021. It has reached Bangalore the next day and since then it is lying in the Frazer Town facility (from 18th May 2021). DTDC should not accept the parcel when it cannot deliver it promptly on time. We would have opted for other courier services. The customer care numbers are unresponsive. Poor quality of service.

My parcel is coming from Ahmedabad to Gocharan, West Bengal, vide tracking Id D64761877. Today I got a call from DTDC agent and he wants me to collect this parcel from 20km away from my Home address.. During this lockdown in west bengl... Where every E-commerce service is exempted in this lockdown..He could have easily deliver it to my door step, which is expected... Please look into my complain... As he told me he will return the parcel to ahmedabad if I dont come 20km to collect it...next day on 19.05.21 I did not receive the product and its showing area not deliverable... Unbelievable service from dtdc... Absolutely disgusting... No action taken so far despite my complain yesterday... The delivery agent was threatening me to come over 20km to receive the parcel or else he will return it back... And the same is happening... Delivery pin code was clearly mentioned is my address, if it is not deliverable then why DTDC accepted the courier ???

We will send a document through dtdc on 07.08.2020 but till date (19.05.21) party can't received any contain from dtdc

i have tracking with in your dtdc portal my shipment status but showing in patna hub...
i am very suprised this shipment are go to the patna hub
dtdc courier vashi office i have enquired that staff not helping me... she is teling me your complant resole after 24 Hours

My consignment number is X67884266 and I have not got that parcel yet but shows delivered sucessfully after tracking.

I have raised two complains and my ticket no. is 250835 and 254540 but not get satisfactory response by that person who is dealing with it and he just updated me with the information what I have seen in tracking portal.
Please do the needful as soon as possible.

One package corrier booking from Amritsar Punjab for Patna Salimpur Thana pin code 803201

I have couriered my parcel on 17th May, 21 with insaurance and provided the correct address details with correct Pincode. It still showing "ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR)". I have also provided a contact number to contact the receiving person.
Please take an immediate action and let me know why the parcel was not delivered when correct address was being provided.

They have fake delivery note and self signed on behalf of actual receiver.

Please help me in finding my parcel as it contains few important things to be delivered.
