Tracking no U60171410 I have not received my product but it shows it is delivered to another state. Please help me

The consignment reached aluva on the 15th of May 2021. It has not been delivered till now(1:40pm 18th of May 2021).

The customer care is not responding to calls.

The tickets have been raised, no response to it:

Mailed to customer care, there is no response to the mail.

Conclusion:
Do not know who to contact and how, hence reached out here.
Please help

Due to emergency I shipped material through Air giving very high amount but Saturday itself reached peenya Bengaluru, but they not delivered almost three days over, branch number also not connecting, when I will ask customer support team they also not responding properly.

Very worst DTDC support.

I had an order to be delivered by DTDC but I haven't received it yet. When checked the status it's showing up as Rescheduled. Reached out to Dtdc through customer service but they are not taking up the call.

So, where I'm at, it has been complete lockdown for more than a month now and so my mother decided to send me a care package containing a lot of snacks and instant food items for my 3 year old son. She had packed all the items in a cardboard box along with some clothes and a brand new Tupperware bottle and tapped it securely as well.. except when I received the package (my husband went and got the package from the office) I found that the box was torn and most of the items inside were stolen. And they really were stolen cause I could see the cut tape and the box was cut as well. And also they had opened the tied up cover inside, taken out the snacks and tied it back up and stuffed it inside. And to top it all off, they had also stolen the Tupperware bottle. It is really rage-inducing that we had spent 1200 ruppees on the courier only to have our products rummaged through and stolen. Just can't trust this company.

I have dilivered Courier package from Newtown, kolkata, since 23rd March 2021 but till now it wouldn't delivered.

Spokesperson is not attending my calls & text.

I'm calling him regularly.

My package bearing con Id U10071130 is not been delivered yet but the status is showing as delivered on 14/5/2021.
How can this happen without delivering the package..If it's been delivered pls show me the delivery slip.It was a paid package and related to medicines.
It's really illegal to update the status as delivered without even customers consent.

The delivery agent is standing in middle of sector of which the address is, refusing to deliver at doorstep and giving good attitude and asking us to come to him to get our parcel.The delivery agent name is Rakesh Pandey with a attitude.

I got a call from Coimbatore delivery agency and he was extremely rude and abusive.. he asked to pick up the courier we said 2 old people aare staying the delivery address and they can't travel. I asked them to deliver after lockdown.. he started to speak very rudely telling you have pick up today or the parcel will never reach you.. I asked him for a reason to be rude.. he responded saying why can't to pick the courier.. what you think of yourself saying okay to delivery after 15days.. I said i[censored] don't have means to deliver the couriers u shouldn't take up the parcels. I am still trying to understand how can a delivery agency be so rude and use abusive disrespectful words throughout the conversation.. he was shouting throughout the call.

My firend sent a package with medicines from Bangalore through DTDC Whitefield Branch, shipment tracking # is V70806086. Package was picked up on 07th May' 2021 and is delivered on 10th May' 2021.
The package had a laptop charger instead of medicines, initial calls to the agents were ignored and no action was taken. Very much disappointed and frustrated with the service, they are least bothered to consider the requests and admit their mistake.
Luckily in the package there was my contact details and got a call from the person who received medicines who was expecting the charger [Other Shipment tracking # V70806228], it was clear that packages were exchanged while dispatching.Because of their mistake I have not received my medicines and the other consignee is unable to work.
After couple of inquiries with the delivery, pickup agents and long waiting hours to reach customer care they agreed on their mistake and have promised for a pick up on 13th May. Even after multiple follow ups the wrong package is not picked up.

Today i have received a call from DTDC delivery person whose Mobile No. [protected]. He said where is your residence and said that i have stand near to your house. But he didnot deliver the assignment, i try to call him but he has switched off his mobile. It is very disappointig to me and i have also received a mesage from DTDC i.e " delivery status failed".

Coriar cover no.H61553773 is not delivered

Delayed Delivery for two days straight. No proper communication channels to reach out to incase of any queries. No prior information regarding delay.

I was sent a parcel by my mother from Kolkata to Bangalore. My mother was promised safe and secured doorstep delivery with no human contact, the same is written in the acknowledgement receipt as well. When the delivery executive came to deliver he refused to come to the doorstep citing a direct order from DTDC apparently to not deliver at the doorstep. I was busy at the time on an office call and that too on the 7th floor, I couldn't come down to collect the parcel. I requested him multiple times and even mentioned what was told to my mother at the time of sending the parcel. He still refused to deliver to the doorstep and left without delivering the parcel. I talked to DTDC customer care, there is no mandate from their side refusing doorstep delivery. My apartment is following all guidelines of no contact delivery so there is absolutely no reason for the executive to refuse doorstep delivery. Please take some action against such kind of delivery executives and please deliver my parcel asap.

We have booked our urgent parcel tracking Id A47565068 on 07/05/2021 from Surat to Janupur. but yet not delivered the parcel to location,

Even we have arrange pick up from office but office is closed today and mobile observered switch off.

Courier not received by party, status saying not delivered (Restricted Entry (OTR)).
I don't know what the problem, please deliver the product as fast as possible
