My shipment D75680900 has not been delivered and its updated status shows as not delivered ( address incomplete or wrong ). I have given all the details including locality, house number, pincode and the contact details.
It is the local delivery, preferred due to pandemic, just 25km from the pickup location.

How can they update it as wrong address when I'm being here for years using the same details for all the orders and shipments I request.
Please do the needful.

I did online shopping from cheerala saree from prakasham district Andhra pradesh for which they have given tracking I'd no dtdc H94173973 dt 30 Apr 21. Till date I have not received my parcel. I am constantly in touch with courier agent but they are telling everday the same reply 'it will come today'. I request to take appropriate action against the couier service. I am not sure if thi type of service DTDC providing to every customer. The box packed food items has been completely destroyed by the courier agency. If you can't deliver it properly the please don't take such orders.

My Parcel D65159920 sent by DTDC. This was sent from Surat to Bangalore and very clearly mentioned that it contains Medical Equipment The status never changes for 3 days on the website, no numbers mentioned on the net are working we need to beg people to get the correct no to contact and you contact them they are so rude that they say send an SMS we will revert and never come back .

The details very clearly state Medical equipment but neither they call or reply to our calls. We all understand there is a Lockdown the least that we need is to know if we can come and pick. These are hospital supplies. Such people should be scrapped of their licenses.

My package with tracking no. D86227673 has been booked on 4th May 2021 from Indore, Madhya Pradesh to deliver it to pune with proper address and phone number. The packet has been there in Indore hub from 4th May to 10th May and today(11th May) my shipment status is showing that "out for delivery" and "not delivered (Last mile misroute (Otr)" or "not delivered (Receiver not available (Cir)" for 3 to 4 times. Earlier we were told that it will be delivered within 5 working days. Can you tell me what am i supposed to do right now

I tried to contact about my delivery, which was stuck at the Varanasi branch, but no one responded to my call and returned my parcel to Tumkur. Now the Tumakuru branch is asking me to pay money for my delivery. I had already booked for speedy delivery.

I had a consignment from Nagarcoil, Tamilnadu which had reached DTDC Varkala office on the 6th of May, 2021. This was 2 days before lockdown in kerala.I rang them up on the 7th due to non receipt of courier and the response was that they can't deliver.When I questioned it they said the consignment is damaged and also the customer was unavailable . The latter excuse is false as they never contacted me over phone or email.The only Way I could understand that the consignment reached their office was automated sms and online tracking. This is not the 1st time I have this lousy experience from DTDC.

One of our dtdc courrier with docket number D65459705 was sent from Alappuzha kerala by 12 th of last month ie April to ojhar nashik air force station but still not delivered.. the guy in nashik dtdc is not giving us a proper reply.. we had the same issue last year also ... please help us to get our parcel as soon as possible... its been more than a month

today[protected] i have received a parcel in shrirangapatna, and agent called me to come to his own place where is was drinking with friends, i told him i will collect it from your office he said no we cant keep it anymore in office u have to take today itself, its today[protected] he informed me and forced me to take, he spoke to him in singular without respect, i am totally unhappy with your service its very worst service, give your agent a soft skill training and then place them in to job,

Hi, we have given a parcel to dtdc on 05/05/21 7:00pm and opted for one day delivery. and they told, package will be consider for 06/05/21 for courier. and based on their input, my package should have been reached by 07/05/2021. but still the package is showing in transit mode from the package receiving location. and we called multiple times and raised complaint about package. but no one is aware of where my package is. it contains valuable...

Hi Team,
I send a courier of my new apple data cable through courier from Manikonda branch on April24th DTDC, and received a damaged cable with not working condition to my destination place in Andhrapradesh Narayanapuram branch.
I went to shop and asked them they are simply saying we don’t know it is not our responsibility is this way of such reputeted company will respond to customers
I dropped an email to Dtdc support team but no one respond to my mail so far yet it’s been more than 10 days
