I got sms on 23-April-2021, that my parcel is out for delievery. But suddenly after 2 hours there is online remarks"of Covid 19, could not attempt."
Even no have contacted me before this remark, even neither me or no any near by my residence have covid.
Why this happen? Even after complaining to customer care, daily calling from last 4 days no response, just saying we will look after it.

Very irresponsible behaviour of DTDC they are saying they lost my parcel and now there online team saying they delivered the parcel which is completely false.

      The package was sent out around 24 Feb 2021 and was supposed to go to Singapore. After several delays it got rejected by the recipient so I have been looking to get it returned to me. Despite raising a ticket several days ago I have received no information about how to even begin that process. I have no idea where the package is and need it returned to me immediately.

      The tracking number is No. N21617964 and the ticket number is #10323.

        I would like to inform you. I had booked DTDC courier for delivery from Mumbai to panna Madhya Pradesh inside the courier medicines of my mother of heart
        It reached at Jabalpur Madhya Pradesh on. 18 April 2021 and also Fdm showing on status still I didn't get medicines

          Simpi Baruah Dispatched one parcel to my address with DTDC courier service which AWB No is K29276643 on 14th April 2021. The parcel is showing delivered in dtdc portal, and the receiver name showing there is not any one from my family. I have not got any call from dtdc office Garia branch, or not have received the parcel. Please register a complaint for this.

              My shipment number is D75666298.
              My shipment is not delivered. The status online shows "ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG (CIR)"
              My phone number is provided in the shipment, can't you guys call if you are confused with the address? I have taken multiple deliveries at the same address by dtdc, don't know how come address can be wrong.
              You guys should have the minimum sense to call. Local dtdc office is unreachable on call. Pathetic service from dtdc over and over again.
              Please update on the shipment, it contains important articles.

                  Hi! My brother is currently an Officer Trainee at Officers Training Academy, Gaya, Bihar. He broke his specs and I sent him a new one which he required very urgently since there are a lot of activities (firing etc) which require accurate vision. The status now is 'Not Delivered (Non- Servicable Area- Dir). OTA Gaya is a serviceable area. I know this for a fact. Please get that parcel delivered asap. It's vvvvv urgent.

                      Hi iam prashanthi, we couriered food items on Saturday 17 apr 2021 awb number# D65242031 from medipally center NTPc to East marredpally Secundrabad the we received our parcel on 22nd Apr thursday but all food items were stolen or ate by the DTDC service men which was not acceptable
                      We should get delivered by 20th Apr but the service guy updated as not delivered (RECEIVER REQUESTED DELIVERY ON ANOTHER DATE (CIR))

                      We are not even informed or the service guy didnt even call us

                      We went to source NTPC DTDC we did multiple follow ups they gave us phone number when we called that guy phone was switched off for 2 days

                      Bownpally DTDC center kept our parcel for 4 days from the day it reached the destination

                          I booked 1 document for Raipur delivery on 7th of April 21 but still not deliver even over customer no. They misbehaving and say go to booking office don't ask me I am not liable for late delivery Document no. K29002689.
                          Even lodge complaint over mail but still not get positive feedback till date please help me out the document is very very urgent.

                                No one has come to deliver the package, and the status has been updated in 10 minutes as DOOR CLOSED. When I called up local DTDC, the person shouted at me, and spoke rudely.
                                This was today. See the snapshot. 2022 out for delivery, 2032 delivery failed. This is very normal for DTDC, and they do not care. They charge exorbitant rates, and then they play this, and customer is harassed. If you cannot deliver, then at least do not post false status, and attempt in reality. I need my package first thing in the morning, ASAP.

                                After I visited 5 branches, and having to go through around 4 hours of ordeal, I was finally handed over my parcel at the 5th hour on the next day. Horrendous service.

                                I am order dress for my friend. There show out of delivery in the chat. But No one has come to deliver the package.no one call to me. I update the screenshot also . I need my package first thing in the morning, ASAP

                                    I got my stuff couriered from IIM Sambalpur to Kolkata. 4 cartons and 2 luggage bags were packed for delivery. However, the courier boy told me that they themselves opened 2 cartons and transferred all the stuff to a big bag. However, this was done without my permission and now, my mobile phone which was in one of the cartons which were opened, is now missing.

                                      I refer to shipment reference no. K29333887 addressed to myself (V Ravikumar). This is required to be delivered to my home address as per shipment details. Your tracking portal mentions a status that it has not been delivered for the reason receiver not available. This is an incorrect status. I was always available throughout the day today and no one visited our place. The shipment is yet to be delivered. I am available 24 hours at the same place. Please ensure that it is delivered at the earliest.

                                      I agree. They have been doing the same to me. When called, their numbers never get through. If by chance, it does, someone disconnects without speaking. Cheaters and fraudsters.

                                        DTDC Fake Delivery Item did not received.

                                        I am victim of DTDC fake delivery. I got message that your item is out for delivery but when I checked the status on DTDC portal the status is showing that the item is successfully delivered but I didn't get the item.
                                        My consignment number is D64794307.

                                        Every time I reached out to the customer care they are only saying we are looking into it.
                                        Please look into this how I can get my item....
