Hello!!
I have booked the two parcel to Varanasi and New Delhi, there tracking number: K36747370, D65052337, so I just want to know why is delay in delivering the gift items to the particular address, I would like you to send my gift items as soon as possible to the given address for which I shall be grateful.

    Hello Sir/ma'am,
    Tracking no of the deliverable product is X70728680. Courier boy called me on 28/04/2021 @ 9.45 morning and assured to deliver me on same day. I waited for entire day...next day...but no one came to me. Very next day I got message they re-attempted to deliver my packet...which is very pathetic to describe...this type of awkward mentality that only to prove themselves right is not good for courier company as well as customer.

    Please review my comment and deliver my packet. This packet contains important documents. This may not import to Courier boy neither to company nor any one except me.

    Hence please deliver my packet with urgent.

      2 of my packages stuck at SERAMPORE SUPER FRANCHISEE since last 4-5 days, local hub isnt able to tell why is it stuck and when will it be delivered, business related products are in the package, facing huge losses due to the unexpected delays, no help from dtdc team yet, ### cs team, takes the highest charge amongst all courier services and 0 CUSTOMER services

        Hi,

        “To Whom It May Concern”.

        I am writing this to file a complaint about my DTDC parcel which I booked on 26th Arp from Bhopal to Delhi.

        I received it yesterday on 28th Apr, but my parcel packet was torned and when I opened it I saw that 2 items are missing from my packet, at the time of booking I booked 16 packets from Bhopal and when I received it at Delhi, only left 14 packets were left. Then I also contacted at Bhopal office they told me to file an online complaint and write an email.

        It is my humble request to you to please look into it and take very serious action against whoever did this, please check who is responsible for this act. I request you to provide all the details from the scratch starting from Bhopal to Delhi, how many people were there or involved in this delivery or responsible for this delivery, who is responsible for surveillance, including packaging person, scanning person, and delivery boys, including name and contact details.

        If I don’t see any positive response from you and a proper resolution against this fraudulent act, then I need to take future action against this fraud/cheat.

        I look forward to hearing from you soon.

          Ordering one material they dispatched April 22 from hyderabad. Coimbatore hub received 24th April. Till now (29/4/2021) not received my parcel I called customer care number call waiting only no response. I tried local no but they told contact customer care. Some other give phone number tried but not attend. Worst deliver and response.

            I have Book my parcel in Karungal DTDC Courier service on 26/04/2021, that parcel that need to be delivered is within kanyakumari District only.               This is regarding an order placed through Amazon.
              I believe dtdc was the third party delivery agent.
              The order tracking ID is :- D77187299

              The dtdc agent apparently called us couple of times. However we received a call from the said number just once, which was missed unfortunately as we were busy with some other works. Once the call was noticed we called the agent back. He spoke and kept on insisting that he can't deliver the package, and asked us to come instead and pick the parcel from the office, stating some unreasonable reasons like, "since you didn't receive the call, I can't deliver the package"; lockdown will be in place etc. It is true that a lock down will be imposed. However that will be in effect from tomorrow, i.e. 29.04.2021, from 10 pm. So in effect there was two full days time, to make the delivery, i.e. Today (28.04.2021) and tomorrow (29.04.2021). He merely made a call, and did not attempt to deliver the product. The address, with the house no and pin code etc is mentioned. It's just that we happened to miss the phone call. With the given details it's not impossible to find out the address. Just as postmen do.
              Finally the package was delivered in the evening after requesting the agent politely number of times and trying to work out any other possible solution, despite his unruly behaviour and insistence that we must arrange to pick the package. Please note that there was no necessity on our part to explain the situation as to why we can't come to pick up, because that's exactly why your services have been availed for! It's your duty as the service provider, not a favour on us.. It's just purely business!!!
              Even after all this the package was delivered to the neighbor (shop/landmark provided in the address), and not the correct house.
              That's what the agent kept saying on the call, despite telling him that it's the adjacent house and not the shop...
              The whole exercise of minimizing contact or contact less delivery goes for a toss due to this.

              If you are unable of providing good service to your customers, it might be wise to stay out of business.

              It was the duty of the company and its employee/agent to ensure safe and hassle free delivery to the customer. If we were only to arrange the pickup, why would we in the first instance, place an order for home delivery?

              What was done was purely unprofessional, and almost to the extent of mental harrasment.
              Your agent needs to understand what and why a home delivery is requested for and what exactly that means in order to provide the correct kind of service. Kindly educate him/them on the same.
              I strongly condemn this unacceptable behaviour and demand an apology for causing so much inconvenience and unpleasantness.

              It is unfortunate that dtdc doesn't take its customers seriously and continues to provide such unprofessional service.
              This is being said not because of this single incident but also wrt to incidences in the past.
              Also note that your first customer support who answered upon calling the call center, answered in the same unprofessional, unpleasant and most disinterested tone, as if she was doing us a major favour by receiving our complaint request and later to add to that ubruply hung up the phone, while I was still talking.

              It will be nice if dtdc takes appropriate actions against these employees, and strives to provide better service at least in the future.
              Because with this kind of services you will only lose your customers.

                We have courier the parcel on 24-April-2021, last 2 days the DTDC courier tracking is not changing and customer support team is not giving reply on my request and opted for DTDC Plus with extra money.

                Why this happen? Even after complaining to customer care, daily calling from last 2 days no response, just saying we will look after it.

                  My DTDC tracking number : V62092274.

                  I have booked DTDC plus courier for shipping my Mobile from Hyderabad to Bangalore (Pin 560100) on 26th April. I was told that the parcel will be delivered by 27th April. But delivery agent uploaded status as -"RECEIVER REQUESTED DELIVERY ON ANOTHER DATE-(CIR)".

                  The recipient has not received any phone call from DTDC on 27th April. I was trying to call the Bommasandra branch regarding my parcel. But no one is picking the call.

                  I need my parcel to be delivered today since I have return the mobile to my company without which my no dues will not be cleared by my company.

                  Request your support to ensure that the parecel is delivered.

I have received my LED on 21 Apr.But when I open my courier Screen of my LED is damage from various place.It damage fully.I have complain many time but till to date no action taken. I also send condition photo of broken screen through email.I want to claimed against my broken LED.

                      I was supposed to get my orders on 23 April and after the day till now no update nor call I will attach the screenshots of dtdc courier people who I have contacted they were online and not at all responding. I was supposed to go to my hometown as given work from home don't know when I will be back Hyderabad. They are not even responding I made n number of calls even in watsapp and normal calls also

                        I got sms on 23-April-2021, that my parcel is out for delievery. But suddenly after 2 hours there is online remarks"of Covid 19, could not attempt."
                        Even no have contacted me before this remark, even neither me or no any near by my residence have covid.
                        Why this happen? Even after complaining to customer care, daily calling from last 4 days no response, just saying we will look after it.

                            The package was sent out around 24 Feb 2021 and was supposed to go to Singapore. After several delays it got rejected by the recipient so I have been looking to get it returned to me. Despite raising a ticket several days ago I have received no information about how to even begin that process. I have no idea where the package is and need it returned to me immediately.

                                Simpi Baruah Dispatched one parcel to my address with DTDC courier service which AWB No is K29276643 on 14th April 2021. The parcel is showing delivered in dtdc portal, and the receiver name showing there is not any one from my family. I have not got any call from dtdc office Garia branch, or not have received the parcel. Please register a complaint for this.

                                    My shipment number is D75666298.
                                    My shipment is not delivered. The status online shows "ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG (CIR)"
                                    My phone number is provided in the shipment, can't you guys call if you are confused with the address? I have taken multiple deliveries at the same address by dtdc, don't know how come address can be wrong.
                                    You guys should have the minimum sense to call. Local dtdc office is unreachable on call. Pathetic service from dtdc over and over again.
                                    Please update on the shipment, it contains important articles.

                                        Hi! My brother is currently an Officer Trainee at Officers Training Academy, Gaya, Bihar. He broke his specs and I sent him a new one which he required very urgently since there are a lot of activities (firing etc) which require accurate vision. The status now is 'Not Delivered (Non- Servicable Area- Dir). OTA Gaya is a serviceable area. I know this for a fact. Please get that parcel delivered asap. It's vvvvv urgent.
