Hi iam prashanthi, we couriered food items on Saturday 17 apr 2021 awb number# D65242031 from medipally center NTPc to East marredpally Secundrabad the we received our parcel on 22nd Apr thursday but all food items were stolen or ate by the DTDC service men which was not acceptable
We should get delivered by 20th Apr but the service guy updated as not delivered (RECEIVER REQUESTED DELIVERY ON ANOTHER DATE (CIR))

We are not even informed or the service guy didnt even call us

We went to source NTPC DTDC we did multiple follow ups they gave us phone number when we called that guy phone was switched off for 2 days

Bownpally DTDC center kept our parcel for 4 days from the day it reached the destination

Courier not received ( domestic). Called to branch... No response...

I booked 1 document for Raipur delivery on 7th of April 21 but still not deliver even over customer no. They misbehaving and say go to booking office don't ask me I am not liable for late delivery Document no. K29002689.
Even lodge complaint over mail but still not get positive feedback till date please help me out the document is very very urgent.

HI, I have not received my parcel on Tracking Id- A91646916. But in DTDC Tracking sites there is mentioned "SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED". Please tell me where is my parcel. No one has come to deliver the package, and the status has been updated in 10 minutes as DOOR CLOSED. When I called up local DTDC, the person shouted at me, and spoke rudely.
This was today. See the snapshot. 2022 out for delivery, 2032 delivery failed. This is very normal for DTDC, and they do not care. They charge exorbitant rates, and then they play this, and customer is harassed. If you cannot deliver, then at least do not post false status, and attempt in reality. I need my package first thing in the morning, ASAP.

Delivered showing, but not received the courier

I got my stuff couriered from IIM Sambalpur to Kolkata. 4 cartons and 2 luggage bags were packed for delivery. However, the courier boy told me that they themselves opened 2 cartons and transferred all the stuff to a big bag. However, this was done without my permission and now, my mobile phone which was in one of the cartons which were opened, is now missing.

I refer to shipment reference no. K29333887 addressed to myself (V Ravikumar). This is required to be delivered to my home address as per shipment details. Your tracking portal mentions a status that it has not been delivered for the reason receiver not available. This is an incorrect status. I was always available throughout the day today and no one visited our place. The shipment is yet to be delivered. I am available 24 hours at the same place. Please ensure that it is delivered at the earliest.

I am victim of DTDC fake delivery. I got message that your item is out for delivery but when I checked the status on DTDC portal the status is showing that the item is successfully delivered but I didn't get the item.
My consignment number is D64794307.

Every time I reached out to the customer care they are only saying we are looking into it.
Please look into this how I can get my item....

Hi DTDC,
I have used your courier service to deliver one of my packages on 7th of April 2021 from the Indirapuram Ghaziabad branch. While delivering they deliberately changed the Pincode of the destination address without informing me and at the time of delivery, it was showing an incomplete/wrong address. When i asked them to at least return my package so that I can use another courier service to send my package, they said you will get the package in 2 days, then again extended the timeline for 4 days. I have visited the branch 8 times, now they are saying that they can not commit the delivery/return of my package. It can take weeks or months or year but they can not commit.
One of the seniors from the branch said that he will ask the courier to be delivered on his name, but now they are saying the policy has been changed and there are no timelines for delivery
I don't understand the nature of service and professionalism here. Now they are saying me to stop following it will be returned when they receive it and it can take any amount of time.
Now, it is really very frustrating for me neither the package has been delivered to the destination address nor it has been returned to me.

I had send a courier to Muvatupuzha, Kerala using DTDC courier service. It was a gift to my friend. For avoiding damages on my gift, I covered it with cardboard, I wrote " Do not fold" on that cardboard covering. . I payed Rs. 200 for fast delivery.But they were very careless about my courier. They folded that gift. It got damaged. Even they were careless about dealing with my friend's mother while she came to pick up that from DTDC Velloorkunnam office. They gave me a very poor service. Very bad service. I'm totally disappointed about this.
I'm demanding a refund.

In the status online, it shows the Receiver was not available, but nobody from DTDC had contacted me on April 15, 2021. The tracking number of the consignment is: R41080170.

Looks like it was first sent to DTDC Anna Nagar Tower branch. When I called them up, they said they’ve handed it over to DTDC Ambattur branch. But I haven’t been able to contact them and neither have they reached out to me.

In the online status it shows clearly that it has reached Chennai on 13 April 2021

And now the status is shown as “consignment redirected”

It is an important consignment. So kindly do the needful.

I have courier my parcel[protected]. 15th they told courier was misroute and today no one call me from courier side but they put receiver is not available and office closed or door lock(CIR) in tracking status. So kindly deliver my parcel as soon as possible.

I wanted to deliver a package to pincode 402201 by DTDC courier service and on the receipt also same pincode is given. But in online tracking system the destination place and pincode is different .

Hi team, we mentioned delivered address but delivery person not available for the address and he told us pick up from hub center. We are unhappy with this service. delivery hub: udayagiri, spsr nellore district, andhra pradesh 524226

I ma supposed to get a shipment from Chennai to Dindigul. Today 15/04/2021 the status changes to out for delivery but around 5.ep it was changed to undelivered with 'receiver not available' comment. I am all day active and my phone always on with good signal strength. Nobody called me for the delivery. This shipment is important to me. I feel bad as DTDC service is very worst without calling me they are changing the status as receiver not available. This is not right. Please do the needful. Thanks

With reference to the tracking number, I can see the consignment as delivered but havent received the consignment yet.
When checked with DTDC Kottarakara Office they said they cannot deliver to my place, if needed I need to come and pick it from DTDC office.
This is a medical safety kit for my old parents, and how can dTDC behave such rudely asking to pick it up if needed, my parents are unable to collect or travel in this pandemic.
This is what we get support from DTDC and very rude behaviour from the staffs.
If DTDC was unable to deliver the consignment at my place then why was the consignment accepted? during booking itself it could have been regretted. I want my consignment to be delivered at the earliest, moreover its a medical kit and should be delivered at the earliest.
