Important documents is received by the DTDC counter for delivery. But due to mistake in pin code, the item is not booked but receipt with consignee number is alloted. Dispute is not informed to customer. After checking through consignee number, no tracking is shown. Customer has made a contact with receipt centre to return the original document. But, for last two days it has not traced by the receipt centre. What should be next course of action for the same, if it is not found and returned.
