Courier with consignment number : D64769461 has not been delivered till now...

The tracker says it's dispatched from Ahmadabad Apex to Cochin Apex on the 28th March... There is no update after that.. The parcel was urgent and I need it to be delivered by tomorrow the latest.

The contact number provided for each branch is not in service.. How do you think we contact the office?

DTDC claims it's the best courier service in India but it seems this is not at all reliable service. Please do the needful immediately.

Dtdc courier Bhruranpuram, khammam branch is doesn’t delivery the parcel and doesn’t responding the issues .they are taking a week to delivery the item . And they doesn’t responding to my answer and they doesn’t answering anything

I already complained my consignment D64903358 is not delivered but they updated as it’s delivered. I want my consignment without tampering it.
I got case no but not done anything since 2 days.
I want my Courier without opened it.
How come they don’t know where is my parcel and the customer care it won’t even connect when u wait for 30minutes in line just disconnect.
Worst experience.
After they have so many complaints in consumer complaints, I fully understood how pathetically they are working.
So many unresolved complaints.

My mother sent a toaster and grill from Rajasthan to maharastra. The courier guy at sending location told not to worry. Nothing needs to be done. Parcel will be sent safely. But i received it yesterday and one whole corner has been broken. Its very heartbreaking. It was a expensive toaster from morphy richards INR4495. I would like you to cover the charges for repair.
And also please let the costumers know clearly if there is any risk involved so that insurance can be done. While searching to complain about this i found out that insurance can also be done. If it had been told earlier i would have taken action accordingly.
Please cover the repair charges. And a better training of the workers

Hi, I am Wenisa from Mangalore. I was supposed to receive a parcel from Hydrabad. My house is located just 5 kms from the heart of the city. The DTDC executive says my address is not serviceable. We have already paid Rupees 960 at the time sending the parcel. I am a housewife and have no private vehicle. And taking a cab would cost me another Rs.200
Kindly let me know whats the solution.

But still i have not received and tracing id shows only booked status. So pls look into the matter seriously as it is a case o[censored]rgency. My tracking no is K28754977.

My Brother sent a courier through DTDC to me Shweta to Odisha but they delivered the package to someone else, Can’t they even check the name on the package?
Already they delivered after 10days and even that to someone else.
My consignment number is D64903358 & reference number is[protected].
I need my package as early as possible without tampering it.

My dtdc shipment from e commerce website is reached to my nearest office on 26th march and still it is undelivered, while called the person from your local branch also disconnecting the call. the tracking id is P81317760. the worst courier company in the world, never do the door delivery always telling customers to collect from their office. pathetic and a disaster team.

I was to receive a package from Udupi to Bangalore on 18th March. I didn't get it and when I called DTDC, they said that it had been delivered in Panjim, Goa. The consignment number is B76506369.

They argued saying that at the place of booking, we have been issued a wrong consignment number, I sent them a copy of the receipt too.

Today, they have delivered it, after 11 days. It was a pooja...

As below mentioned address delivery boy denied. If it is not in limit, the courier service has taken.i cloud get other services provider. Please check and let me know.

I have sent a courier from Coimbatore to Nagercoil on 23.03.21 against docket C06830764. When i checked with the booking office they said it will definitely get delivered in 2 days. When i checked the status in DTDC website on 25.03.21 the status of consignment was appearing delivered whereas physically the parcel was not delivered. I raised a complaint on DTDC website but there was no response. I made a call on customer care and registered my complaint but no response. Finally I had to request the consignee to visit the DTDC office at Nagercoil twice and then made him collect it personally by hand. The parcel was lying with the booking office only undelivered whereas status updated in website as delivered. Pathetic service from such a reputed organisation. No effort was made for door delivery and not even a phone call. Blatant lie by the courier office that the consignment was misplaced. If its misplaced why the tracking was updated as delivered? Extremely unhappy with the level of service.

I have delivered a package from Patna to Pune .In 70 hrs it has reached 75 kms.And this is with premium . V70801973 is the tracking id. Where are we living ? In stone age?

I have delivered a package from Muzaffarpur to Pune by premium services. So far it has only reached a distance of 75 km in 48 hrs. i doubt, it has reached that also as it is shown that it is also in transit to that 75kms.A snail would have been lot faster. And that is with premium. Come on guys, help me in delivering it please.

Vaccines have been booked on 24.03.2021 from Nai hati, having consignment no.- D61515813. This types of vaccines should maintain proper cool chain strictly. The branch of DTDC has confirmed me about the delivery within 24 hours. Because after 24 hours the cool chain has been spoiled. But it is sorry to say that till today I.e.on27.03.2021 that was not delivered.As a result the entire vaccines are going to be spoiled. Now what canI do? I have no other way to go to consumers protection forum if you don't take any action.

The address I mentioned and the address the delivery man delivered were different.
When I tried to track consignment with the co I got to know about this defective delivery.
It was delivered 2 days back, and I was waiting like fool for my consignment. After knowing about the defective delivery, I had to go myself to collect the courier from the wrong delivered location.
After paying a heavy amount of 350, my courier not delivered correctly. Whats the use of your service, if I myself have to go and pick up the order.

I was sent a dtdc courier yesterday (25th March 2021) from Jaipur with consignment no. W00636276 to be delivered in Moradabad. When I tracked the courier status, it shows "no data available". It is a very important courier and I really need it within a week. Kindly help me out.
