Sir I have placed my order on 31/03/2021 I have also tracking ID D65342769 but its showing No data found

Plz provide me the details of the consignment number k29226184. The vendor provided me the slip on 29march 2020 bt it didn't contain any sign or date on the slip till now not getting any details. Plz help

Parcel tracking ID D[protected] dated 27 Mar 2021 has not been delivered to the address however reflected as delivered successfully as on 01 Apr 2021. Also, on enquiring from the branch office Amritsar it was told that it has been wrongly sent to some other delivery location.

You are requested to look into the lapse and take corrective action at the earliest and make arrangements to avoid future lapses causing inconvenience to the customers.

I booked a consignment from Goa to Coimbatore on 13th March. From 15th March there was no update on the status of the bag. I called DTDC customer care multiple times, and every time they tell me the same status on the website. They escalated the issue but when I keep asking for an update they say they need to check with the some other manager and will get back to me in 24 hours. But no one is calling me back. I have important things in my bag which I need urgently. How many ever times I call them it is not helping.
And when I ask can you tell me if the bag is lost, even for that they are not responding.

The DTDC franchiser un dispatcher goods not hand over to us the have not respond properly the below attached pod list not deliver to customer. DTDC courier point name DJ Enterprises, his name Dhanunjay, cont. no.[protected], point code. 996812

This consignment was despatched from Nagpur on 23rd March 2021 and supposed to reach on 1.4.2021. Online status shows that the consignment is lying at Ahmedabad Hub since 30 March 2021.

The Consignment carries student books and urgently required as the new session is about to start.

Request to the concerned person to please do the needful so that the consignment reaches to us in a day.

We have sent a parcel to Germany from Hyderabad, India through DTDC on 4th November 2020 with shipment number 63X3A3TWYCR. The parcel contains poultry meat of 2kgs (worth 3000rs)which has been informed to courier service and was mentioned in the invoice too. Invoice attached for reference.They took Rs. 11000 for the courier and made a invoice for Rs.5300 when we asked regarding the same, they informed us if the invoice
is made for Rs. 11000 you need to pay more custom duty while delivering the parcel, if it is made for Rs. 5300 u have to pay around 10 to 15 euros. We agreed for the same and the parcel has been couriered. The parcel was not delivered due to poultry regulations and was asked to pay around 60euros to deliver the parcel without the poultry meat. They didn’t mention about custom duty in any of their mails and the amount which they asked is only for separating the poultry meat and delivering the remaining parcel.When we have asked the courier service regarding this they were not responding properly and were talking rudely to us. They responded saying that pay the money and take the parcel from delivery people in Germany. We asked them to get the parcel back to India and return our money, from then they are not even Responding.

I ordered medicine from Sanyasi Ayurveda and it was shipped through DTDC courier services.
I provided the complete address along with the phone number of the receiver.
Still in the shipment, it is showing not delivered -incomplete address or wrong CIR.

I hope for immediate action and proper delivery of the parcel to the mentioned address.

I booked a parcel from Bangalore to Kerala. Tracking ID: B76712512.

The courier reached DTDC palakunnu and they called and asked to pick up the parcel from their office if I want. But I had booked a door to door service and hence requested for home delivery itself. The last status was our for delivery, but they changed it to Paperwork required (OTR) - not delivered. This was already raised to customer care (complaint ID: 656788).

The delivery agent was rude, his no. Is +[protected], please educate your delivery offices to behave with customer with basic manners, also do ensure that my package is delivered at the earliest.

Courier with consignment number : D64769461 has not been delivered till now...

The tracker says it's dispatched from Ahmadabad Apex to Cochin Apex on the 28th March... There is no update after that.. The parcel was urgent and I need it to be delivered by tomorrow the latest.

The contact number provided for each branch is not in service.. How do you think we contact the office?

DTDC claims it's the best courier service in India but it seems this is not at all reliable service. Please do the needful immediately.

Dtdc courier Bhruranpuram, khammam branch is doesn’t delivery the parcel and doesn’t responding the issues .they are taking a week to delivery the item . And they doesn’t responding to my answer and they doesn’t answering anything

I already complained my consignment D64903358 is not delivered but they updated as it’s delivered. I want my consignment without tampering it.
I got case no but not done anything since 2 days.
I want my Courier without opened it.
How come they don’t know where is my parcel and the customer care it won’t even connect when u wait for 30minutes in line just disconnect.
Worst experience.
After they have so many complaints in consumer complaints, I fully understood how pathetically they are working.
So many unresolved complaints.

My mother sent a toaster and grill from Rajasthan to maharastra. The courier guy at sending location told not to worry. Nothing needs to be done. Parcel will be sent safely. But i received it yesterday and one whole corner has been broken. Its very heartbreaking. It was a expensive toaster from morphy richards INR4495. I would like you to cover the charges for repair.
And also please let the costumers know clearly if there is any risk involved so that insurance can be done. While searching to complain about this i found out that insurance can also be done. If it had been told earlier i would have taken action accordingly.
Please cover the repair charges. And a better training of the workers

Hi, I am Wenisa from Mangalore. I was supposed to receive a parcel from Hydrabad. My house is located just 5 kms from the heart of the city. The DTDC executive says my address is not serviceable. We have already paid Rupees 960 at the time sending the parcel. I am a housewife and have no private vehicle. And taking a cab would cost me another Rs.200
Kindly let me know whats the solution.

My Brother sent a courier through DTDC to me Shweta to Odisha but they delivered the package to someone else, Can’t they even check the name on the package?
Already they delivered after 10days and even that to someone else.

I need my package as early as possible without tampering it.

My dtdc shipment from e commerce website is reached to my nearest office on 26th march and still it is undelivered, while called the person from your local branch also disconnecting the call. the tracking id is P81317760. the worst courier company in the world, never do the door delivery always telling customers to collect from their office. pathetic and a disaster team.
