Parcel tracking ID Z58409494

The package status is showing WRONG ADDRESS OR WRONG CIR, but the address given is absolutely right. I contacted their customer care and even reached their main HOWRAH branch, but they failed to give any information. The parcel contains stationary books sent by my college and I'm in urgent need of it.
The package reached my nearest branch (HOWRAH) on JAN 21st 2021 but still reach me it's Feb 11 2021 today. I went to their branch also, they said they do not have it.

    The courier was not delivered by the delivery boy and the status was uploaded that the receiver was not available at the respective address. The delivery boy didn't call on the mobile number provided too.

        The DTDC frazer town branch in Bangalore got a delivery to be made on a certain PIN code. On Saturday Feb 5th, approx 7 PM a delivery attempt was made and it was noted that the delivery agent is unable to get any response from the consignee. On Monday Feb 7th, 7:11AM, the log shows that are in unserviceable and was marked for RTO (return to Origin) immediately. This looks bogus after having attempted a delivery on Saturday before.

        Having raised the issue with their 'Contact us' call centre, they said they cannot resolve or provide any help against a returned shipment.

        After contacting the booking office they say the PIN code is serviceable but the specific area MAY not be serviceable.

        The shipment had food item and would have probably been damaged by now.

            I have checked my laptop's left side hinges were cracked. When I open the laptop, one side part will a band internally and the laptop body part also found the crack on a banded part.

                DTDC — Irresponsible Courier services

                This mail is a complaint mail against DTDC courier services at sanpada branch, Vashi.
                i have no idea what kind of services are DTDC people providing
                I have sent parsoul from sanpada DTDC to pune, Katraj DTDC.
                My colleague received courier that time it will be damaged and broken.
                Who is responsible for this.
                Pls refund my money that I have paid for courier.

                    We are staying at home for last 4 days and didn’t receive any calls from DTDC.

                    shipment was showing the status as out for delivery from last 4 days, and they are updating the status daily as door locked.

                    We didn’t receive any call from DTDC gachibowli. when I sent multiple mails, They just responded yesterday with “out for delivery”. But they didn’t deliver it and updated the online status as door locked.

                    DTDC gachibowli contact numbers and DTDC head branch numbers are not working to contact for the info. Even head branch also not responding to the mails.

                    I was cancelled all my schedules for last 3 days and due to their irresponsibility and wrong commitment.

                      A parcel IDed V90957085 that I am to receive was marked as Not Delivered (CUSTOMER WILL SELF COLLECT - CIR) on 08/02/2021 while NO attempt was actually made to deliver the mobile. I hope I don't become a victim of another fraud.

                          Dear sir/ Madam
                          I send a courrier from Hyderabad ( Bharth Nagar) to Tatipatri(ethsthita) on 23/06/20 which is not received...and it was stuck at kakinada sub office almost 2 + months ..asked them several times every time they said several reasons to escape from me like as carona, our staff also suffered from Carona, mobile last, mobile was changed, your number lost, main person was going change, and final that newly joined person said " I am knew so I don't the issue " etc.. at last on traking it show as the consignment was delivered on 21/08/20..but it's not received . I was requesting dtdc for proof of delivery and their response, response time, way they behave made me feel so much stressful. One of the worst consumer support I ever had in my life. So, far they dont even know what is the meaning of empathy and didnt concern the request of their customers. I feel their is not even ownership to respond back to consumer emails. And now the DTDC of Bharth Nagar persons said the number (H[protected]which alloted for me was renewval..how can you do this whichout resolve the issue.. please take necessary action as soon as possible .it's almost 8 months from this mental torture.. thank you in advance.

                            Address: DTDC Rourkela

                            This is a Complain regarding a consignment sent from Nashik to Rourkela on 25th January 2021. Consignment number (V[protected]

                            Following are the details of the events:

                            1. Consignment sent from Nashik, Maharashtra, with Grapes (4kg-value-Rs 400) on express courier delivery (Paid amount Rs 1000).

                            2. I was informed that the parcel will be delivered to Rourkela, Odisha by 28th January 2021.

                            3. I kept tracking on the tracking id provided (V[protected] which showed that the parcel was in transit.

                            4. On 29th January 2021 (Friday), first call was made to the Nashik DTDC office to get the status of delivery. Ms. [censored]al Vilas Sonawane, DTDC Channel Partner, said she will get back, but did not.

                            5. On 30th January 2021 (Saturday), again I made a call to the Nashik DTDC office and then Ms. [censored]al Vilas Sonawane informed me that the parcel MAY have reached in a damaged condition is what she was informed from Rourkela Branch. Discussion about how a damage can occur was made, but she promised that the parcel anyways will be delivered to the customer. I also, raised a complaint against the consignment not reaching the customer. (screenshot attached). However, I never received a reply from DTDC.

                            6. As 31st January 2021 was a Sunday, nothing could be done.

                            7. On 1st February 2021, yet again I called the Nashik DTDC office and then I was informed that the address and contact number was not visible on the damaged parcel; hence, the Rourkela branch could not send it to the customer. I provided the requisite details on the phone. Also, Ms. [censored]al Vilas Sonawane, informed that she has received an email from Mr. Surajit Mandal, Assistant DMC, Rourkela Branch saying that the parcel stinks; hence, cannot be delivered. She also added that the damage MAY have happened at the Airport and DTDC, CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE, but she could not provide any proof of where the damage had taken place.

                            8. On 1st February 2021, customer in Rourkela received a call from Mr. Bicky Singh from Rourkela DTDC branch saying that the address and number on parcel was not visible; hence, he could not contact earlier, but now he received the email and is making a call. On the customer’s request, he said he will bring the damaged parcel on 2nd February. He also, sent a screenshot of the damaged parcel on whatsapp where the address was visible (screenshot sent by Mr. Bicky attached).

                            9. Rourkela customer, messaged him to send the damaged parcel on the address, but Mr. Bicky did not reply. Rourkela customer called him on 2nd and 3rd February, but he did not answer his phone. (screenshot of the whatsapp messages attached).

                            10. On 3rd February, Rourkela customer visited the DTDC office, Plot no. B25, Rourkela Industrial Estate, in the afternoon. Mr. Pradyumna Prakash Kar, Channel Management Officer and Mr. Janmejaye, Branch Manager were present. After listening to the customer, a call was made to Mr. Chandramani Behra, Area Manager who spoke in a raised, irritated and accusatory tone and claimed that:

                            · The Nashik DTDC Branch has messed things up

                            · It is the Nashik customer’s fault that the packaging was not done properly

                            · Information was updated about damaged product from Rourkela, but DTDC Nashik did not do anything about it

                            · If the customer’s tracking ID shows that the parcel is in transit even on 3rd February 2021, though parcel has reached on 28th January, then it’s a technical problem and he cannot do anything about it. The online tracking details were shown to Mr Kar and Mr Janmejaya as well which still showed the status as ‘in transit’

                            · It is not his job to inform the customer that a damaged parcel has arrived

                            · He accused the Rourkela customer for complaining about Mr. Bicky calling on 1st February as he anyways made a call (point to note is that he called after emails from my side were sent). Also, Mr. Bicky did not care to answer his phone which according to Mr. Behra was ‘Okay, as what could have Bicky done’.

                            · Mr Behra made a call to DTDC Nashik branch and no one answered, so he said he cannot do anything if they are not answering and that he will get back after speaking.

                            11. Mr. Pradyumna Prakash Kar opened the damaged parcel and the address and phone number of the Rourkela customer was clearly visible (Screenshot attached) and said that Bicky may have not opened it properly and seen the details. He was apologetic about the fuss that was created.

                            12. Also, one of the two gentlemen at Rourkela branch added that if the customer lodges a complain then DTDC just sends a feedback email to employees and says ‘lesson learnt, just don’t repeat it’ and nothing else is done for the customer anyways.

                            I request for the refund of Rs 400 (grapes value) and Rs. 1000 (Courier value): total Rs. 1400 to be made. Also, to ensure that mistreatment to the customer is met with strict action against the employee.

                            I will never use DTDC courier service to Rourkela, odisha. This has been a nightmare as none of the customer services are able to help in anyway.

                            Awaiting a positive action from DTDC this time.

                                I have contacted One Deva on [protected] to book a consignment from Hyderabad to Vijayawada on 29th Jan around 11 am. He has sent one Suresh ph. [protected] to pick up the consignment. Suresh collected the packet and promised to send DTDC receipt on whatsapp. We have not got the rceipt and when we called, they both switched off their phone numbers.
                                I approached the policy station at BHEL Ramachandrapuram, Hyderabad. With their intrevention, Suresh came to the police station and provided the receipt.
                                I think this is very unprofessional and can be fraud also.

                                  My Courier was came to mentioned address but due to unavailable of receiver it went back DTDC Bommasandra, Bangalore. At present its not not there at DTDC Bommasandra, even those branch people unable to trace out it. Please i am requesting DTDC Management to trace out that courier because in that courier i have my original MBA certificates of all semesters and it was disaptched from university of mysore.

                                    I have mailed a package on 13st January, 2021 from HYDERABAD to CHENNAI ( consignment number: H[protected]. It took one week to show the delivered status on DTDC website, whereas the package was not delivered to the right person.                                     My consignment no. Is D63494219. I have nkt received my oarcel nor the teacking updates for the past 25 days. No action has been taken even after calling the cystomer care everyday. Worst service is given. I am priceeding to consumer greivence redressal to file a complaint today

                                      Above consignment was booked on 28 Jan 2021 from Korba to Chennai by air cargo (considering the urgency by paying higher charges) vide receipt No. D63754597. But while tracking it was found that the mode of consignment has been changed from 'air cargo' to "surface transport" from Mumbai to Chennai on 30 Jan 2021, therefore, resulted delayed delivery at destination only on 4 Feb 2021 4PM. Unable to understand the reason for change in mode, once I booked my consignment by air cargo after paying higher rate than the normal charges in between the transit. The very purpose of 'URGENCY' totally failed. Refund of my courier charges may be made as early as possible.
                                      DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      When I booked my consignment number D63754597 by air cargo mode, how it can be changed to
                                      "surface transport mode" in between the transit. It is not at all justifiable. I have paid Rs.1540/- for Air shipment of my consignment from Korba to Chennai (considering the urgency of the contents ie. formal clothes + original certificates for my son). When my consignment reached Mumbai on 29.1.2021ie. just next day of booking & consequently despatched from there by "Surface
                                      Transport" on 30.01.2021. It is pertinent to mention here that if my consignment would have been sent by air cargo on 30.01.2021 from Mumbai to Chennai, it would have reached Chennai on the
                                      same day and would have been delivered either on 31/1 (being Sunday, considered as off day) or 1 Feb 2021 instead of after delay of three days ie. on 4th Feb 2021 at 4PM. Therefore, as you can see the very purpose of my URGENCY totally defeated by the inappropriate handling of my consignment by DTDC Mumbai staff. At this juncture, I can opt only for refund of my courier charges since I have been charged for 'AIR CARGO' for the entire transshipment upto Chennai.

                                      Matter may be treated as MOST URGENT and refund process may be initiated as early as possible.
