Irresponsible behaviour from DTDC employees
I have mailed a package on 13st January, 2021 from HYDERABAD to CHENNAI ( consignment number: H[protected]. It took one week to show the delivered status on DTDC website, whereas the package was not delivered to the right person. Later I complained about this to the DTDC team they got me connected to the Ambattur DTDC branch, now they behaved so childish and irresponsible. On 5th February I got a call from them, The reason they gave me for not delivering is " the package was not properly packed and the contents came out of the box so the delivery was not possible" but they still marked delivered. I actually packed it with a smartphone outer hardcase I know that won't get ripped off, unless someone manually does it.
She shared me the photos( attached with this complaint) saying it was stuck in pulling hooks and got torn. My question here is why do you need a pulling hook to take out a 250gms of box?.
What exactly happened over there?
It's neither about the money nor the package
Why this thing happened? And how people who work in DTDC can do such worst thing.
I need a proper declaration report on what happened and apologizing for what they did.

My consignment no. Is D63494219. I have nkt received my oarcel nor the teacking updates for the past 25 days. No action has been taken even after calling the cystomer care everyday. Worst service is given. I am priceeding to consumer greivence redressal to file a complaint today

Above consignment was booked on 28 Jan 2021 from Korba to Chennai by air cargo (considering the urgency by paying higher charges) vide receipt No. D63754597. But while tracking it was found that the mode of consignment has been changed from 'air cargo' to "surface transport" from Mumbai to Chennai on 30 Jan 2021, therefore, resulted delayed delivery at destination only on 4 Feb 2021 4PM. Unable to understand the reason for change in mode, once I booked my consignment by air cargo after paying higher rate than the normal charges in between the transit. The very purpose of 'URGENCY' totally failed. Refund of my courier charges may be made as early as possible.

It's procedure all completed but refund not received since last 3 months.

Not sure where it's stuck and I am not getting any proper communication.

My courier is book on dated 21 jan 2021 from bharat serum & vaccines ltd. but till date 4 feb it was not received by me, when i track it online it shows that reciver not available, it, s not correct resion, i am available 24 hour on given address, your delivery person giving you wrong remark, please look on fallowing matter and give delivery as soon as possible.

A parcel with Tracking ID: T01490638 was marked as delivered on the official DTDC website but I did not received any parcel. There is no response from any customer care or email or local DTDC office. I traveled 60KM approx to DTDC office to get information about the parcel but they did not entertain any customer.

They say that it was delivered directly to my office but the address is of my home. There are no office nearby.

I was requesting dtdc for proof of delivery and their response time made me feel so much stressful. One of the worst consumer support I ever had in my life. So, far they dont even know what is the meaning of empathy and didnt concern the request of their customers. I feel their is not even ownership to respond back to consumer emails.

I have ordered a product from Salem. When I ordered, they told me that they will deliver it to my location. But at the time of delivery, the lady in the delivery centre asked me to pick my product from the centre.She didn't respond me perfectly. If you don't have any one to deliver to my preferred location, then why do you book the order? Totally disappointed!

I Currier a box packed with home appliance from Udaipur to Patna, today I received Currier from dtdc delivery boy, when I open parsel, I found that some item are missing from box. Then I check box properly I found box were opened and repacked .this is show dtdc is unresposible Currier service.

I have sent courier from Kolkata on 20th Jan 2021 vide A.W.B. No. N/AJ/249 to Ludhiana Punjab through DTDC (Instant Air Express) 1, British Indian Street, Kolkata 700 069. At the time of booking I have been committed it will be delivered on 27th or 28th January, 2021 positively. On 28th January, 2021 when I enquired they have confirmed 100% delivery made but as per the recipient it was not delivered till 31st of January, 2021.
Yesterday and today (1st February, 2021) when I want POD (Proof of Delivery) from DTDC they said it is not delivered till today. After several follow-up, DTDC confirmed today it has been delivered today and sent me POD.

V61037935 is my consignment number. It contains very very important documents. I have send the courier from Bangalore to Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh). It was a premium prepaid delivery. But after 7 days, the recipient got a SMS that the courier is successfully delivered, but it is not delivered to the correct recipient.
Now, I went to the dtdc office from where I have sent the courier, they said try calling these numbers, they are not trying to find it out.
No one is answering at those phone numbers.
I really need to find the document but getting no help from DTDC.
I have complained on twitter also. There customer service is not answering.
Very disappointed experience.

Today I received a parcel (AWB#- D[protected] in Patna in the name of Mr. Deepak Verma, sent from JODHPUR (by Mr. Rakesh Lakhotia) on Jan 23, 2021 and one of the items in the parcel was missing. There is no detail or explanation/intimation provided if the parcel was deliberately taken out after opening it adhering to guidelines of DTDC or if it was simply stolen, but I am certain it is opened without my consent as the packaging is different . This is so unprofessional and disappointing on DTDC's behalf and I would request for a formal investigation.
It was a very costly item (Calvin Klein perfume) and if I do not receive the item here in Patna or it is not sent back to the sender in Jodhpur, I am going to file an official complaint in consumer court against DTDC. Here is the list of items received in the courier along with the picture attached of the same- Sweet box, snacks, cloth box with cloth and perfume inside and a saree packet. Also, to highlight, the other perfume (Park Avenue) was not taken out of the box but the Calvin Klein Perfume was.
Also attached is the image of the box as received here in Patna whereas the packaging in Jodhpur was different which can be confirmed by the DTDC office in Jodhpur from where the courier was shipped. Kindly provide an explanation asap through e-mail or you can contact me at +91 [protected].
Needless to say, you have lost a loyal customer for sure. Highly highly disappointed and extremely upset.

DTDC Tracking D85821077 not delivered to our office.,

But while tracking this shipment, it is showing delivered at somewhere on 26.01.2021.

I have sent courier From Visakapatnam to Kolkatha on 25th Jan 2021 night 8 pm at siripuram vishakapatnam its a saree for marriage to be delivered by 2nd Feb and at the time of booking the the manager said that if pay 995 the courier will be sent in three days but the courier was still not reached destination and they sent my courier from vizag to hyderabad and from Hyderabad again to vizag and when I complained to local office they said they will send by air to kolkatha with in 24 he's but still the tracking details are not updates and what happend to my parcel and it is showing that it was returned to Vizag Hub whats happening with My Shipment Tracking history or problem with working team please update me

From 4 days I'm tracking my order. Yesterday it was showing that it has reached its destination and is out for delivery but at 6:30pm it shows otr, I don't know what it means and today its showing cir. I don't know why DTDC is not delivering the order to me. They hadn't called me and in website write that it's my fault. How could this be possible I'm afraid know that it wouldn't be delivered to me. Please help.

I have sent 4 boxes from Delhi to kerala on 25/01/2021. The courier tracking numbers given were D80032384 and each of them were numbered D[protected], D[protected], D[protected] and D[protected].
However now the status of D[protected], 003 and 004 are showing undelivered(receiver not available CIR). whereas actually the receiver was there for the whole day on the stipulated address. Neither have I received any calls during the whole day in the given mobile number or the alternate numbers. . Please do the needful.
The shipment contains important things and are not to be missed.
