V60211748 Devanahalli 562110 not delivered

Today I received a parcel (AWB#- D[protected] in Patna in the name of Mr. Deepak Verma, sent from JODHPUR (by Mr. Rakesh Lakhotia) on Jan 23, 2021 and one of the items in the parcel was missing. There is no detail or explanation/intimation provided if the parcel was deliberately taken out after opening it adhering to guidelines of DTDC or if it was simply stolen, but I am certain it is opened without my consent as the packaging is different . This is so unprofessional and disappointing on DTDC's behalf and I would request for a formal investigation.
It was a very costly item (Calvin Klein perfume) and if I do not receive the item here in Patna or it is not sent back to the sender in Jodhpur, I am going to file an official complaint in consumer court against DTDC. Here is the list of items received in the courier along with the picture attached of the same- Sweet box, snacks, cloth box with cloth and perfume inside and a saree packet. Also, to highlight, the other perfume (Park Avenue) was not taken out of the box but the Calvin Klein Perfume was.
Also attached is the image of the box as received here in Patna whereas the packaging in Jodhpur was different which can be confirmed by the DTDC office in Jodhpur from where the courier was shipped. Kindly provide an explanation asap through e-mail or you can contact me at +91 [protected].
Needless to say, you have lost a loyal customer for sure. Highly highly disappointed and extremely upset.

But while tracking this shipment, it is showing delivered at somewhere on 26.01.2021.

I have sent courier From Visakapatnam to Kolkatha on 25th Jan 2021 night 8 pm at siripuram vishakapatnam its a saree for marriage to be delivered by 2nd Feb and at the time of booking the the manager said that if pay 995 the courier will be sent in three days but the courier was still not reached destination and they sent my courier from vizag to hyderabad and from Hyderabad again to vizag and when I complained to local office they said they will send by air to kolkatha with in 24 he's but still the tracking details are not updates and what happend to my parcel and it is showing that it was returned to Vizag Hub whats happening with My Shipment Tracking history or problem with working team please update me

From 4 days I'm tracking my order. Yesterday it was showing that it has reached its destination and is out for delivery but at 6:30pm it shows otr, I don't know what it means and today its showing cir. I don't know why DTDC is not delivering the order to me. They hadn't called me and in website write that it's my fault. How could this be possible I'm afraid know that it wouldn't be delivered to me. Please help.

I have sent 4 boxes from Delhi to kerala on 25/01/2021. The courier tracking numbers given were D80032384 and each of them were numbered D[protected], D[protected], D[protected] and D[protected].
However now the status of D[protected], 003 and 004 are showing undelivered(receiver not available CIR). whereas actually the receiver was there for the whole day on the stipulated address. Neither have I received any calls during the whole day in the given mobile number or the alternate numbers. . Please do the needful.
The shipment contains important things and are not to be missed.

After several follow-up, is shows on DTDC website that it has been delivered on 4th Jan, but as per as the recipient, they say that it is not delivered.
Now I have been requesting to get the POD(Proof of Delivery) from DTDC, but more than 20 days have passed, but I have not received the POD. I have called them several times, raised complaint through their website, sent a mail on different DTDC websites but I have not got any update.
Got a call from DTDC(no.[protected], that she will update me, but even she is not picking up my phone.
Kindly assist on this, now more than 1 month has passed.

I got a complaint about DTDC Ambalamugal. I recived a phone call on January 27/2021. The communication made over phone was about my item in DTDC office. I ask them to deliver to the adress given.. The guy i was talking over phone was so rude he hang up on me several times. Now he dont want to answer my phone call. So still my item is in DTDC office. I paid DTDC to do their job. All phone calls from DTDC was recorded. So please contact Ambalamugal DTDC office and ask them to do thir job right. Non delivery of my item will taking this matter to the court of Law. I dont think DTDC wants do all that. So ask your guys to do the Job. [protected]. This was the number i was communicating with. The adress suppose to deliverd to Shobi Joy. Variyath house. I got mail that says Product is shipped with Shipment ID- D75178907, bt when I tried to track that product, it is showing “ consignment number is invalid “. I have not received the product, delivery mail or any msg regarding the same

We have booked a consignment from Jalandur on 23.01.2021which pertains to the document number : D85530618. As per your tracking record we learnt that the consignment has reached chennai on 27.01.2021 and received a message stating that the consignment is out for delivery and when I called your office in Nugambakkam i got the same reply stating that consignment is out for delivery.We are located in just hardly 4Km radius from your Nungambakkam location.
Since this consignment is very important and time precious we have booked it in air cargo spending extra money.We were in desparate need of the consignment so waited till 8.00pm more than our office hours to just collect the consignment but in vain. the next day i contacted the jalandar office got the number of Nungambakkam branch incharge .he in turn gave me a number to contact, They inturn gave me the same status stating the consignment is out for delivery and also shared the number of the delivery person ([protected] Hemant) We have atlest tryed to call him more than 50 time s from my mobile, from jalandar and all the source of our associates but this guy didnt even pick the call or bothered to call back.I personally waited till 8.00pm on 28/01.2021 but again in vain he dint turn up .The beauty of this whole story is your person has blindly returned the consignment saying the premises was closed .This shows how this Nungambakkam branch people are so lethogic about their customers. And after waiting for 2 days now im registering the complaint .its 11.00 Am and im unable to recieve my consignment.Its so pathetic that i have ended up paying premium money for unworthy service .Hope atleast i get a reply for this big message.

A covering letter sent from BPCL, Irumpanam, Kochi on 19.1.2021 vide consingnment no. R40074824 to Mr. K. E Tytes, BPCL, Irugur, Coimbatore. While tracking the consignmet, it was observed that parcel was returned due to door lock/office closed. BPCL is an oil company where round the clock office will be opened for 365 days in a year. Your delivery person has not visited BPCL office and he has given wrong information in your tracking record. He has never contacted me on my mobile number. Kindly take necessary action against the concerned and deliver my consignment at the earliest.

Not Deliver the Parcel
Hi,

There is courier parceled from my company to my address which is in Batala City, Punjab and it's very important for me to collect. DTDC returned it to RTO mentioning that "Not Delivered(ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG (CIR))". Here they can do one thing,
1.Its the duty of the courier company to deliver the parcel to the address but they didn’t even came and not even try to call.

2. I have visited the courier office but they said that the parcel is here for 3 days but i have seen in the website of dtdc that the parcel came to my city and then return to RTO is initiated on the same day. This is what they trying to say me, that is really bad and not updating the parcel location is another fault.

My parcel from Amazon reached the destination at Adimali, Idukki district of Kerala on 24th January, 2021 but they're not attempt to deliver my package. I called their office so many times but they didn't respond. My tracking report yesterday (27th) shows that the package delivered to me. It's not received me nor they call me. Today morning also I tried to contact them but they are not picking up my calls. I registered a complaint with customer care under case#18279770. Still no response from the branch or the cc.

D92915819 tracking no is showing lost booked from Jaipur .Now dtdc courier office staff is saying that it is lost and client have to bear 100% loss .

Why 100% loss will be beared by client ?

I live in Gujarat State Capital Gandhinagar, which has been marked as NON SERVICEABLE AREA. I wasn't even informed or given an email regarding this - when they are situated in Ahmedabad which is just beside Gandhinagar.
I have been delivered products at my location multiple times so I it's not as if I live in a remote location. There was no call, no email and I only got to know that they have refused to deliver on checking status history.br...

A46750312 My DTDC courier has been showing OTR for the past 5 days. Please reattempt the delivery and update the status ASAP.

While checking the status of my parcel, I found this sudden change in my status where my parcel status was stated as consignment Redirected, however the courier person didn't even came at my place nor did he called or msged me for the same. After a lot of calls an messages to the customer care, no one responded to my calls & query.. I am really scared about my parcel. Courier companies should improve their services, so that their customers do not suffer :/
