I booked one courier from DTDc courier services, Roshan Pura, opposite Bapu ki kutiya new market Bhopal on Jan 9 2021 .
Shipment details are as follows:
From : Bhopal
To : Katni
Shipment type : others
Delivery Charges : Rs 130

Because of the mistake done-by the Franchise in entering the destination pin code, the parcel has reached to Panjim, Goa instead of Katni

Katni Pincode : 483501
Panjim Pincode : 403501

I have made Multiple calls to the Franchise owner and to there customer care service but there has been no constructive response up till now

I was told they have marked the parcel for return from Panjim and the tracking shows that it was on its return and up till yesterday it came to Mumbai also from Panjim But today again it shows that it has been sent back to Panjim from Mumbai

Customer card executives have been very rude and non courteous as well.

I haven't received my product from DTDC. There is no proper response from the customer service.
I was asked to go to all the way to Siliguri and collect my parcel. When I went there, the staff instead of looking for my lost parcel asked me why I went there after a month. It was their job to deliver my parcel and not the other way round. When I asked to meet with their manager, they did not let me meet him.
The customer care hasn't been responsive either.
Urgent help is required.

Tracking status shows consignment delivered successfully on Tuesday but I have not received the parcel.
Request the matter may be investigated for wrong status and instruction be given to made the delivery at the correct address as soon as possible.

I sent a Consignment from Kerala to Maharashtra On[protected]. The Consignment number of the same is R39799638. The tracking is not available when i tried as the update says Soft data uploaded and the origin destination is not also showing, but the Local franchise has already sent the Consignment. When i tried to Raise a Query on DTDC Website it said that the Consignment number is Invalid.
This is the Second time DTDC is messing with my consignments over the last 30 days. What a terrible service and customer response.
It's an Ecommerce Delivery and i don't get paid by the Ecommerce platform if the tracking ID showed DELIVERED regardless of whether the reciever recieve it or not. Look in to the issue and rectify it as soon as possible.

Hello DTDC
My name is Deepak pandey from kanpur, i am writing this mail for giving a complaint against one of your team members who is working from pune.
one of my friends sent me a phone via DTDC on[protected] and he sent me a video also of that phone, and as expected i was waiting for my parcel but after 2 days i called DTDC guy for tracking id, he denied to giving me tracking id.
After that he started asking for money to deliver my courier , he started telling me that my parcel is prepaid. I have to send him money, till now he took 10422 rs from me via phone pay.

and till today i didn't get my parcel. It's still with that DTDC guy i.

please sirMadam have a look into this situation.i am sending all transaction screenshots and that guy number please check .

I booked my suitcase on 4th Jan 21 vide ref no. D 85607598 from mumbai to kochi. It rchd after 10 days on 12 jan. Suitcase handle got broken while transit from mumbai to kochi. R u going to pay any compensation for reparing. You spoiled my suitcase. Look into this matter and revert bk.
