D63493551 . Laptop still not delivered to my company Xome services ltd bangalore.
Without Laptop they wont clear my salary and documents. Please help, I have been complaining to DTDC from past week but no reply at all.

      I was not and was not aware of the delivery of my package on the day it got marked as out of delivery. I asked the delivery boy to reattempt it the next day but he refused to do so and threatened to cancel the order if not delivered that day. Despite telling him so many times that that's an important shipment and I am not home I can not receive it, he misbehaved and told me he is canceling my order. I tried calling him the next day but he never picked up the call. Such delivery guys should be given thorough training in behavior and courtesy before they are sent for delivery.         Consignment Number : K36155656
        In tracking details, the consignment is said to be undelivered due to wrong/incomplete address or wrong CIR, but the address given is absolutely fine as all other cooriers are delivered regularly without any trouble. The primary and alternate contact numbers mentioned on the consignment is also working, but noone from DTDC ever contacted on any of the given numbers.
        My consignment contains important documents, please look into this and arrange the delivery at earliest.

          My consignment no is M02946472 they are showing succesfully delivered and i have not received the parcel.how this is possible even receiver also showing as D where have you delivered the parcel ? To whom ? You guys don't even call me once and didn't give qn otp as well. What kind of service you are providing.

            My courier reched Bellary on 21st this month and till today 24th this was not delivered by DTDC, I have called your ASM Mr Arif 3 days back but till no response from any of your representative, your franchise owner speaking without responsible

              My friend sent me my laptop and I received it on 20 jan 2021 but it's damaged and i filled complain thrice in dtdc but they ar no assisting and it was a insured parcel upto 50000 of surcharges but they are not replying me regarding it my laptop display is damaged and has few dents and scratches on its surface please help me regarding this

                I work from home at Malvan, a town in the Sindhudurg district. I was supposed to receive my office Laptop through DTDC. The DTDC person called me and told that they cannot deliver to Malvan. He asked me to come to Kankavli which is 55 km away from my home immediately. The person talked to me rudely and asked me raised a cmplaint. If DTDC could not deliver to Malvan then why did they accept the order. My company could have booked through some other courier company. This is cheating with customer and needs serious action. This is totally unprofessional and highly unacceptable. I want my Laptop delivered immediately. My office work is held up due to this. The Consignment Number is V61139638 with DTDC. The delivery address is 74, Miryabanda, Sarekot, Tal Malvan, Dist Sindhudurg.416606. Please look into the issue urgently. .

                  My parcel (A[protected] was out for delivery but wasn't delivered and instead now its showing as undelivered because of wrong or incomplete address. I didn't even receive a phone call from the company side. I need my parcel delivered to me. Totally unprofessional way of delivery, i was already waiting too long for my parcel to get out of the Chennai apex facility and finally be out for delivery. So disappointed with this service. Customer service people are also kind of rude. I AM SO DONE.

                    No one tried to contact the phone number provided in the address.

                        We have booked a cartoon (Costly Diary) under DTDC Consignment No - D63496767 on dated:[protected] from Dhanbad to Chhindwara but till today it has not reached to destination for delivery. Whereas at the time of booking we were ensured that it would take two - three days to reached chhindwara.
                        Please take it very serious and do the needful immediately.

                          I sent a consignment consisting a laptop, charger and ID card with consignment number D63066613 on 20th Jan 2021. When I tracked the courier it was showing "office closed or door locked". I tried to call dtdc gurgugram location people but they didn't pick the call after trying multiple times.

                                My client booked courier from Noida to Ahmedabad dated ; 16 Jan 21, courier reach Ahmedabad on 18 Jan 21 and it was reached Gota DTDC Branch on 19 Jan 21 but not deliver and status shown in stacking that "RECEVER REQUESTED DELIVERYON ANOTHER DATE " any delivery person not contacted me for delivery, and i have not answer for such, same also status shown on 20 Jan 21,

                                Today (21 Jan 21 ) i have contacted to Gota Branch Mo No. [protected], not answer anything and cut my call, many time i have to contacted but not received my call...

                                Courier is urgent and it is laying in Ahmedabad gota branch from last 02 days but not deliver, i m very disappoint about your service, i have also told to my business client to not send courier in DTDC any time

                                  I received my package in a worst/ pathetic condition..The courier was booked on 12/1/2021 and it got delivered to me on 15/1/2021 at around 3.55pm.The box was full of dry papads and few savouries which was opened by rat..when I saw that box literally I was shocked. It came with big hole and packets were opened...Everything was messed up. My consignment number AWB No:D63860421.I have spent the amount of Rs.1500/-for this package..kindly take necessary action and refund my money...It's complete loss.
