Pkt booked on 4th from mumbai for kochi but till to date not rcvd.

Both my trunks and the two boxes in which my things were there are completely damaged and broken.Need my refund.Want a strict action to be taken again DTDC personal Rajeev Kumar and his supervisor amarander Pandey, who is regional officer Delhi that inspite of my repetitive mails they didn't even bother to respond back.I am following up over mail for this complaint since 26 dec2020.

Hi I have submitted pickup and drop facility request for courier containing laptop on 6th Jan 2020 through MyDTDC application. Tracking ID id #F30099874. It was picked up on same day. Origin address is of Rajkot Gujarat 360001 and Delivery address is of Porbandar Gujarat 360575. Usually shipement for the same distance delivered in 1 day. But I am observing unnecessary delay in delivery. Inspite of provding correct delivery address they mistakenely tried to deliver at the origin address. Online customer support also not resolving issue even after so many follow up. I need this courier as early as possible at Porbandar. Since 5 days it is stuck at DTDC Rajkot courier office.

Hello Sir, My parcel sent from Bangalore to Pune with DTDC courier service. The delivery address in Pune is deliverable but they sent my parcel back to origin without informing me.
I did not get any call for delivery and they have closed the complaint query automatically which was raised by me.

I am totally dissatisfied with the service.and the complaint is about the rude behaviour of your employees at Nagole branch.
I've sent the courier with experiment material from Bhimavaram to IICT tarnaka Hyderabad on 28/11/2020.and it was not delivered in the specified location and misplaced to PUNE Maharashtra.
Again I sent the courier from Bhimavaram to IICT tarnaka on 31/12/2020 and now the parcel is not delivered and it's at Nagole branch in damaged condition.(box was broken, material was wasted).on top of it your Employees are calling to the customer(who's has to receive the parcel at IICT) and talking very rude.he is a cheif SCIENTIST and your staff are so annoying to behave like this.
Because of your negligence item in my parcel got damaged and definitely I am expecting apologies and refund amount of rs.1000 for the damage.
Awaiting for you response ASAP.if not I am going to raise a consumer complaint on this issue legally.

A billing machine from Softland India pvt ltd that came to the Govt.Veterinary Dispensary Vechoochira, Pathanamthitta Dist.Kerala on the 01.01.2021 was returned without any notice.and the staff working in ranny branch behaved very badly.

I had ordered for Peanuts(5 kgs) from Sikandar Foods Sundernagar Gujrat vide DTDC EXPRESS no D63717946 on31 Dec 2020. There were supposed to be 10 packets of 500 gms each in the package. the total weight of the package as recorded in the courier slip is 5.800 kgs (which must be including the packing).
i recieved the package on 05 Jan 2021 and found only 8 packets inside.(Total 4 kgs only).The package seemed to be sealed with tape etc properly while opening. on closer inspection later i found a cut mark in the middle of the box over the DTDC tape seal and reseal of the place with transparent cello tape again.
A recorded weight of 5.800 kg on DTDC receipt and the cut marks etc with only 4 kgs received by me clearly indicates that 02 packets have been removed in transit intentionally and resealed.
This is a worse experience i have had with DTDC and would never again depend on the company for any service. I would like to raise the issue with DTDC for a suitable compensation.

My car is standing from 8 days, I booked car parts from your courier facility express service) on 4/1/21 but not delivered yet. The consignment number id V61080292. The consignment is moving from Patna to Gaya and vice-versa in Bihar.

I have sent a courier ID V60020328 of item "Badminton Sports bat" at DTDC, Madiwala branch, Bangalore at[protected] and sent to "Sundara Vignesh I, 2/904 MMS Colony 8th Street, Kannanendhal, Madurai-625014, mob:[protected]". DTDC Madurai today(27/08/2020) called the recipient and informed them that the Badminton bat is completely broken and told to collect it from their office. It was a huge shock for him since the item sent was properly packaged and sent as Handle with car.I mean how come the transportation team was so much ridiculous in handling such things, I have lost the good faith in your services because of this incident since the product is more valuable not in terms of cost but in usage. I would condemn such actions from your side and want to take severe actions on this incident and would like both the claim and the courier charges to be refunded to me.I would need the complete damage report on how such an incident happened because breaking iron bat is not an easy job and also the behavior of the officials at the Madurai branch also i would request a sincere apology from your end.

I ordered a dress online from a seller called Zainy Aftab Modi, my courier was sent through DTDC. First they informed the seller that the package has been delivered but I never received it, then when the seller made a complaint, they called me asking me to collect the package and I refused because I stay alone and I have a broken leg. They assured to deliver the courier, I have been waiting for more than a week and till now I didn't receive it. The delivery boy has upload fake POD and shared with the seller, that is not my sign and all other signs in the document look the same. I want my courier to be delivered soon or I am going to raise a legal complaint. My tracking ID is - D75914041

Sent cakes and chocolates to Hyderabad. Cakes missing. Parcel tampered with by the DTDC employees.

Hi..My Tracking no. for dtdc courier is D63472843. The courier was rerouted back to destination (Bangalore). I tried calling dtdc customer care service hundreds of time but nobody picked the call. How the courier company can be so careless? If they have confusion in delivery address then their dtdc office at Chandrapur should have called me. Please resolve it as soon as possible. I sent a Consignment through DTDC with the consignment number of R39122777 from Ponnani branch to Sikkim on[protected] that contains a pair of shoes. The stated above package is an Amazon order and should have delivered before[protected]. The DTDC Representives had booked the package to wrong direction(Cochin) even though the Address and pincode on my package is of Sikkim.

I contacted DTDC Customer support several times to notify this issue, They assured to redirect the package but haven't done that till now. It's been more than 10 days i have been constantly contacting them to redirect the package but they are breaking their promises every time.
Currently the package is at Cochin for the last 7 days and haven't redirected towards the correct location till now.
I am an Ecommerce seller and now tired of such terrible service that DTDC put forth

My parcel was book from Gujarat to tamilnadu. D63715916..after receiving my parcel I opened with live video inside the parcel it has two packages.. All two of the package got damaged and tore... Cheating happening.about nearly it's cost 10000rs...i raised a complaint in dtdc Pudukotai branch manager... Let's see what happened

I have visited today DTDC near Amrapali leisure, Noida extension to courier a shoes to Hosiarpur, The weight of the shoes was 950 gram, But they charged me 335 saying that for shoe the charge is fixed. The charge should me max 150.
Please help me as they cheated me

I did courier my monitor and CPU with DTDC courier service from Shimoga Karnataka to Shivkashi Tamilnadu, I did travel insurance also cost 10, 000 so for travel insurance I bare 300 extra, While transportation my CPU and monitor has damaged it's not working even Monitor also not working, kindly please see the the below I have attached all pics of damage and receipt please do the needful for claim. And I concern this to branch also they stated that it's taken long procedure and complaint in consumer court and my question is if I did travel insurance also why they are not claiming.
