Consignment number R39519415, my courier is being sent from kerala on 15.12.20 the shipment tracking status shows it successfully delivered on 21.12.20. K haven't received my item yet. They didn't even give a call.

My father booked a parcel( containing medicine for my gynecological issue, which need to have without delay) from lucknow to dwarka sector10, but dtdc has delivered the parcel at pnb branch. Dtdc has not even bothered to make a call to receiver. It's very bad about dtdc. I have a doubt that my medicines misplaced. It's really very costly as well as its cost my health due to delay in having medicine on time.
I request to authority arrange to deliver my parcel at right place immediately, else I have to go with legal procedure.

My order d62629511 is missing in guntur branch, last 4 days i am following in guntur branch they actually dont know where is the parcel. I nned the material very very urgent. I am completely disappointed with their service. Even in cctv its very clear they received the courier in their office.

My parcel is misplaced from DTDC, today tracking status showing me it's delivered but still I didn't receive my parcel, how to get back my parcel ?? Please solved my problem shortly..

It shows undelivered due to wrong address...but I have provided the exact address and for every order the same address is given...and they did not even call me...I need this to be delivered... consignment num H21947463

My package sent in DTDC courier service is not delivered even after 5 days since it reached the destination office. The DTDC office is within 2.5KMs from the delivery address and their delivery limit is 5 kms as confirmed from their customer service. Its very urgent documents what I have sent in the courier and these people are just playing with it. Moreover I raised a concern in their website 2 days back and no response from their side either!

Its medical original documents of 16L undelivered to receiver, unable to raise complaint in portal, showing as delivered, customer call unresonsive

Its been 3 days since it shows fdm prepared.Still no delivery.The product was shipped on 16th december and today its 21 december.The status shows fdm prepared on 19th December.Please take necessary actions.The tracking id is C9822179

Tracking detail is showing that the consignment was delivered on 19.12.2020 at 17.26 hrs. But it didn't receive by me. No one from the courier had called me that day. The address was my office address and it reamains close for every saturday. How this can be delivered on saturday.
Please do the needful as I can get my parcel as soon as possible.

AFTER 7 DAYS, THE RECEIVER HAD TO GO TO LOCAL DTDC OFFICE TO COLLECT THE COURIER. SHAMELESS DTDC AFTER CHARGING RS:150.In their online site it is mentioned that the receiver was not available. Local DTDC #### never visited the receiver address. DTDC do not even have a proper CUSTOMER care number as none of the numbers work.

Size issue

I have a parcel ( M[protected] coming from MUMBAI to AHMEDABAD. I checked the status and saw the package has reached AHMEDABAD but why does it show MISROUTE. I person from your end called me and asked my complete address and I told him so. It's been 3 days since then and I haven't got any update. The package is very important to me.

Our package which was taken by dtdc courier to deliver to usa with consignment number n21494947 on 11/12/2020 with rs.4600 charged for package but it was returned to the local dtdc office with franchise code vf104 the respective local office called us in order to take our package back with no refund, they charged rs.4600 even for undelivered package.

The box and the contents of the box, they were partially rat eaten.

Package isn't received and is showing that it was delivered on 7th of December.

I've couriered a gift to Kheda (Gujarat). There were two products while giving the product to the facility. I was shocked to receive a feedback ftom my friend that there is only one product received. While giving the product to the facility in Chennai the product weight was 300 gram however upon receipt of the product it was 100 gram. These details are updated in DTDC system.

I did not hear anything from the company yet. Also, none of the offices (office from were the product was dispatched / receiver unit) are responding appropriately.

I lost a bluetooth headset worth 3000.

I have had a parcel sent to my customer and they were asked to go to their office to collect as the address they entered not serviceable.My questions is if the pincode was not serviceable why did the DTDC site first approve of that pincode and moreover it was just 3km from the office. Ehy can't they deliver when the place is so near that means they are not at all customer oriented.Now if their site approved it's their responsibility to have it delivered not like some government office service..The franchise are pathetic set o[censored]nprofessional people. First of all they say no then it's no..they themself asked me to complain as they do not care..n more over there are no company presense n number to raise our concern..the numbers given are not working as well no one responds.. Inspite of telling the customer's issue that they are old people n can not go n collect from office..this is in Alleppey district..

I sent couier from India to vancover (Canada) on 24nov 2020 it is not delivered. when i track it showed in transit. i want to to the reason for delay and plz update when i can get it. it is very important for me.

Poornprajna Institute of Scientific Research is situated around 8Kms from the Devanahalli town. We are receiving samples, documents or consignments from all over. But when it is sent through DTDC (Desk-to-Desk Courier - to be precise) will never come to deliver them to the address mentioned on the documents, consignments etc. This is a wrong practice followed by the Devanahalli agency. Please advise your agent to follow the law of courier and arrange to deliver the goods.documents to the address mentioned on it. Or ask them not to book any consignment, documents are any thing to this address. If this is not followed, we are open even to lodge a complaint with the Consumer Court also. Even, the behaviour of the persons are also very rude in nature. please ensure that, in future any thing booked through DTDC to our institute should be delivered to the address mentioned.
