I have sent a parcel through DTDC from Indore office, but it has not reached and the staff is misbehaving and not providing any details.

Complaining about delaying Service and not attending calls whereas courier been send in Dtdc plus.
Took payment immediately but very rude and rough Service Specially by Amita madam.

Courier not been received yet been 3 days now.

I placed a courier booking on 23rd of December to get it sent from Patna to Chandigarh. The service was DTDC green yet the website still shows that the item is on transit ever since 25th December, and it's 29th December. It's still stuck in Delhi so what's the use of paying such an amount to an apparently reliable company when the item is still in transit from a date long ago?

It has been almost 13 days and my package has not been delivered, my tracking I'd d62395234.
Pathetic response from the customer support team

D76548905 is my courier tracking number sent by my company. On website they are saying address is incomplete or wrong.

Pin code is rightly mentioned as 801505, Phulwari Sharif, Patna.

No one has called me yet.

I have a feeling of my package will be lost.

Package has reached patna from Gurgaon, but DTDC seems to be searching the pin code at wrong location..

Kindly give a call to me before updating information of wrong or incomplete address on online tracker

I sent a courier through DTDC from Bengaluru to Kolkata on the 19th of December. I was promised that the courier will reach on 23rd of December.
However, the courier delayed. After 21st December there was no update on the DTDC portal about my product. On complaining to them directly, I got a response to wait till 26th. I paid close to 3700 to make sure the product reaches on time and then I am asked to wait.
Firstly this is unethical, if you are charging more money for fast delivery you should make sure to fulfill that.
Now it's 28th December, I still haven't received the product. In fact, on DTDC portal, they are giving a wrong update that "RECEIVER REQUESTED DELIVERY ON ANOTHER DATE-(CIR))".Now, we never got the call from the delivery boy. In fact everyone at home is waiting for the product to be delivered!!
How can they make such FALSE claims?
Kindly resolve my issue. How do you expect to retain customers, if you provide such unprofessional service!!

I have tried calling the customer support team many times but he problem has not been solved yet.

Booked an item from a seller...and she sent me the picture of the parcel mentioning all the correct details of my address and pincode on it...but when on dtdc page it shows wrong destination code and city and no one picks up in customer service number of dtdc and the seller feels helpless too...i want my parcel...it is not anyone's fault but the courier company itself

To whoever it may concern,

I shipped a laptop from Durgapur, West Bengal to Chembur, Mumbai on 16th of march 2020. On receiving the laptop after a week, I found that the screen was cracked from inside and the hinge was broken. There could be more internal damages I am sure about.

I raised a verbal complaint with the Durgapur service and they told me to get a quotation from Service Centre. Owing to lockdown and covid situation in Mumbai, I couldn't do anything. I kept them informed about that. Since August till date, I have been frantically searching for parts as all authorized service centers in my near vicinity(Mumbai and Durgapur)told me parts are unavailable. I have to use compatible parts but now the DTDC is not even ready to pay as it too late.

We all know the covid situation here in Mumbai and entire country. How was I exactly supposed to get the quotation from?

Still, I got one from local vendor based on compatible parts.

I am not asking full refund of my laptop price, just the repair which normally if the parts were available would have cost around 20K.
But with inferior compatible parts is just 8K.

If they don't pay, I am done with DTDC and would not recommend any of my friends or business partners to DTDC.

The consignment vide C05318755 sent on[protected] was supposed to be delivered to my address at Osuri Varalakshmi, 11-4-37 Osuri Mansion Peechupalem
21st Ward Narsapur-534275 West Godavari Dist AP .But it has not yet been delivered, But tracking shows as though it was delivered .. It might have been fraud committed by delivery boy .There are chances that POD might have been forged by delivery boy concerned .If so, we will take criminal action after receipt of POD. Pl take instant action in the matter to see that it is delivered.

I have booked a parcel from dtdc srinagar uttrakhand on 19 December 2020 as per dtdc courier tracking system I found that the parcel is at dtdc patna exhibition road branch from 22 december and they mentioned that area is not serviceable, but the area 800014 is serviceable as confirmed by customer support of dtdc.when i complained about it to dtdc customer care they are not doing anything simply saying wait .but I am getting mentally tourchered.finally on 25 December 2020 at 14:00 hrs i went at dtdc exhibition road patna branch to collect parcel, then they refused to hand over the parcel, they told manager is not there, but when I insisted they told parcel is missing and not available. Kindly help me out

While tracking it shows consignment is invalid.

So, i have sent a parcel from delhi to calcutta 4 days ago and the person who is running particular DTDC branch said me that the same parcel will be delivered in two days only and will be delivered before christmas for sure and he assured that he will be delivering as soon as possible but now tomorrow is christmas and no one is responding for my request and not picking up my phone and also on internet its written that shop is open 24/7 but they are not responding for my query and are saying that we cant track your order right now please call us in tomorrow i dont know wht the heck is going with this company and the person has taken all money from me also i have sent few parcel to delhi itself but its now 4 days many of them are not delivered till yet and also some of them are broken but we have wrapped them with double bubble wrap but i dont know how come they broke so i want refund from them only as they are not upto their promises .

21 st august 2020 I have sent an Ayurveda medicine parcel to Dubai. But due to local restrictions, the parcel sent back to India. DTDC does not know whether any product is allowed in Dubai or not and I have paid Rs. 4200 as courier charge for medicine costing around Rs. 10000.
But currently, DTDC guys don't know where the parcel is. I am going to the courier office every day and they say they are trying to find out the parcel. It is highly disappointing to see such a reputable company does not know where its customer's products gone.

My Equipment (WD Elements 2TB USB 3.0 Portable External Hard Drive) was shipped through DTDC (Shipment No: B[protected] on 19th March-2020 from Bagalkot-Karnataka to Pune-Maharashtra.

But, even after 9 Months, it's neither delivered to the person in Pune Nor returned to the Owner in Bagalkot. Customer care people do not have the details of where my Shipment is.

The cost of the Product is approximately 6000 INR and has personal data in it.
