21 st august 2020 I have sent an Ayurveda medicine parcel to Dubai. But due to local restrictions, the parcel sent back to India. DTDC does not know whether any product is allowed in Dubai or not and I have paid Rs. 4200 as courier charge for medicine costing around Rs. 10000.
But currently, DTDC guys don't know where the parcel is. I am going to the courier office every day and they say they are trying to find out the parcel. It is highly disappointing to see such a reputable company does not know where its customer's products gone.

      My Equipment (WD Elements 2TB USB 3.0 Portable External Hard Drive) was shipped through DTDC (Shipment No: B[protected] on 19th March-2020 from Bagalkot-Karnataka to Pune-Maharashtra.

      But, even after 9 Months, it's neither delivered to the person in Pune Nor returned to the Owner in Bagalkot. Customer care people do not have the details of where my Shipment is.

      The cost of the Product is approximately 6000 INR and has personal data in it.

        My tracking id is H21751956, tht was booked on 16 dec from hyderabad, thy kept tht parcel in hyderabad only till 19th, I requested thm multiple times about urgent nature of that parcel but issue not resloved till date yesterday night thy forwarded my parcel to indore, i dont knw whn it is going to be delivered, i am totally fed up with this company, I will never use services of dtdc again .

          I’ve called the customer care on friday (18th) they said that it’s dispatched but not delivered.in the evening i found the status delivered but i dint receive any i’ve complained for about 3 times but i don’t receive any response till now

            DTDC is one of the worst service provider. They broke my monitor when shipping and now they are not even replying to my queries as it was insured.

              On 19/12/2020 I have sent one piece of subject baby nipple from Pune to hydrabad through your franchise having office near Kothrud bus stand Kothrud vide consignment no P56544072 paying 200/- as courier charges. Since same has been received in broken pieces, I request you to please consider my case and return my courier charges.

                Consignment number R39519415, my courier is being sent from kerala on 15.12.20 the shipment tracking status shows it successfully delivered on 21.12.20. K haven't received my item yet. They didn't even give a call.

                  My father booked a parcel( containing medicine for my gynecological issue, which need to have without delay) from lucknow to dwarka sector10, but dtdc has delivered the parcel at pnb branch. Dtdc has not even bothered to make a call to receiver. It's very bad about dtdc. I have a doubt that my medicines misplaced. It's really very costly as well as its cost my health due to delay in having medicine on time.
                  I request to authority arrange to deliver my parcel at right place immediately, else I have to go with legal procedure.

                    My order d62629511 is missing in guntur branch, last 4 days i am following in guntur branch they actually dont know where is the parcel. I nned the material very very urgent. I am completely disappointed with their service. Even in cctv its very clear they received the courier in their office.

                          My package sent in DTDC courier service is not delivered even after 5 days since it reached the destination office. The DTDC office is within 2.5KMs from the delivery address and their delivery limit is 5 kms as confirmed from their customer service. Its very urgent documents what I have sent in the courier and these people are just playing with it. Moreover I raised a concern in their website 2 days back and no response from their side either!

                                  Tracking detail is showing that the consignment was delivered on 19.12.2020 at 17.26 hrs. But it didn't receive by me. No one from the courier had called me that day. The address was my office address and it reamains close for every saturday. How this can be delivered on saturday.

                                    AFTER 7 DAYS, THE RECEIVER HAD TO GO TO LOCAL DTDC OFFICE TO COLLECT THE COURIER. SHAMELESS DTDC AFTER CHARGING RS:150.In their online site it is mentioned that the receiver was not available. Local DTDC #### never visited the receiver address. DTDC do not even have a proper CUSTOMER care number as none of the numbers work.
