I used DTDC courier service to send a package to my relative in Mumbai. The package was kept on the destination hub for 5 days, without any communication to me or the consignee . When I raised a ticket through DTDC site, all I got was a message 'Kindly Wait coordinating with the branch and shall update you soon.' When I went to the service center through which I sent the package, the agent was incredibly rude to me and refused to coordinate whatsoever, claiming the address I wrote was incorrect. I requested him to call the number of the recipient on the package (I had taken a picture before sending it out for delivery), he did so and my relative talked to him. The address and phone number was confirmed by the agent. He assured the package would reach the destination.
However the situation didn't change for 3 days. On questioning now, the agent again started screaming at me that the address is incorrect ( which he himself confirmed to be correct, 3 days back).
DTDC customer support is of absolute no help. I have raised a ticket. I have tweeted them. They do not respond at all.
Now I have lost my package and my money. Kindly note that the address is 100% correct, but the company refuses to acknowledge that. I have the images of my package and the receipt, and I am ready to share those via mail. (Not posting here for privacy purpose)
