I ordered a product for my pet food item from AMAZON.IN and the seller chose to send it through DTDC. Despite of my address being available the delivery person asked, on 9th December 2020, where was my place, even then I guided him on how to arrive at my home from Surajpur, Greater Noida. He didn't arrive. Later he marked the delivery as "DELIVERY ATTEMPTED" but he never attempted any delivery nor did he pick up my call on 10th December 2020.

And no date of when the order would arrive has been provided. I have invested money on Amazon's prime for 2 day delivery guarantee and order should have arrived by 9th December. But there is now no information on when the order would arrive.

DTDC is the worst courier service I've ever encountered. Even post offices are a million times better than this con DTDC. Abusive staff and delivery boys who can't communicate, behave or follow covid guidelines. This is not the first time I've experienced this regarding DTDC.

We sent a courier thru DTDC on 2/12/2020 consignment no. H21430804 to Mr. Amar singh sinsinwar, Nai Mandi, Narnaul, Haryana-123001. The courier was received in completely damaged condition . Inside all the documents were spoilt and damaged as if it was dipped in water. The value of the documents sent is Rs.3000/- . Complete material received in damaged condition.

For shipment D75185774 I had Very bad and rude response from the DTDC agent. Not ready to deliver the item . Forcing to collect from office if I need the same. Not mentioned the reason. And not ready to talk on the same. Very bad response. This need to be escalated.

As the dtdc promise they said that the parcel will reach at the destination within 7 days. Therefore i sent some food items from Kalpetta, kerala to vindhyanagar, Madhyapradesh.
As which is the 12 th day of dispatch item not yet received to the destination. The item containing 2500 rupees price worthy. And the shipping charges was 860. Therefore as much as the delay on parcel the food item get rotten. I tried to call them, but no one is attending the calls although. So i need the money back.

Tracking number H30824299.mailed on 08/10/2020.still not received. Courier from a Botique.can someone look into this.

Shipment is not delivered to me but the website is showing shipment delivered. This is because they were charging money to prepaid shipment which i refused to pay. The courier boy said he is going to return the parcel . The courier boy is a criminal who has been booked and jailed under cybercrime for selling stolen mobile forging sim card. He is a criminal and now he is harrasing me .Please help me

On 28th November I ordered 5 books from oswaal books which was coming through DTDC courier services, I was waiting for it and today from oswaal books costumer care I get to know that it's already delivered on 5th December on any wrong address . This is such an irresponsible action by both of the company Oswaal books and DTDC .
I need a solution as soon as possible .

My AWB. No. is B75038564. I was supposed to get the product on 4th Dec. 2020. The delivery guy name Mr. Pintu came late in the evening when I was not at home. He called me and I requested him politely to deliver the product next day i.e. on 5th Dec by 12 pm. However next day no one came to deliver the product instead the delivery guy name Pintu updated that "Receiver Not at Home". He repeated the same thing on 7th Dec without even bothering to call me. On 8th at around 3 pm he called me. I again requested him to immediately come and deliver the product. On hearing this he used ABUSIVE LANGUAGE and threatened to DESTROY my Package. That day on 8th he again didn't come and updated "(RECEIVER SHIFTED FROM GIVEN ADDRESS-(CIR)". Such misbehavior and abuse is not expected from DTDC.

This is a query posted to you on behalf of my friend Sai Prasad. His grand father submitted a courier to Chityala Dtdc Agent on 23 September 2020 and by 25th September it had received Vijayawada apex as per the tracker information;. The tracking Number is H20606977, with booking date 23/9/2020.
Sai Prasad, (the beneficiary) reaching Vijayawada hub via call from 27/09/2020 so many times but there is no result and the efforts went in vain. Then he had sent a person to Vijayawada Apex on 7th October having lot of discussions with chityala dtdc courier agent.
The customer care person told that the courier was sent to rajahmundry and they forgot to update the same in the tracker. Then I went to rajahmundry head office thrice to DTDC but no use at all.
Customer Care person has given me the personal contact number ([protected]) to call for further details and he told me that he will extract the CCTVI footage but even I had not received that too.
Submitting all the status here for your kind information.
Later on 10/10/2020 he went to dtdc Vijayawada apex and after talking to manager he told that withtin 2 days he will check the cc TV footage and if he doest find that he told us to submit a claim form at chityala dtdc branch and he willl pursue the matter. I tried to call the contact person so many times but he says i am on leave and he told me to process for claim so the seperate team will check.
Afte that when I had checked the status of the shipment i tracker to my surprise it says the shipment was delivered .
So I had again vistied Vijayawada branch o 17/10 after seeing that status I tried to contact the Vijayawada branch. Before that I contacted the person in charge (Sai -[protected]) he told he is still on leave and he will reach office by 19/10/2020.
Now I want to know how can they change the status of the shipment to a past date.
All my travels, and everything went on vain and even contacted here for my solution, but there is no result.
I am asking you to take a firm step in getting my things or get me a refund and also my travels expenses through car which troubled me a lot and got mental tension.

I am Ramyasree Nair from Kalyan, Maharashtra. I send a courier to Choolissery, Kerala through DTDC. Courier number is A47040455 dt.02/12/2020. It has reached its destination but they are not delivering it to the said address. They are telling to the customer to pick up the parcel from their courier office which is faraway from the customer's house that also during this covid time. If they are not delivering it then why they are accepting...

My package.tracking number H99451604 has not yet delivered to me but while in online tracking it's showed delivered ... How can it b possible

My DTDC parcel consignment no - D61417443 had been stuck in guwahati Apex for more than a month. it had received at guwahati apex on 14 November 2020. after that no update in the website and still not receive the parcel.
please look into the matter amd take necessary action.

I have given complete address. But it is showing as wrong or incomplete address. I have not got any notification and the receiver also did not get any calls regarding the same. This is totally unfair. The courier was stuck at Cuttack, Odisha for 8 days and on 8th day we are getting an update that address in wrong on tracking the courier. Please resolve. Please call the receiver or sender, if there is any query regarding the address.

I was about to receive a courier via DTDC with Tracking no. Z37428644 courier from Delhi on 24/11/2020 to Gorakhpur (U.P.).

As per the tracking status from their website it is shown that the package was delivered on 28/11/2020 and confirmation was by signature.

However no package was delivered and no signature was made. Online complaint was registered with case id[protected], but it was wrongly closed.

It's a case a fraud. Kindly resolve.

My name is Mentay Vijaya and i want to submit a complaint regarding my courier which i have not recieved but when i tracked it on dtdc site it shows that courier has been delivered and recieved by Sa. I even dont know who the Sa is.I think something wrong has been done from your side.That is very poor service.please help me and give my courier to me. my tracking id is M98389383. I need my parcel back.
