1) Delay in arrival of shipment: Payment done on 18Nov, 2 boxes collected on 26Nov. Only 1 box in broken condition arrived on 12Dec2020.

2) Box 2 has not come - Want to know status of 2nd box and when it'll be delivered.

Email corresponding with DTDC staff, who also say 2 boxes (dated 01Dec)

The AWB no B74185932 was dispatched from Bangalore on 2nd December and arrived in Begusarai (destination) by 7th December, in portal it has been showing in Patna for last 5 days where as it was in Begusarai.

the dtdc center in Kali asthan chowk in Begusarai did receive the package and didnt even try to deliver or call the receiver to deliver the package.

Atlast the package went back to Patna.

we are trying ro get the package since 10th and contacting customer care continuously to get the package and the customer care everytime says that one executive will call or you will get your delivery by evening. I had to travel and had to cancel because of this irresponsibility shown by DTDC. I would not recommend anyone that's a different topic but I want someone to take serious escalation on the counter DTDC has in Kali asthan chowk.

Its been 3 days. The parcel is from Noida to be delivered in Agra.

My office sending me a laptop, desktop and mouse. so yesterday i got this assets. but when i checked my all products, in that out side box is fully damage and inside laptop box also damage. then i am getting my mouse. mouse is missing for me. consignment no is D61227364.

Consignment number K35799095. I have paid Rs.330 for delivered a parcel (0.932 kg) to my home. But 10 days gone, till now they have not delivered. Now its showing that, the parcel returning to the origin place. Need proper action against DTDC. They are cheating with us.

the tracking status is delivered in december 8 at 9.pm..but still item not received.. so many times contact near by suraram dtdc service but not responding..

The worst service of any courier company. The parcel reached Madurai and in spite of calling for delivery- there was no response. Eventually, I had to send my staff to collect the parcel from their office which is around 6 Kms from my place.

I have been cheated on why I had given the parcel to the Saturdays company and asked you to be delivered my guard Monday and I have not received my parcel yet.

In Hyd DTDC, I have dropped my package for local transfer with 1.6 kg and charged 300. Issue is with destination DTDC loction where they are forcing us to pick the package instead of delivery to promised location with rude behaviour. I went back to the drop-off location and request for help and waste of time. I am keep on calling customer support they don't answer again again and again. If by luck they pick my call then it is out for delivery that's it nthg much inputs they can provide. Useless when they cannot even communicate with customer for local transfer!

I ordered a product for my pet food item from AMAZON.IN and the seller chose to send it through DTDC. Despite of my address being available the delivery person asked, on 9th December 2020, where was my place, even then I guided him on how to arrive at my home from Surajpur, Greater Noida. He didn't arrive. Later he marked the delivery as "DELIVERY ATTEMPTED" but he never attempted any delivery nor did he pick up my call on 10th December 2020.

And no date of when the order would arrive has been provided. I have invested money on Amazon's prime for 2 day delivery guarantee and order should have arrived by 9th December. But there is now no information on when the order would arrive.

DTDC is the worst courier service I've ever encountered. Even post offices are a million times better than this con DTDC. Abusive staff and delivery boys who can't communicate, behave or follow covid guidelines. This is not the first time I've experienced this regarding DTDC.

We sent a courier thru DTDC on 2/12/2020 consignment no. H21430804 to Mr. Amar singh sinsinwar, Nai Mandi, Narnaul, Haryana-123001. The courier was received in completely damaged condition . Inside all the documents were spoilt and damaged as if it was dipped in water. The value of the documents sent is Rs.3000/- . Complete material received in damaged condition.

My parcel is opened by DTDC staff articles theft and repacked by DTDC tape all LCD s removed and replaced by its covers

For shipment D75185774 I had Very bad and rude response from the DTDC agent. Not ready to deliver the item . Forcing to collect from office if I need the same. Not mentioned the reason. And not ready to talk on the same. Very bad response. This need to be escalated.

As the dtdc promise they said that the parcel will reach at the destination within 7 days. Therefore i sent some food items from Kalpetta, kerala to vindhyanagar, Madhyapradesh.
As which is the 12 th day of dispatch item not yet received to the destination. The item containing 2500 rupees price worthy. And the shipping charges was 860. Therefore as much as the delay on parcel the food item get rotten. I tried to call them, but no one is attending the calls although. So i need the money back.

Shipment is not delivered to me but the website is showing shipment delivered. This is because they were charging money to prepaid shipment which i refused to pay. The courier boy said he is going to return the parcel . The courier boy is a criminal who has been booked and jailed under cybercrime for selling stolen mobile forging sim card. He is a criminal and now he is harrasing me .Please help me

On 28th November I ordered 5 books from oswaal books which was coming through DTDC courier services, I was waiting for it and today from oswaal books costumer care I get to know that it's already delivered on 5th December on any wrong address . This is such an irresponsible action by both of the company Oswaal books and DTDC .
I need a solution as soon as possible .
