This is regarding the consignment number H99140067.
When a customer is using the courier service, the primary reason for doing so is because of the expeditious on-door delivery that a courier service provides. On the contrary, when the customer himself has to travel 10km to collect the parcel, then the basic idea behind using the courier service is compromised.
On the top of it, when DTDC reps are arrogant and showing disrespectful behaviour to the customer for the mistake of their own, that is for not delivering the courier, it is even more unprofessional.
What's the point o[censored]sing the courier services, when you cannot expect expeditious on-door delivery (that too in that case when the consignment has been received by the hub 3-4 days back). Postal service is far better in that case.
Pathetic services by DTDC. Rude and unprofessional behaviour by your reps. Unexpected from a reputed courier company like yours.
