Tracking ID D85561292, there are not delivering to my home and telling no service here but blue dart and other services are delivering.also head post office is exist in my town.my home is on national highway and near to many landmarks like police station and rtc bus stop.my question is if they don’t have network they should remove pin code from their website.other services have great networks. Even I paid 70 rupees extra for delivery to Amazon.

DTDC courier service too bad to worst in our village.They are not giving us door to door delivery.Courier office staff are talking with us in very bad manner.We requested so many times to send the courier to our door step.But they are rejected and they are saying everytime to collect our parcels at courier office.Please take action.We are suffering very bad on your service .

This is regarding the consignment number H99140067.

When a customer is using the courier service, the primary reason for doing so is because of the expeditious on-door delivery that a courier service provides. On the contrary, when the customer himself has to travel 10km to collect the parcel, then the basic idea behind using the courier service is compromised.

On the top of it, when DTDC reps are arrogant and showing disrespectful behaviour to the customer for the mistake of their own, that is for not delivering the courier, it is even more unprofessional.

What's the point o[censored]sing the courier services, when you cannot expect expeditious on-door delivery (that too in that case when the consignment has been received by the hub 3-4 days back). Postal service is far better in that case.

Pathetic services by DTDC. Rude and unprofessional behaviour by your reps. Unexpected from a reputed courier company like yours.

I am Vijay, I have sent couple of keys (Door Key and Bike Key) from Atmakur (PIN Code: 524322) to Chennai (Pin Code: 600091), distance would be around 250 KMs and weight would be less than 50 grams. I was charged 250 rupees and when I asked about the pricing the response is not good. I have used the DTDC many times but this time the pricing is very high. I understand the local dealer of DTDC is over charging. I have also raised the complaint through customer care and waiting for a response. Please look into this matter and do the needful.

My parcel was sent by the seller from Kolkata .Since 10th November it is lying in Dtdc office in Vadodara.I am trying to connect with the executives of DTDC but of no use.It is sice a month nearly that I am waiting for the parcel.Please make sure you look into the matter asap.

This is regarding complaint on dtdc courier services were most worst than expected. from few months back on october 9th we couriered the parcel to CSTI- Jadcherla. but the parcel not delivered. the tracking details showing incorrect address. But we we given correct printed address. they were inefficient in delivering the location address.
we are following since 15 days to track order. even atleast there is no idea about where the order located. we called to dtdc courier CUSTOMER care to enquire where the order. But there is no response from their end. they simply pick and disconnect the call. since we are madly trying to enquire the order. but CUSTOMER care is out of service. even we can't able to trace the order. We are unable to tolerate the bledy ****** of dtdc. They were incapable of delivering the services such an ###. They dont have time to pick the call from CUSTOMER. stupidity of services of CUSTOMER care ************################ If they were doing a stupidity services. we cant understand what makes them to stopping calls from CUSTOMER care. very inefficient services of dtdc .

I have recently booked a pick up service with dtdc on the Nov 25th. It was scheduled to be picked up by 26th, the whole day i waited. Called the customer care number of mydtdc[protected] they have informed that they are mydtdc team and each time they collect personal details such as (name, mobile number, also asked me where in India South or North) when i have already booked a consignment from kochi to bangalore. The booking number V71398883, i reached out a total of 8times. First 6 times they picked up the call and collected details, and told they are sending to the manager of the delivery areas. I still have not received a call from DTDC, i booked a premium 240rs, with paying pick up charges for 100rs. They have not cancelled & refunded or they have not picked up my courier till now. I have been scammed with my money gone, and no contact from DTDC team. Please look into this, DTDC is trying to fraudly collect money.

Dear Sir,

I was couriered a personal package from Lucknow containing 5 brand new Sarees.

On receive one black Bengal Dhakai Saree (worth Rs10000) was missing from the parcel

Weight of the parcel while sending : 2.19KG
Weight of the parcel received: 1.88 KG

Package tampered from below, different shade tape present on top of the original cut tape.
I've received the parcel at Bangalore address on 26/11/2020 at 3.00pm.

I've immediately rushed to the local franchise which is 3 mins walking distance, who denied any responsibility and said they do not verify the weight and said things might get lost on the way to the delivery!

It is a heavy rainy day in Bangalore today(delivery date) it is unbelievable the delivery boy would have cut open the parcel to remove one saree and paste the tape back on the way to deliver from the franchise office without dripping one drop of water inside.

Please take action against dtdc consignment centers and all franchises in the chain who are showing this sheer irresponsibility!

I demand an immediate recovery of the stolen item or the reimbursement of the value of the stolen goods.

When i call my city dtdc courier office he say your packet here but iam not delivered my area is not contement jone he take 25 rs extra foe me after he delivered my item

I have sent a courier from hyderabad to Visakhapatnam on 24th Nov with the consignment number H21237439. This has very important item and the online tracking now says not delivered (Office closed or door lock - (Cir). I gave 3 alternative numbers in case something happened and dtdc never tried to contact me on any of the for delivery and now says not delivered. They haven't sent me any communication of this either. I could only see this when i tracked it even though i went online and registered my phone for tracking. They haven't given me any details about my courier. How do i get it back? No customer care numbers or office numbers available. All numbers online seem to be wrong. They are very important items and this kind of irresponsible service is outrageous.
