I have pi the parcel on Last Monday( 23.11.2020) to Hyderabad by dtdc green service and still have not received the parcel at destination.

Item not received the family number in this tracking item delivered but there is no reciver name and reciver relationship very worst response

Hi I am priyam Chatterjee.A parcel was booked for me from moradabad(consignment number D[protected] on 23rd November, 2020 with proper address and phone number.today it was scheduled for delivered to my address.the stasus was out for delivery still evening, after 18.00 hours it's showing RESTRICTED ENTRY (OTR)..I can't understand the problem, please solve this matter and deliver my package.i submit a screenshot of the tracking information.

I have recently booked a pick up service with dtdc on the Nov 25th. It was scheduled to be picked up by 26th, the whole day i waited. Called the customer care number of mydtdc[protected] they have informed that they are mydtdc team and each time they collect personal details such as (name, mobile number, also asked me where in India South or North) when i have already booked a consignment from kochi to bangalore. The booking number V71398883, i reached out a total of 8times. First 6 times they picked up the call and collected details, and told they are sending to the manager of the delivery areas. I still have not received a call from DTDC, i booked a premium 240rs, with paying pick up charges for 100rs. They have not cancelled & refunded or they have not picked up my courier till now. I have been scammed with my money gone, and no contact from DTDC team. Please look into this, DTDC is trying to fraudly collect money.

Dear Sir,

I was couriered a personal package from Lucknow containing 5 brand new Sarees.

On receive one black Bengal Dhakai Saree (worth Rs10000) was missing from the parcel

Booking Date: 23rd Nov, 2020.
Weight of the parcel while sending : 2.19KG
Weight of the parcel received: 1.88 KG

Package tampered from below, different shade tape present on top of the original cut tape.
I've received the parcel at Bangalore address on 26/11/2020 at 3.00pm.

I've immediately rushed to the local franchise which is 3 mins walking distance, who denied any responsibility and said they do not verify the weight and said things might get lost on the way to the delivery!

It is a heavy rainy day in Bangalore today(delivery date) it is unbelievable the delivery boy would have cut open the parcel to remove one saree and paste the tape back on the way to deliver from the franchise office without dripping one drop of water inside.

Please take action against dtdc consignment centers and all franchises in the chain who are showing this sheer irresponsibility!

I demand an immediate recovery of the stolen item or the reimbursement of the value of the stolen goods.

2.The challan of delivery showing initial weight.
3.Receipt of the items inside, from where black saree listed is stolen/lost!

When i call my city dtdc courier office he say your packet here but iam not delivered my area is not contement jone he take 25 rs extra foe me after he delivered my item

I have sent a courier from hyderabad to Visakhapatnam on 24th Nov with the consignment number H21237439. This has very important item and the online tracking now says not delivered (Office closed or door lock - (Cir). I gave 3 alternative numbers in case something happened and dtdc never tried to contact me on any of the for delivery and now says not delivered. They haven't sent me any communication of this either. I could only see this when i tracked it even though i went online and registered my phone for tracking. They haven't given me any details about my courier. How do i get it back? No customer care numbers or office numbers available. All numbers online seem to be wrong. They are very important items and this kind of irresponsible service is outrageous.

I paid 345 Rs for a courier to be delivered from chennai to udumalpet.Now udumalpet office is not delivering and asking customer to come and collect. Even shopping portals are taking 40 Rs and delivering at address why not DTDC do the same after taking such a huge amount from customer. That too the language they used is if you want come and collect.

They keep playing around with the delivery. At first, they sent it to the location from which delivery could have been made. Then they toyed around with it for a while, coming back to the original branch it was received in Kolkata.
They finally sent it to some Kolkata Air Branch. No idea where my package is now, their customer service is pretty bad. Sometimes, no one even responds upon calling them. They just pickup and you can hear yourself.

We have booked a parcel on[protected] from Visakhapatnam to Hyderabad. The parcel was returned to Visakhapatnam main branch due to Receiver Not Available. The last status was updated on[protected] that " Returned Parcel received at Facility". As we didnot received parcel to sender's address or even not received any information about the parcel status still we check through tracking history. It has been since one month passed but the parcel was still pending due to non-communication from DTDC courier.

My consignment number H99184610. A draft was sent from tirupati to hyderabad to yashoda hospital. The courier person had miscommunication with security and stated address correct and person not found and sent back the consignment to tirupati.At tirupati when a person went to collect they are stating consignment is missing . There was no call to the mobile number provided on consignmentt to confirm with person .this is such an irresponsible act from dtdc. Pls confirm in future to customers that u will never call to customers to deliever, if person not found at address the consignment will be returned.pls improve ur servises
In the first place if was not delivered at hyderabad and second when it was sent back they are not able to deliver at tirupati. My friend went 3 times to ur office they are stating still looking.. what an irresponsible servise...
If things continue in same way ur businness may be un trouble.pls takecare

Sent a harmonium via flight with “fragile” written all over . And yet the harmonium arrived in a bad state. Please do something . Had a bad experience with dtdc before as well. In case more pics are needed for proof, I can take more pictures .

Dear Sir, Madam,
I am using an important medical device for my day to day activities, and the respiratory care center in Bangalore has sent my medical device via DTDC courier on 13th of November to Kerala in my address. After waiting for 10+ days, I have not received my device and hence asked them to track the details. I have got the tracking number, and then realized that the local DTDC office in North Paravur sent that back to origin by saying the location is not serviceable. I have not received any calls regarding my parcel from DTDC office. As per origin location, they have taken my phone number to contact locally. Then I called the local office, they are not taking responsibility of informing the customer regarding the parcel. I explained the same with customer care executive, he has asked me to talk to Origin location and they are not responsible for resolving any of these issues. Both the DTDC office staffs or customer care execs are not taking responsibilities and now my parcel is nowhere. I have checked my location pincode in DTDC customer care system and found that it is a serviceable location. May I know how we can get this resolved. It is staying at Frazer town Bangalore DTDC office. The medical equipment is very much important for my day to day activities. Tracking number is B74392949.
