Hi,
I paid 345 Rs for a courier to be delivered from chennai to udumalpet.Now udumalpet office is not delivering and asking customer to come and collect. Even shopping portals are taking 40 Rs and delivering at address why not DTDC do the same after taking such a huge amount from customer. That too the language they used is if you want come and collect.

They keep playing around with the delivery. At first, they sent it to the location from which delivery could have been made. Then they toyed around with it for a while, coming back to the original branch it was received in Kolkata.
They finally sent it to some Kolkata Air Branch. No idea where my package is now, their customer service is pretty bad. Sometimes, no one even responds upon calling them. They just pickup and you can hear yourself.

We have booked a parcel on[protected] from Visakhapatnam to Hyderabad. The parcel was returned to Visakhapatnam main branch due to Receiver Not Available. The last status was updated on[protected] that " Returned Parcel received at Facility". As we didnot received parcel to sender's address or even not received any information about the parcel status still we check through tracking history. It has been since one month passed but the parcel was still pending due to non-communication from DTDC courier.

Package is not received but status is delivered.

My consignment number H99184610. A draft was sent from tirupati to hyderabad to yashoda hospital. The courier person had miscommunication with security and stated address correct and person not found and sent back the consignment to tirupati.At tirupati when a person went to collect they are stating consignment is missing . There was no call to the mobile number provided on consignmentt to confirm with person .this is such an irresponsible act from dtdc. Pls confirm in future to customers that u will never call to customers to deliever, if person not found at address the consignment will be returned.pls improve ur servises
In the first place if was not delivered at hyderabad and second when it was sent back they are not able to deliver at tirupati. My friend went 3 times to ur office they are stating still looking.. what an irresponsible servise...
If things continue in same way ur businness may be un trouble.pls takecare

Sent a harmonium via flight with “fragile” written all over . And yet the harmonium arrived in a bad state. Please do something . Had a bad experience with dtdc before as well. In case more pics are needed for proof, I can take more pictures .

Its showing incomplete address.
Its in gurgaon hero honda hub since 2 days . Tried reaching customer care also.
My complete address is D1005, Bestech Ananda, Sector 81 gurgaon 122004. Please deliver it. Its really urgent.

Hi, unable to track this from last 5 days, it's an international parcel n I don't know where the parcel is, is it lost? How to check noone is helping from Ur team.
Wasted 3k in shipping n product value is more than that

I am using an important medical device for my day to day activities, and the respiratory care center in Bangalore has sent my medical device via DTDC courier on 13th of November to Kerala in my address. After waiting for 10+ days, I have not received my device and hence asked them to track the details. I have got the tracking number, and then realized that the local DTDC office in North Paravur sent that back to origin by saying the location is not serviceable. I have not received any calls regarding my parcel from DTDC office. As per origin location, they have taken my phone number to contact locally. Then I called the local office, they are not taking responsibility of informing the customer regarding the parcel. I explained the same with customer care executive, he has asked me to talk to Origin location and they are not responsible for resolving any of these issues. Both the DTDC office staffs or customer care execs are not taking responsibilities and now my parcel is nowhere. I have checked my location pincode in DTDC customer care system and found that it is a serviceable location. May I know how we can get this resolved. It is staying at Frazer town Bangalore DTDC office. The medical equipment is very much important for my day to day activities. Tracking number is B74392949.

I have ordered pick of documents with premium service from kolkata and to my surprise they have not picked up on time post escalation it got picked up.ordered on 14 and got picked up on 17 . Where through premium service it should be delivered within 16th.today is 24 yet not received the same, raised complain with dtdc call centre no solution, when tracking showing delivered ...No clue worst service dtdc...

Shipment no: M02068212, we delivery Diwali Snacks & Gifts on 12-Nov to Hyderabad from Nagpur, but still he had not delivered the courier. Now we want to damage charges Rs. 5000/- as it was a very Important courier. I would like to raise the complaint against on the same.

One of my friend have given a package in dtdc on 21th november 2020 and now when i try to it track it online. It does not show any tracking information from last four days. My dtdc courrier id no. Is U00812401.
so kindly look to help me as it was my degree certificates in it

I sent a parcel by DTDC on 10/11/2020 but till now on 24/11/2020 have not delivered my parcel. And they clamimed to deliver withing 5-7 day but it's been more than 14 days and the parcel has not delivered

I have parcelled a laptop through DTDC courier service. I have opted for premium as it covers damage cover. I have given the complaint the next day the laptop received at the delivery point. I have sent images to the DTDC person also. He told he proceed for the process. After that he is not replying to me at all.

Shipment no:D75582766, your delivery boy had taken for delivery, 21st, but still he had not deliver the courier. Let me know why should had kept 2 days with the delivery boy. i would like to raise the complaint against on the same.

We have sent currier from India (06 Nov 20) with UPS Express Saver Cargo.

It reached in London on 13th Nov 20, but till now it has not received to me on 23th Nov and when I enquired I have been told it has bee held custom and they asked my phone and said will get back in 24 hrs. But
I have not got response yet.

Those currier contain Indian Diwali Sweets/Namkins and it may get damaged.

I am Venkateswara rao Akula. Delivered product is completely damaged i.e, dell personal computer monitor, CPU is fully damaged. So, I am requesting for compensation of damaged product and the consignment number is D62172122.

My DTDC no is T00430297. My order is damage completely. It is a frame who broken and i received very late. Now i order again same frame i hope that is not broken in way. Please..
