I have not received the packet, I got the otp from courier partner but the courier was delivered to wrong person. I connected to customer care once, and they informed that courier has delivered to "Devi Rajeswari" and marked it as self with contact number [protected]. Without even checking delivery name, otp and address the courier was delivered. The contact number I got is in reverse order from 9 to 0.

I am getting the "ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG(CIR)" status while tracking my consignment number V60539855. Tried reaching out through customer care but DTDC never connected me. It was supposed to be a 3 day delivery but it has been over 4 days

However the address that I mentioned is correct. Kindly verify it again. DTDC hub here at Derabassi has a habit of causing unnecessary delays while delivery.

Request DTDC to kindly attempt the delivery ASAP as the parcel contains critical documents.

A Courier was sent for me on October-30-2020 From Ananantapur, my Address is Mahabubabad - 506101.
Consignment Number is D62179981, attaching the DTDC receipt from sender.
The Package tracking details shown it has received at Warangal branch on Nov-02.Attaching the tracking details which was shown earlier but from past 2 days I am not even getting any details with that number on DTDC tracking portal.
Daily I'm calling Warangal DTDC branch person to know when will my parcel will be delivered the only answer I am getting is today night we will transport to Mahabubabad.
It's been more than 15 days and that package contains a laptop from office it will be very difficult for me to if I not get laptop in 2 days.
Please provide an update if there is any issue with delivering. I am not even able to understand whether my laptop package is there with your services or not.
Please send the package ASAP.

Y home town through DTD Cource on still my artical not received but in DTDC web site it shows deliverd but artical was not delivered I was send many mail and I am trying to contact to DTDC customercare. All number are not working, one of my mail they are responding and give me one complaint number after that still there is no responce. If possible pl help me sir. I had booked a courier on 11th of November 2020, the courier was booked in Kandivali west Mumbai and the location of delivery was Mulund East Mumbai . The items in the courier were sweets for Diwali.
The total weight was 1kg and the courier charges taken was Rs.200/-
The Tracking number is M86494852.

The delivery is still not done in 7 days.

The sweets would have already spoiled by now.

Kindly refund Rs.1000/- for sweets and Rs.200 for courier charges

Consignment having AWB no. V90557831 haven't received yet as it is showing in tracking that address is not correct. but mentioned address on the consignment is correct and i haven't received any phone calls regarding the issue.

The shipment was booked for Diwali gifts and eatables from Delhi to Indore (consmt no. V[protected] on 9th Nov.2020. It reached to Indore on
12th Nov and we got call from local delivery partner of DTDC that you have to come and collect it from our office, we will not deliver to your address that is mentioned in the booking receipt. We argued but he refused to deliver. We lodged the complaint online and also by calling to the number mentioned in their website. The customer care rep said that they will take some action. But there was no communication thereafter from DTDC. Later when I checked the status on 16th Nov.it showed the area is not serviceable.
The parcel was returned by the local partner of DTDC saying that your area is not serviceable. Why this was not told at time of booking? Now who is responsible for our loss. We will go to the court for this irresponsible practice of DTDC. I suggest all to take action against such practices of DTDC

I sent two big packets of legal papers by DTDC Courier Service from the HAL 2nd Stage, Bangalore-560008 branch of your office on 9/10/2020. The packets were addressed 'Vikram Kerkar, Pawanvada, Keri,
Goa-403524. These were important Court papers. When it reached Goa the DTDC Office at Harmal the girl incharge sent a message to the addressee to come and collect from their office. He told her that the packets needed to be home delivered but, she flatly refused to do so.
I also spoke to her from Bangalore and after a week of delay I told her to return the packets to me in Bangalore. The whole process of sending and returning took almost a month. After numerous phone calls and visits to your Bangalore Office I got them back on 04/11/2020. Also when I visited the HAL 2nd Office the person in charge by name Mr.Jagdeesh, was very impolite while dealing with this. I am a Senior Citizen and a retired Officer of Reserve Bank of India and I was shocked at this treatment. I paid Rs:400/- towards Courier Service and since it was not delivered I think I am entitled to a refund of this amount. The WayBill Receipts Nos:B73715815, B73715816. Kindly look into this matter.

HI,
I have done currier on 6th Nov'20 and as per online status its been delivered to Haryana address on 9th Nov'20.But when I checked with my Brother, he has not received any currier.
Consignment no : P55551145.

Its a Diwali gift to my Brother's Family which I was expecting they should receive before 14th Nov'20 but unfortunately its not yet delivered to them.
I am still worried and request DTDC Team to look into this matter urgently and resolve ASAP.

There is a one parcel which send my friend from indore to patiala.
Patiala dtdc courier service was call me on 12 nov 2020 from this mob number [protected], but parcel was not delived.
Now they can't pick my phone call. Once they picked my call but they can't talk me as a customer, they use a misuse words.
I request please tell me about the status of my parcel.

For the consignment no D62035604 picked up from Surat on 9th november is still in trasit at Surat . Delivery location is at Bangalore .
Didnot expect such a bad delivery service form dtdc express . Other courier will delivery with in 5 days .

I have ordered sarees online, I have sent the wrong Pincode to the sender (Kakinada). My parcel booking date is 23rd October 2020 Tracking ID: H98564477. Instead of adding Pincode 504203, I have sent 591302. I have called to DTDC Customer call center 6 times till now. Earlier they said i will get a call from DTDC by evening 06:00 PM. Now they are saying parcel is delivered to someone. How can they deliver the parcel to some unknown? I need my money back from the company.

I opted for DTDC to courier a special anniversary gift from West Bengal to Kerala. Consignment number X62514559. The consignment has been booked on[protected], the delivery has not been done yet[protected]. It is showing In transit. It normally takes a maximum of 4 days for the delivery from West Bengal to Kerala. It has been more than 13 days still the order has not been delivered.

A service complaint (Complaint No.[protected] has been raised on DTDC official site regarding the issue but no response or follow-ups are done.
When called the Customer care number of DTDC ([protected]) in the Kerala section (Southern State) no one is answering the call even I waited for more than 15 minutes. I have tried more than 10 times in the same number, still the same waiting and no response.

The gift includes sweets also which may get damaged if kept for a long time. Even if the gifts are delivered in the near future, the anniversary has been bygone and the sweets will be of no use.

This is the worst courier service, I have ever seen. I recommend no one opt DTDC for courier service. No customer satisfaction at all. Very poor service.

So I request you to take appropriate action against this worst service.

I ordered a parcel from a merchant in Dehradun (UK) which was supposed to be delivered on 2nd Nov 2020. I got an OTP notification from DTDC but the delivery person never called me stating that the product is delivered. On raising a complaint they said the parcel was delivered, however it was not. Tried speaking to their delivery leads and grievance cell but no luck till now. They haven’t resolved the complaint and have stop responding to calls and messages. Tracking number; U00404105

I send a courier through DTDC . When the customer received the package totally damaged. Package cost 1168 delivery cost extra. package weight 4 kg sending through air mode. When customer received the package it's totally damaged and plants without soil.

I want to escalate the issue of my product not delivered till today. We handed over at Nizampet village DTDC courier, Hyderabad, Telangana on 9th October but till today it was not delivered and the issue not resolved. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
We trust it is the best service but it seems very careless on customer products. I want to know the status immediately either it will be delivered to the customer or back to me and return my money.

No information till now when I contacted branch in Nizampet. This is not at all acceptable for missing the production and just like that no response from DTDC. I need immediately response on this

My parcel was booked on oct 27 2020 frm delhi to begusarai(bihar)...but hte update as shown on the tracking was that its out for delivery on nov 2 2020 while i enquired about the parcel through dtdc office begusarai branch the satff informed that the parcel has not reached to there branch instead the parcel has reached to old branch that is in thana road branch where the services has been closed.they informed that they will receive the parcel within two three days n i will then get the delivery but everytime they are making n excuse.the tracking id is W[protected].kindly do the needful to get my order delivered to me
