DTDC Courier & Cargo Complaints & Reviews

I have made a dtdc booking from delhi to Hyderabad and awb number is D62492485. I haven't received any call from courier person at the time of delivery and i was available in house entire day. But delivery was not made and status was shown as not delivered due to office closed or door lock. Please help to grt my parcel as soon as parcel.

I made courier for speed delivery on[protected]. For that they charged Rs.285 by giving assurance that it will reach next day. But it was not done.After again my approaching on[protected] evening then only they started to enquire about that cover.Already I called on office number and the need o[censored]rgency around 1 p.m on[protected].At finally it reached on this day[protected] morning.After all this why I have to pay so much amount for your service.Normal courier also reaches in the same duration.It's not the cost, it's the trust which they defied. Hence I request you plz take necessary action against that franchise.

Consignment booked on 09.11.2020 under urgent 24hrs delivery . Yet has not been delivered even till date. Today, tracking shows that consignment had not been delivered and is redirected. Address and mobile no. is mentioned there yet i got no calls from dtdc. Even the phone no. of delivery guy is not mentioned. The parcel was very urgent. It ia gross deficiency.

My name is karthikeyan and i want to submit a complaint regarding my courier which i have not recieved but when i tracked it on dtdc site it shows that courier has been delivered and recieved by subramani.I even dont know who the subramani is.I think something wrong has been done from your side.That is very poor service.please help me and give my courier to me. my tracking id is D75086198...

Courier booked on 9/11/20 at 11.00am from kalyan west for kandivali not reached till now ie 13/11/20 i was told it will be delivered till 10/11/20

I received my courier yesterday that is 13 nov 2020 which was damaged . When I opened the parcel it was nibbled by mouse. Dtdc staff stuck sticker so that I could no make out that the parcel was damaged.

Our Consignment had Booked on the Dt-10.11.2020 through DTDC by AIR mode & Booking No- D62540793, but Still not the Deliver at Khasra No-91-93 (Dujaana address (Gautambudh Nagar, UP), we are tracking from the Morning that Consignment is Out for Deliver, Also we have Call to Customer care they said that today will be deliver But Still not deliver at wh & find complain no[protected] ...

pls arrange to Urgent deliver

Docket no H21282247. booked on 9th Nov 2020 at Hyderabad for Aurangabad. Online status shows update only as on 10th Nov 2020. Today is 14th Nov and no data available. Costumer care has no details of where the docket is.
Which courier service takes over 4 days to deliver a docket from Hyderabad to Aurangabad.
This is the worst service ever experienced.
Can DTDC atleast trace where the docket is.

My parcel was shipped on 9th Nov 2020 and it was a fast delivery so i waited till 11th and 12th Nov. But still not received the parcel. As i checked on DTDC tracking portal it is showing different updates every time. Also from yesterday it is showing at Ratnagiri branch, if it is at Ratnagiri Branch then how much time they need to deliver it. Very disappointed with DTDC services.

This is NareshYadav Iam from Hyderabad. Coming to subject I have couriered 2 items in DTDC on 10th of nov. from Hyderabad to Nirmal and the destination is not more than 230kms from Hyderabad they told that it will be delivered with in 3 days but the thing is they have miss placed it and now it is coming back again to Hyderabad and more over that item should reach today as we have a shop opening today. I have trusted DTDC A Lot so I have couriered it but in return I got a bad experience from DTDC . because DTDc people are bluffing us on delivery part and more over DTDC Is a good company but I dnt know how items will be miss placed to different location this is how the company standards looks like ? Please find the attachment for more information. How they are playing with item .

The courier content an important legal document that needs to be filed in support of the ongoing NCLT petition before the honourable Mumbai bench. The Courier was booked on 1st Nov and picked on 2nd Nov. The return of the courier was initiated by DTDC without contacting neither to consignee nor me. Since then I am routinely contacting their customer care executive and explained to them it's a very important document and should be delivered immediately. Till date no action has been taken by the team DTDC and my important document is just laying with them. Non-delivery of this document has delayed my important court notice which may lead to weakening my case. Hence, I request to take a quick action against DTDC and direct them to deliver my documents to the consignee and for this unprofessional behaviour they should be pay me rupees 15, 000.

Dtdc tracking no.M02342470.

Tracking details show that "customer refused to accept the parcel" at two instances while the person was asked to handover the package to watchmen as we are closed at those times. We also tried to communicate through dtdc contact no. [protected] to inform in advance but as every time it never connects nor does the local office number working. After complaining the same to delivery guy over the phone he didn't handover the parcel to watchmen and stopped picking up our calls. Approaching the nearby dtdc office they say that the delivery guy has our package and he will deliver.

After waiting for 3 days when we inquired again they said the parcel was returned..but nothing like that is shown on tracking details...

We also tried to complain through DTDC webiste but as soon as we enter OTP to submit the compalint...the submit button vanishes!..so we were never able to raise a compalint..pics attached..

DTDC's services are PATHETIC! AS HELL! AND SO ARE ITS PEOPLE!!

We hope to resolve this issue once and will never use DTDC services again and will suggest everyone else to quit using DTDC services.

Our complaint is that our property was wrongfully put on hold by DTDC rajkot office & their delivery guy.

Also, DTDC has a unusable complaint portal on purpose and we are against that too...who does that?...its is highly unethical and unprofessional.

I have sending a document via your fying services to tinsukia(assam) but the doc. Is still not delivered to the person.
He is sitting in the tinsukia shorting office today and the contact person of dtdc (mob.[protected]) is saying the doc is not recieved by them
but as per service support i have seen that the doc is recieved on 07.11.2020 by them
please help to delivered the doc to the person

Today morning I was complaint customer care complaint no. 17830497 and gift is very important . after that check rohini branch sector 3, that person was given the no of your Frenches contact person i ask why you mention the deliver the goods yesterday at 7.27pm . your person is cheat to customer and miss guide

I booked one courier from DTDC F-17 Vijay Nagar Delhi 110009 today, the man sitting on counter for booking was Sumeet Kumar first of all he was without mask that is wrong in this COVID I told him to put but he said I not care for it second I booked one key board weight 990 gm He asked me what is it, I said a key board but he blame me that it is not key board because my key board is 400 gm it is some other thing tell me truly he asked me very badly like a criminal (I m a senior citizen And ex govt class 1 officer from govt of India’s responsible office ) I told him it is fine make key board and that is heavy weight than he opened the packet and check and that was a key board than he again pack and booked. I feel very ashamed due to his misbehaviour with a customer which degrade reputation of DTDC but he said I not care for it I get 14000 salary pm, I think his intention was doubtful not sincere, now I doubt that he can delay To deliver my courier or break my article It is requested to take necessary action against such people to remove immediately in public interest.

My tracking id H97720426.i didn't receive my delivery but they updated as successfully delivered.i have complaint regarding this.they said they will refund the amount.uptill now i didn't get any refund.they are not responding for calls.its almost 3months.worst service from dtdc

I sent an amazon return consignment through DTDC on 16th September. That parcel is not delivered due to some issues and I contacted amazon CEO so they scheduled a self-pickup. But the package is missing from DTDC and no update on the DTDC tracking page since September 23rd. I want that parcel to be returned back to me within a week to get my refund of around 2000/- rupees. that means my parcel value the same money and it is missing now. I'm in a situation to register a complaint in consumer court. And DTDC customer care executives are very irresponsible. My tracking number is R37864932

MY CONSIGNMENT NUMBER IS Z48491420 .Its showing address incomplete or wrong .In that case you guys should have to call to given number.you guys received the parcel at your faclity at 06/11/2020 but it was out for delivery today.

I have courier one parcel on 7th November 2020(Tracking number: T[protected] and it was supposed to deliver on 10th November which did not happen. Your delivery agent called on mentioned number and told them to pick the parcel from office.

We will not pick any parcel as it is your responsibility to deliver the parcel on given address.

Try to deliver it by today only otherwise i will take strict action regarding your services
