Hello DTDC,
Greetings!
DTDC selaqui, Mr Rajesh ( [protected]) (consignment No D[protected] is unable to give solution to the courier which was on 25/09/2020. We made several calls to Mr Rajesh but he always fall behind to give any solutions.
It is so unprofessional from a brand like DTDC to show zero customer service to its client.

I have raised complaint on DTDC website but they don't respond. I also tried the customer care number but they were not reliable. I urge govt. of India to stop this fraud company from looting innocent customers of this country. My Courier no is - B74323340. it contains documents really important to me and there website says that they have already delivered.
But I have not received it yet.

Hi, I sent a courier to Bangalore on November 3rd. Tracking shows delivered but no one received the package & also they didn't get any call from the delivery guy. My consignment number C04654886. It is important package as it contains my room key..

I have booked a premium express delivery option with pick up service on 29th October 2020. It was picked on 31st and expected to reach the destination in two days. However, I just faced the surprise of my life saying the DTDC are not clear and sure about the shipment. I have to track down to people every day and ask for status however I faced some unethical situation though I was patient enough to resolve the issue. The package was a gift to my mom worth 50k. Its been two weeks and I face the same response I tried reaching all possible ways including social media platforms but there was no response. So, I would like to proceed legally and let justice serve.

I requested to send the parcel immediately as soon as possible but they delayed till date. Though I informed it is important to be delivered in 2- 3 days, they promised and now they delayed it to more than 7 days. I couldn't risk my life as the parcel contains my exam papers of my MBA. I want the parcel to be delivered immediately. here is my tracking H21334858.

My Package is not delivered but when I track in Application it shows that the package is delivered on 7th November. I did not receive any call or message regarding package and now the customer care is not reachable though I called them multiple times.

DTDC doesn't provide doorstep delivery in Loni, Taluka Rahata, Dist Ahmednagar. The DTDC agent gives a call to collected the parcel from the their office.

I was supposed to receive a parcel from Delhi. On 30th October I received the message from DTDC saying that the item has been booked with the ID D62457362 however after 2 days I noticed that the parcel has not yet been shipped. On tracking for another 2 days I saw that the status is showing same till today. On travking via sms I got the reply from DTDC that the consignment number doesn't exist. On contacting the company that shipped the item, they said that the item has been given to dtdc. My parcel has vanished into thin air without any trace or tracking ability. Kindly help.

D94053050 this consignment was booked from sheopur and suppose to reach Manendragarh but due to so much of delay in service till now it's on the way and when contacted your authority then they said it's not traceable then I asked them how much time is needed to do so and solve the matter they asked 1week and I gave but again no solution again they are seeking time now it's 40 days almost and I asked them to make it return to the source but for that again Time. I have given plenty of time for and the package carry a trolley bag now I am supposed to buy a new one because I need it again I have to pay for what I already have, which is not done.

My name is Anu T vijayan and i am from trivandrum, Kerala. My contact number is [protected]. I send a package to Kottayam on 19th october 2020 from Attingal DTDC branch (Trivandrum). But today[protected] i got a call from attingal DTDC branch and told me that the package is returned. The reason they told me that there is no such a person in that "To" address. So I contacted the person to whom i send that package, she told me that she didn't get any call or any updation from the DTDC Kottayam. I clearly mentioned the proper address details along with the pincode and mobile number of the receiver. I don't know what service you are giving to your customers. I paid and send the item from the DTDC but the attingal branch they are telling thats not their issue, the problem is with the Kottayam branch. Now i realised that the actual fault is not with your team, its my own fault that i choose your service for sending a courier... !!. I send on 19th october and upto 7th november i didn't get any updation or anything from your team and they are telling its my fault. Its really bad from your side.. The package was containing live plants worth Rs. 800/-
Now i need to return the cash to the customer because of choosing your company service for sending a package.. 🙏🙏🙏

as per your the consignment delevery is next day delevery.Consignment booked on 4th oct, 2020, but till now it is not delevered.

This is in reference of DTDC Package ref Number Z42600344 which was booked on 27 Oct 2020 at Unchahar (Rae-Bareli, UP) to be delivered at korba (Chhattisgah) from DTDC Courier service. It contained my original documents which need to be sent as soon as possible that’s why I preferred DTDC over speedpost but even after 10 days past still the courier is not traceable .When I enquired, than I was informed from that there has been a mixup of packages and we are trying to find your package and it will be resolved in 2 days. But I regret to say that still (after 5-6 days) there is no response from them. It has been lost I guess.
My package contains original documents my Car RC, NOC etc. You are requested to kindly take some prompt action.

I've booked a delivery with DTDC on 31st October with a 2% career coverage on the package value. On a total, I've been charged a total amount of 2230rs.

Career Coverage: 980

The next day I came to know that my pacakge wasn't insured but the DTDC team has collected the career coverage payment. When questioned the concerned executive regarding this matter, he couldn't provide a proper answer.
