I would like to inform you that I have faced lately due to your services.my friend sent me a courier from cochin on October 19 to kannur. but still now I didn't recieved anything.when I called the office at kannur, they said that they have delivered the package but here I recieved nothing.kindly find that package and let me know

My courier z36543116 was sent on 27/10/2020 and it was out for delivery on 28/10/2020. But it was not delivered and status shows "package redirected". The courier was sent from delhi and within delhi only. The querry form is not working and no one is picking up the call at their helpline centre.
Kindly look into the matter.

With in a 15 days i have to get two couriers one is from mumbai ( V[protected] premium package paid 250 rs )and one is from delhi. both couriers has not been delivered properly. one courier has been collected by me only in the dtdc office which is far from 5kms. and one is( X[protected] till now not delivered from last one week. and they are updating status "customer has requested delivery on nextday" . They are not even called me how they do that thing. If you are unable to delivery then deny from source place so that they will contact another courier company.

I have ordered books from mtg books. They parceled my books through your courier service, consignment number-Z55611452 on date :-25/09/2020.but books not received yet. A long time of about one month spent.
Kindly do something and provide my parcel as soon as possible.

Used DTDC to send a parcel from New Delhi to Kolkata with very important contents on October 24th which was meant to be delivered by October 27th, but today I tracked the order and it says it is not delivered .

But the said packet delivered in wrong address. Please look this mater and delivered it to correct address it is very urgent.

My package is missing, dealer has dispatched 20 days back .. still dint receive the parcel nor it was not returned to my dealer... where is my product.???

I sent a courier through DTDC C/n no.H20898443 on 10th October 2020 from Warangal-506011 to Delhi 110032. I have contacted the recepient and he said he didn't receive my parcel. So I went online to track and it is showing as "Not Delivered(ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR))". DTDC tells they will deliver within 5 days and till now they haven't delivered it. Now my parcel is coming back to me and they haven't informed me even once about the delivery issue or returning process. Now the status is shown as "RTO Process Is Initiated". I have even sent a mail to their website but haven't received any response. These private courier services are the worst. I want my courier to be delivered to the receipt asap.

I am extremely dissatisfied with dtdc courier service. I have booked a parcel from Bangalore to Guntur with consignment no: F30082960
The customer service is very pathetic and they are simply saying we are finding out where the package is, of course no action has been taken till now, it’s been two months already. They are completely clueless and arrogant since their policies doesn’t have any mention of refund in case of missing package.
I want these guys to find my package immediately or refund my Rs2000 which is of course less than the original value of my products

I have sent a shipment from Bangalore to jaisalmer (Rajasthan) on 16.10.2020 but still not received. Today is 26.10.2020

Consignment no :- T00135901 was submitted on.19oct 2020 in Zirakpur and was to be delivered via DTDC to Amritsar. It was delivered today (27 Oct 2020) and when recieved it the clothing in it was torn . It seems The package was opened with knife in the delivery process and in that the clothing was torn from 9 sides and it also has some sindoor for the purpose of bhai dooj and it was also spreaded in the package. Some one might have thought this contains some precious thing in it and would have torned it to steal that one . It's the worst experience I have had with 3rd class DTDC . I want my compensation of 6000 for the late delivery and tampered delivery .The useless portal of support in your website isn't even allowing tme to lodge the complaint .don't know how you have been running this service.custoner care representative isn't picking up the phone. Please respond as soon as possible.let me know if you need any further information.

We booked a consignment at DTDC jalandhar to Dr. Cv Raman University Bilaspur Kota, Chattishgarh with consignment no: Z48069541 on 8th SEP'2020.till today there is no progress in this issue.we made many attempt, but no action was taken.after many remainders.the DTDC employee replied that the case is under vegilence investigation.we waited couple of months.now there is no mails.No status updates.Hence I request you to attend the case and resolve the issue.

I sent a parcel to US from Narsingi Hyderabad with tracking number N21490952 which was handed over to the courier executive Mr Govind from Kokapet Branch on 8th Oct 2020 receipt is attached for your reference we clearly intimated him that it was an urgent parcel that needs to be shipped asap the same was ensured by him, after this the tracking was invalid for almost 10 days and when we asked he kept saying it was in transit and international parcels tracking will only be updated after delivery in DTDC . After few days he started saying their head office and servers were Submerged under rain water so tracking details are not getting updated. In fact when we gave parcel to him there were no rains upon inquiry I came to know that he kept the parcel in his kokapet office without shipping it for 2 weeks even after consistant followup from my side to get the parcel delivered on time.

It is been 3 weeks still the parcel in transit because he booked the shipment on 18th where as I had the receipt on 8th Oct and made the payment on the same day.

He is very irresponsible that he even blocked our numbers to avoid getting calls from us. Suddenly on 18th Oct tracking was updated saying the package was still in Gachibowli Hyderabad and the shipment was booked on the same day.

After lot of difficulty I catch hold of him when asked he is still saying he sent the parcel same day 8th oct the tracking is incorrectly updated. This is not the only story there are several other people from The area has faced the same fate with him.

He simply kept the package with him for 10 days even after multiple reminders and phone calls about the status.
Trying to hide behind DTDC systems and operations by saying they were inefficient in handling shipments and updating tracking details.
Very irresponsible not respond to customers simply avoid as long as he can when caught gives silly reasons to cover up his mistakes.

Please respond back with a resolution on how you are going solve the issue and deal with this guy to retain the reputation of your company other wise I will be left with no other option than to file a case against and go public with the service quality and management issues with the company.
Also if you are unable to reply me the solution to the case, please provide me with the contact details of the higher authority, as we were unable to find any details of the Nodal Officer on your website.

I already sent couple of mails to customer care from pnvs.[protected]@gmail.com tried contacting their number no response and now I doubt about their existence.
We would highly appreciate you to look into the matter and take the same seriously, as it is I have lost lot of time dealing with your management!

I had sent my office laptop to the IT incharge through DTDC, from Bangalore to Bangalore only, on 6 Oct 2020. In order to cover for damages/loss, I had paid Rs 300 extra for 'carrier risk'. At the time of delivery, package was already open and laptop was damaged, so IT in-charge refused to take delivery. I was on 9th Oct. After that it is in RTO, but its status keeps on changing, sometimes it shows Hyderabad, sometimes no status. Since, its not with IT incharge, the cost of laptop will be deducted from my full and final payment. Calling DTDC Customer care is of no help, they just say its RTO and no reply is given to any email sent. It has been more than 20 days, they are not acknowledging that its missing. If I receive the laptop after salary cut, the laptop will be of no use to me. also, the laptop is damaged, so its repair cost will surely be duduced from my salary.

This is Vinay Sarode. My father had sent a parcel to me through DTDC (Consignment no - P[protected] from Bhusawal (425201) to Vikhroli (400079).
I have not received the parcel at address at Vikhroli. I raised online complaint, visited Bhusawal office, contacted DTDC on twitter several times.
They say that consignment is RTO but Bhusawal office say that it is not returned to Bhusawal.
DTDC has not sent the parcel to Bhusawal neither it is delivered at Vikhroli. No response on all calls, online complaints, twitter, emails.

I have couried a parcel on 9th oct 2020, after 15 days (24 oct 2020) it was showing it is delivered but it was not delivered to my cousin (k.siddhu). My tracking number is H20499683...
