I sent a parcel to US from Narsingi Hyderabad with tracking number N21490952 which was handed over to the courier executive Mr Govind from Kokapet Branch on 8th Oct 2020 receipt is attached for your reference we clearly intimated him that it was an urgent parcel that needs to be shipped asap the same was ensured by him, after this the tracking was invalid for almost 10 days and when we asked he kept saying it was in transit and international...

I had sent my office laptop to the IT incharge through DTDC, from Bangalore to Bangalore only, on 6 Oct 2020. In order to cover for damages/loss, I had paid Rs 300 extra for 'carrier risk'. At the time of delivery, package was already open and laptop was damaged, so IT in-charge refused to take delivery. I was on 9th Oct. After that it is in RTO, but its status keeps on changing, sometimes it shows Hyderabad, sometimes no status. Since, its not with IT incharge, the cost of laptop will be deducted from my full and final payment. Calling DTDC Customer care is of no help, they just say its RTO and no reply is given to any email sent. It has been more than 20 days, they are not acknowledging that its missing. If I receive the laptop after salary cut, the laptop will be of no use to me. also, the laptop is damaged, so its repair cost will surely be duduced from my salary.

This is Vinay Sarode. My father had sent a parcel to me through DTDC (Consignment no - P[protected] from Bhusawal (425201) to Vikhroli (400079).
I have not received the parcel at address at Vikhroli. I raised online complaint, visited Bhusawal office, contacted DTDC on twitter several times.
They say that consignment is RTO but Bhusawal office say that it is not returned to Bhusawal.
DTDC has not sent the parcel to Bhusawal neither it is delivered at Vikhroli. No response on all calls, online complaints, twitter, emails.

I have couried a parcel on 9th oct 2020, after 15 days (24 oct 2020) it was showing it is delivered but it was not delivered to my cousin (k.siddhu). My tracking number is H20499683...

DTDC office personnel at my home town say that the item can not be delivered to my home saying that there is no service to my locality. I have to go there and collect the item. But my locality is part of the town, not at outskirts of the town, even my locality is very nearer to the DTDC office. I dont know why they say like that. I got this experience thrice. They returned my items back..

Actually the weight of my package is 14 kgs but they have charged the amount for 20 kgs that is 2000rupees. They have charged 600 rupees extra.

It consists of valuable clothing.
We got the message that our order is out for delivery.
but it hasnt got delivered.
Instead when we called local DTDC they are saying it got delivered in JangareddyGudem instead of Tadepalligudem.
Such a pathetic service. Doesnt even care to call us.

DTDC had told me that they deliver parcels within a week and they charged a hefty fee for that, but it's been 2 weeks and there is no update where the parcel has been reached? Most pathetic and snail-paced courier service ever. Even their customer care is disconnecting calls.

My courier is in same place for past 1 week & i called customer care but they have no responding properly i said its urgent but they are not taking any action

He said he have sent me all the 8 and later he sent me the cctv footage packing those..but I haven’t received it..he said me to file a case against dtdc service how we lost those in between transit..I bought 14890 rs stuff from him and 2050 rs fabrics were missed in the parcel..so i would like to get your support and want to get those fabrics or the amount of 2050 rs..

My Tracking Number X68317888 I have been getting sms since last two days "Arriving Today" and evening it says "Failed" and will be re-attempted. When I went to track the shipment status is says CONSIGNMENT REDIRECTED. With the tracking activity I got to know that the shipment details. The Shipment is been getting delivered from Ghatkopar West LBS Marg. I tried contacting the said office on [protected] @ 6.[protected] the person was'nt so very helpful as if he is in rush and has no time to talk or answer my query only he kept saying call tommorrow morning. I want to know why my shipment is getting returned I have been getting Amazon items from DTDC then why this is not getting delivered my number [protected] / [protected]

Most wasted service in DTDC. My consign still hold from 15/10/20 in Siliguri not reach my destination Maynaguri. Shipment start 12/10/20 from Jamshedpur and after reaching Siliguri its shows miss route. After raising complain not get any solution from dtdc still now.

but the DTDC Consignment No is Z42720492 showing completely wrong Destination Address in their website.
This is at 22/10/2020 (DD-MM-YYYY)...

My package with tracking number D94598605 has been booked on 12th October 2020 from Mumbai to deliver it to Kolkata with proper address and phone number (also mentioned on the parcel). The packet has been there in Kolkata Main branch (Bypass branch) since 19th October. After 2days of no movement Today i.e 22nd October finally it was Out for delivery.
I was waiting the whole day and now in the tracking status it has been updated as "NOT DELIVERED- Restricted Entry(OTR).
This is a horrible experience. It's been 11days already. At the time of booking earlier I was assured that it will get delivered within 7 days.
At the time of booking already I had added that it is very urgent. I want to get my parcel delivered asap.
Would never thought it would turn into such a worst experience.
Already waited a lot and tried contacting Support team through phone calls and emails but everything is in vain.
No one even bothers to reply on top of emails. I request your team to look into this issue on a very urgent manner.

We sent a parcel to silchar vide shipment no d60126818 from kolkata. Whenever trackked, it showed us " out for delivery" on 21.10.2020. No delivery took place on that day. Whenever contacted after a continuous effort for one hour through different chanel ( no one picked up phone), they assured to deliver it on 22.10.20.
The consignee received the parcel in fully wet condition and as a result the inner garments were profusely wet. One old lady was the receipant of the parcel. She complained to us.
Whenever contacted to the chirukandi offife, silchar, in connection to the said parcel, they replied it took place due to rain in silchar, assam on 22.10.20 from 5 a.M. And their godown was totally waterlogged. As a result, the parcel got damaged.
The voice record i.E the statement of the concerned person of silchar office is at our disposal.

We want compensation from your part for this careless activities due to which the content of the parcels get damaged?

we relied on you for a tension free delivery in the midst of numerous courier company existing in the country.

Please inquire after the incident and compensate the loss for which our customer suffers.

14th Oct : DTDC delivered my shipment to my address, when I checked the shipment it was not what I had ordered.

15th Oct : DTDC guys came and told me that they made a mistake in the deliver and my parcel was delivered to some one else. They collected the parcel I had and left, however, I kept a part of the parcel with me as security and told them I would give it when I get my parcel.

17th Oct : called the courier to inquire about the parcel, he said he will get it.
18th Oct : Called again he said we don't work on Sundays.

19th Oct : Waited for the courier to call but no response

20th Oct : Called him, he said he has left the job and gave me another number to call ([protected]) This number was constantly switched off

21st Oct : Called on [protected] switched off

22nd Oct : Called the customer service [protected] spoke to an advisor who said I need to call his senior and shared her number ([protected]-Deepali) I asked him to transfer the call to her he said we DO NOTHAVE THAT OPTION. Told him to stay online and called that number but there was no response. As she did not answer the CSR transferred my call to his Floor Support (Abhishek) who asked me what's MY ISSUE. I was so frustrated and I asked him learn from the executive what's the issue as I wont repeat my self after being on the call for 25 mins. He kept saying I cant help you if you do not tell me the issue and will disconnect the call if I (customer) does not co-operate.

Please help get this query sorted and listen to the call I have made.
