I sent a photo frame without glass and a few other products with dtdc (Govandi Location), a guy picked it up from my place and I specifically mentioned the packaging details - Photoframe packaged separately, and products to be packed in a bigger shipping box from the one I gave the delivery boy which was too small for so many products. I mentioned multiple times to the delivery boy and the coordinator Priyanka on call and on text to pack it very carefully since it was a gift and especially the photo frame was handmade.

1. It was still packed together, products and frame,
2. MY PHOTO FRAME BROKE as told and showed to me by the reciever
3. and the products was still packed in that same small box, because of which some of it got mended due to the tighter packaging.

I have attached the photos of the damaged product recieved, the payment reciept through google pay and the chat with the coordinator priyanka.

Requesting a full refund. Please get back asap

Your DTDC Express centre owner and his accomplices have indulged in physically assuaulting me and my wife. I had visited them to pickup my parcel boxes and had a heated argument with them, post which your DTDC franchise owner Mr Chandan Singh (DTDC Express, Mukund Sadan, Suyog Hotel Kalyan Shil Road Dombivili Eas) started abusing and assaulting me and my wife. I have already lodged a formal police complaint against your goon and wanted to highlight this to you as well. I am attaching the FIR copy for your ready reference. Hope you will take action against this goon soon.

My package with tracking number D94598605 has been booked on 12th October 2020 from Mumbai to deliver it to Kolkata with proper address and phone number (also mentioned on the parcel). The packet has been there in Kolkata Main branch (Bypass branch) since 19th October. After 2days of no movement Today i.e 22nd October finally it was Out for delivery.
I was waiting the whole day and now in the tracking status it has been updated as "NOT DELIVERED- Restricted Entry(OTR).
This is a horrible experience. Since then It's been 16days already. At the time of booking earlier I was assured that it will get delivered within 7 days.
At the time of booking already I had added that it is very urgent. I want to get my parcel delivered asap.
Would never thought it would turn into such a worst experience.
Already waited a lot and tried contacting Support team through phone calls and emails but everything is in vain.
No one even bothers to reply on top of emails. I request your team to look into this issue on a very urgent manner.
And when connected with the Bypass branch Team, they were giving lame excuses, irrespective of the fact that the parcel is at the bypass branch for 10 days still not delivering it to my address.
No one is bothered enough to deliver. I have been told that the working hours for delivery is till 3 pm. I want my parcel to be delivered ASAP.

Hi sir . My parcel has been dispatched by the dealer on Saturday (24/oct /2020) But the tracking Id in which they stick on to the parcel is completely wrong and I cant track my package . I would like to inform you that I have faced lately due to your services.my friend sent me a courier from cochin on October 19 to kannur. but still now I didn't recieved anything.when I called the office at kannur, they said that they have delivered the package but here I recieved nothing.kindly find that package and let me know

My courier z36543116 was sent on 27/10/2020 and it was out for delivery on 28/10/2020. But it was not delivered and status shows "package redirected". The courier was sent from delhi and within delhi only. The querry form is not working and no one is picking up the call at their helpline centre.
Kindly look into the matter.

With in a 15 days i have to get two couriers one is from mumbai ( V[protected] premium package paid 250 rs )and one is from delhi. both couriers has not been delivered properly. one courier has been collected by me only in the dtdc office which is far from 5kms. and one is( X[protected] till now not delivered from last one week. and they are updating status "customer has requested delivery on nextday" . They are not even called me how they do that thing. If you are unable to delivery then deny from source place so that they will contact another courier company.

I have ordered books from mtg books. They parceled my books through your courier service, consignment number-Z55611452 on date :-25/09/2020.but books not received yet. A long time of about one month spent.
Kindly do something and provide my parcel as soon as possible.

Used DTDC to send a parcel from New Delhi to Kolkata with very important contents on October 24th which was meant to be delivered by October 27th, but today I tracked the order and it says it is not delivered .

But the said packet delivered in wrong address. Please look this mater and delivered it to correct address it is very urgent.

My package is missing, dealer has dispatched 20 days back .. still dint receive the parcel nor it was not returned to my dealer... where is my product.???

I sent a courier through DTDC C/n no.H20898443 on 10th October 2020 from Warangal-506011 to Delhi 110032. I have contacted the recepient and he said he didn't receive my parcel. So I went online to track and it is showing as "Not Delivered(ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR))". DTDC tells they will deliver within 5 days and till now they haven't delivered it. Now my parcel is coming back to me and they haven't informed me even once about the delivery issue or returning process. Now the status is shown as "RTO Process Is Initiated". I have even sent a mail to their website but haven't received any response. These private courier services are the worst. I want my courier to be delivered to the receipt asap.

I am extremely dissatisfied with dtdc courier service. I have booked a parcel from Bangalore to Guntur with consignment no: F30082960
The customer service is very pathetic and they are simply saying we are finding out where the package is, of course no action has been taken till now, it’s been two months already. They are completely clueless and arrogant since their policies doesn’t have any mention of refund in case of missing package.
I want these guys to find my package immediately or refund my Rs2000 which is of course less than the original value of my products

I have sent a shipment from Bangalore to jaisalmer (Rajasthan) on 16.10.2020 but still not received. Today is 26.10.2020

Consignment no :- T00135901 was submitted on.19oct 2020 in Zirakpur and was to be delivered via DTDC to Amritsar. It was delivered today (27 Oct 2020) and when recieved it the clothing in it was torn . It seems The package was opened with knife in the delivery process and in that the clothing was torn from 9 sides and it also has some sindoor for the purpose of bhai dooj and it was also spreaded in the package. Some one might have thought this contains some precious thing in it and would have torned it to steal that one . It's the worst experience I have had with 3rd class DTDC . I want my compensation of 6000 for the late delivery and tampered delivery .The useless portal of support in your website isn't even allowing tme to lodge the complaint .don't know how you have been running this service.custoner care representative isn't picking up the phone. Please respond as soon as possible.let me know if you need any further information.

Courier picked date 22 oct 20 from SATNA patarie franchise no.IF462 till date the courier not received, courier person Mr.Pushpraj Garg.not is not responding over phone.

We booked a consignment at DTDC jalandhar to Dr. Cv Raman University Bilaspur Kota, Chattishgarh with consignment no: Z48069541 on 8th SEP'2020.till today there is no progress in this issue.we made many attempt, but no action was taken.after many remainders.the DTDC employee replied that the case is under vegilence investigation.we waited couple of months.now there is no mails.No status updates.Hence I request you to attend the case and resolve the issue.
