    We have booked a saree from Pithapuram to Visakhapatbam. It has been booked on 23 Sep 2020 at Pithapuram DTDC courier office. Reached Visakhapatnam on 29 Sep 2020. Parcel was not delivered at the given address and rerouted back to Pithapuram.

    Now it has been held at Kakinada DTDC office from 02 Oct 2020 onward when called customer care of DTDC they are stating customer has to come and collect the parcel.

    How this is possible, if they are not able to provide proper service let them shutdown the courier business.

      Broken parcel, no packaging done but overcharged

      I ordered a self-deliver service from Bihar[college] to Mumbai[home] since I couldn't go there myself. My friend who was present there gave dtdc my cartons. I had spoken to the agent on call and asked him very specifically to package it again properly and he agreed and charged me for it.         I booked my shipment on 6th oct from krishnanagar west bengal to gurgaon. it reached to gurgaon on 8th oct.but after that it is stuck there from 2 days without any update.when I complained on 9th oct the shipment moved on 10th oct. now today's is 12 oct again it is stuck from last two days.many times I contacted to customer care but problems remain same.

          Am susmitha on 23 of August i booked one saree online they dispatched saree in dtdc courier services

          There was Address mistake district mistake there so the saree was returning to the sender and till now it was not return to the sendor

          Plz sort out the problem and give contact who will look after about this kind of issues.

              Address: 37, Monteith Road, 2nd Floor, Thapar House, Egmore, Chennai - 600008

              Dear sir,

              One of our consignment from Nellore, A.P. booked on 30.09.2020 to our Chennai HO, which supposes to be delivered within 4 Days. But delivery not initiated by DTDC and when i checked by them on 12.10.2020, I was told one of their Customer Care - Shobitha, that is damaged and yet to be informed to the customer.

              They took 12 days' time to inform about consignment status, secondly, it was damaged in the DTDC facility.

              So, we want compensation of this and refund of material cost.

                My consignment number is B72602588. In tracking website it says successfully delivered on oct 2, 2020 at 4:33 pm. No one called me and no otp shared by me to delivery boy/agent. 100 times I called to customer cara number provided by this company through their tracking site. Cent percent call will be dropped. This is very serious issue in that package 2wheeler RC and noc is there. Its being a week who is responsible I'm going to lodge a complaint in my locality as well.

                My Package is not delivered but when I track in Application it shows that the package is delivered on 7th November. I did not receive any call or message regarding package and now the customer care is not reachable though I called them multiple times

                          The courier was done on 5th Oct 2020 from Delhi to Gurgaon. Though distance being less than 30km the parcel has not delivered since now. It's been 6days now. Already registered a complaint with dtdc 2 times but did not receive any response, no progress is seen.

                            My shipment tracking id is C04201902. The delivery person refused to deliver the product telling cannot identifying address. Even though I explained the address route several times he refused to follow that. I am receiving shipment from many couriers without any issue. Very unprofessional behaviour. Really disappointed with the service.

                              What is the status of the complaint and why it was not resolved till now?


                              How many times do i have to call the customer care. Such a bad response i have never seen in my life.

                              If you are not able to provide the services please close the company and do not waste other valuable time. And on top of that you say in Ads things will get delivered in time.

                                I booked my shipment on 5th oct 2020 from Pune to kinwat. It reached to nanded on 7th of August. But after that it is stuck there from past 2 days without any update saying the area is non servicable. The pincode was already written in the address and if the area wasn't servicable why they shipped the parcel in the first place. Now they are not delivering the parcel. It is very important package which has to be reached before 10th oct in any condition. It's been days since I'm waiting. Worst and pathetic service ever. I'm too disappointed.

                                  This isn't the first time that the delivery person argued with me and continually asking me for the tip mentioning some or the other reason.

                                  Each i say him that i have already paid the delivery charge for my order and i don't need to give him tip, he them started behaving arrogant each time he has to delivery to my address.

                                      We have sent one parcel to tanjavaruv (TamilNadu) branch through dtdc courrier on
                                      11 feb 2020 but they have lost by them and now dtdc are not able to find it.
                                      so i request them for refund and also did mails.
                                      but they didnt revert us and still yet we dont receive any refund.
