My consignment no - Z55810980, it had been arrived in my nearest branch before 5 days, but still not delivered. Local service provider asking for collect from their center else they will return to origin. In the next day when I visit they said it's already returned. When I talk to center they said I can complaint anywhere against him, dtdc can't do anything against him..
Fake updation mentioned in website that customer refused to accept the delivery.. it was my very urgent items and expensive.. now I m really helpless. More than 10 times I had talk with customer care they said it will be delivered today.. guys don't waste your money and time with Dtdc. It's a fraud company..

DTDC tracking portal shows the package is delivered on 10th Oct. But in reality the delivery person is not even visited to receiver place. I have raised the case with DTDC, but the kind of response I got from them as of they are not interested to listen the customer problem. Although I have provided them a delivery person name and number which delivers the package in receiver area. His name is Karan - [protected], and he absolutely not interested in delivering the package, god knows why.

My brother booked a parcel on 12th Oct.20 from Proper Burdwan (W.B) and it has to be shipped on Asansol(W.B) to day is 15th Oct.20 (12.24 P.M) but still it was not delivered My Consignment No. is K26553758 . The courier charge is too higher the other courier But service is very poor So I will request to please send to day.

My Courier is not deliver
In the tracking id he show that the courier was deliver to me on 12/nov/2020 but it is not so please deliver my courier as soon as possible

My shipment was supposed to be delivered by 12th October but it's 2 days past already 14th October but it's jot delivered and says office closed or door lock. I gave 3 alternative numbers in case something happened and dtdc never tried to contact me on any of the for delivery and now says not delivered. They haven't sent me any communication of this either. I could only see this when i tracked it even though i went online and registered my phone for tracking. They haven't given me any details about my courier. How do i get it back? No customer care numbers or office numbers available. All numbers online seem to be wrong. They are very important accessories and this kind of irresponsible service is outrageous.

Hi initiated the courier through MYDTDC app and paid courier charges along with pick up charges but my courier status is still showing as pick up complete but no tracking available at the website after 2 days of pick up.

I am not getting any details of the consignment no K25329270. I received the tracking on 3rd october bt it has not been delivered Or not showing anything

On 10 October 2020, i gave three courier to DTDC in Jaipur city in which two was other state and one was only for Jaipur but today is 14 October and courier still showing in VKI area while other state courier has been reached. Except this whenever our courier reaches to VKI jaipur area they never drop at our home so we now have decided to tell our client that never give courier to DTDC because they don't provide at our home. Please help regarding our courier tracking number because our client is still waiting while this courier was for local jaipur person.

I couriered a parcel that contained clothing that were supposed to be the offerings to God during Navratri. I placed the courier on 9th October 2020, at Pune, Vishrantwadi. I did not get a track message which may have been a technical error. I visited Vishrantwadi office on 13th October, to take the status update of the same. The concerned person told me that the parcel might be delivered on the same day, i.e. 13th or the next day. i.e. 14th October. Remaining concerned of the same, I again visited Vishrantwadi office on 14th October at 10 am. The concerned person after tracking the order told me that it was already delivered yesterday. I confirmed with every family member, but it was delivered. I don't understand how can the parcel can be delivered and yet not be delivered. They charged exorbant price the delivery, which was not even done.

My oreder was shipped on 7th october 2020 with awb number as U00067531. Still on 13tg october 2020 if i check the tracking status of my consignment it is just displaying "no data available".

I am providing the snapshot of the tracking status that i see while tracking.

There is no way found to contact dtdc.

I am supposed to receive two couriers from DTDC. But they are not delivering me and I called to customer care min 10 times and they are saying we are trying to deliver.

They are lying that I told them that I will collect the parcel from their office.

Even their customer care number is not getting connected now a days.

We have booked a saree from Pithapuram to Visakhapatbam. It has been booked on 23 Sep 2020 at Pithapuram DTDC courier office. Reached Visakhapatnam on 29 Sep 2020. Parcel was not delivered at the given address and rerouted back to Pithapuram.

Now it has been held at Kakinada DTDC office from 02 Oct 2020 onward when called customer care of DTDC they are stating customer has to come and collect the parcel.

How this is possible, if they are not able to provide proper service let them shutdown the courier business.

I ordered a self-deliver service from Bihar[college] to Mumbai[home] since I couldn't go there myself. My friend who was present there gave dtdc my cartons. I had spoken to the agent on call and asked him very specifically to package it again properly and he agreed and charged me for it. We are from Hyderabad. DTDC service and delivery boys are disgusting. Very rude behaviors and bad maintenance of courier franchise.

I booked my shipment on 6th oct from krishnanagar west bengal to gurgaon. it reached to gurgaon on 8th oct.but after that it is stuck there from 2 days without any update.when I complained on 9th oct the shipment moved on 10th oct. now today's is 12 oct again it is stuck from last two days.many times I contacted to customer care but problems remain same.

Am susmitha on 23 of August i booked one saree online they dispatched saree in dtdc courier services

There was Address mistake district mistake there so the saree was returning to the sender and till now it was not return to the sendor

Plz sort out the problem and give contact who will look after about this kind of issues.
