1) your service is not available in Rajapur but still you accept the couriers having pin code of Rajapur(416702) from pune.
2)Then people from Ratnagiri service call us and tell us to pick the courier within 2 days otherwise we will send it back with arogance.
In this pandamic college is sending lot of material to us so it is not possible to go to Ratnagiri within 2 days every time as both of my parents are working and I am doing my internship, but people at Ratnagiri do not understand that, they tell us that we will send it back. So as your courier service is not available here then why you accept the courier at first place(pune) and then at least give us some extended time to pick it.
Your service is making my academic loss. I am very disappointed.

I want to raise a complaint against DTDC COURIER SERVICE.
My parcel of consignment num K35208946
was sent by my parents from Birati kolkata on 1st of October 2020 which was supposed to be delivered at my address that is ALLAHABAD BANK ROAD, VALMIKI, PHULWARISHARIF, PATNA, PIN 801505. Till today I did not receive my parcel. Even my calling number is mentioned in the parcel.
I tried to track the parcel but it was showing in airport hub patna. I tried to search for their number but no such was mentioned in internet. My father repeatedly complaint about the delay of my parcel from where he has sent but they did not act needfull. I request you to kindly look after the matter as early as possible. I am a healthcare worker working I'm AIIMS PATNA and if my country services shows such irresponsible behavior . My parents cannot travelling in this pandemic so they had an opted for the courier. Please kindly do the needfull.

My package reached to regional office of dtdc, that is mecheda. But they didn't went to the address or call to the given contact no, instead they gave an excuse that the name was wrong. But the name was exactly the same with a government id. The consignment no. is K26588139.

My consignment number Z55722516 has been out of delivery simce 15th October till nowni haven't received any contact or information about my courier from the department. So how can i know that where is my order now

Courier not delivered and it is been more than 17 days. Such a worst delivery organization i have never seen

Sent my courier on 29th Sep and today it is 17th Oct and still it is showing as trying to deliver.

I had checked on DTDC app whether my parcel can be delivered to Lendave Chinchale a village 413305. Since it said DELIVERABLE, I requested for a pickup by paying rs.100 extra. Parcel was collected on 5th October. After 4 days I started following up with customer care and local franchise. All said it's in transit and will raise a complaint.

On 16th Oct, I am told that 413305 is a non deliverable area and my parcel is in transit to reach mumbai. No one called me or the recipient even once. I kept calling everyone for over a week daily. I was not even given the option to collect the courier on my own from Pandharpur where the parcel was stuck.

DTDC should pay me my rs.320 + rs 2000 for the mental torture, investment of time, efforts and money into finding about my parcel which had toys for poor kids.

My treatment of cancer is going on at MPMMCC Varanasi.I Requested to doctor for cost cirtificate and received from hospital. This document required for government funding for my treatment so I courier it for my Allahabad home address on dated 8th Oct 2020 from dtdc dlw Varanasi (Mobile Number[protected]. consignment number is Z36072530.

I tracked my consignment number Z36072530 status on 13th Oct 2020 in status it was showing returning for varanasi.

I mailed to customer care of DTDC and received reply address not found.

I received my cheque book of state bank of india and yes bank also received my atm card with same address given and also mention 3 mobile number on my envelope. Currier boy could call to us for given address. No body call for it and returned it for varanasi dtdc office.

Now I'm late for applying fund which is required for my treatment.

My parcel reached Jabalpur hub on 13thOct. It's showing in transit. Hasn't been processed since 3 days. I need that urgently. Please do something.

My consignment no - Z55810980, it had been arrived in my nearest branch before 5 days, but still not delivered. Local service provider asking for collect from their center else they will return to origin. In the next day when I visit they said it's already returned. When I talk to center they said I can complaint anywhere against him, dtdc can't do anything against him..
Fake updation mentioned in website that customer refused to accept the delivery.. it was my very urgent items and expensive.. now I m really helpless. More than 10 times I had talk with customer care they said it will be delivered today.. guys don't waste your money and time with Dtdc. It's a fraud company..

DTDC tracking portal shows the package is delivered on 10th Oct. But in reality the delivery person is not even visited to receiver place. I have raised the case with DTDC, but the kind of response I got from them as of they are not interested to listen the customer problem. Although I have provided them a delivery person name and number which delivers the package in receiver area. His name is Karan - [protected], and he absolutely not interested in delivering the package, god knows why.

My Courier is not deliver
In the tracking id he show that the courier was deliver to me on 12/nov/2020 but it is not so please deliver my courier as soon as possible

My shipment was supposed to be delivered by 12th October but it's 2 days past already 14th October but it's jot delivered and says office closed or door lock. I gave 3 alternative numbers in case something happened and dtdc never tried to contact me on any of the for delivery and now says not delivered. They haven't sent me any communication of this either. I could only see this when i tracked it even though i went online and registered my phone for tracking. They haven't given me any details about my courier. How do i get it back? No customer care numbers or office numbers available. All numbers online seem to be wrong. They are very important accessories and this kind of irresponsible service is outrageous.

Hi initiated the courier through MYDTDC app and paid courier charges along with pick up charges but my courier status is still showing as pick up complete but no tracking available at the website after 2 days of pick up.
