I booked my shipment on 5th oct 2020 from Pune to kinwat. It reached to nanded on 7th of August. But after that it is stuck there from past 2 days without any update saying the area is non servicable. The pincode was already written in the address and if the area wasn't servicable why they shipped the parcel in the first place. Now they are not delivering the parcel. It is very important package which has to be reached before 10th oct in any condition. It's been days since I'm waiting. Worst and pathetic service ever. I'm too disappointed.

This isn't the first time that the delivery person argued with me and continually asking me for the tip mentioning some or the other reason.

Each i say him that i have already paid the delivery charge for my order and i don't need to give him tip, he them started behaving arrogant each time he has to delivery to my address.

Dtdc Currior says Delivered but it's not delivered. Please tell me where is the parcel and how could the receiver will get it.

We have sent one parcel to tanjavaruv (TamilNadu) branch through dtdc courrier on
11 feb 2020 but they have lost by them and now dtdc are not able to find it.
so i request them for refund and also did mails.
but they didnt revert us and still yet we dont receive any refund.
also i am attaching the courrier receipt for material.
please look into this matter.

I was promised that my parcel will be delivered in 5 days but even after 5 days it is not yet delivered and says restricted entry OTR.

I have booked a parcel vide shipment no-K23617560 on 17th August 2020 as return to Vendor of Amazon in West Bengal as advised by the Amazon return team. When my refund from Amazon was not released I checked on my courier returned by the receiver on 22nd August 2020 but the parcel is not reached with me till date.

So many times I tried with the booking agency of my shipment and customer care of DTDC but the till date I did not receive my parcel and in between Amazon two time schedules to pick up my parcel from me but both the time parcel not with me. Now Amazon did not agree to receive return of my parcel and my refund is also not being released.

Due to this issue I was harassed and frustrated with the services of DTDC. And now I have no other choice but to go with legal proceedings.

I had a terrible experience with DTDC recently and the disgusting service that you have provided me lately has left me in utter disbelief. I never expected this third-grade service from a reputed courier company like DTDC.

I had given a package containing dry-fruits and nuts to DTDC Currey Road branch (Consignment Number - D[protected] on the 1st of October, 2020 to be delivered to one of my relatives staying in Pune. According to the details that I tracked, the package was received by DTDC Pimpri branch on the 3rd of October, 2020.

On the 5th of October, 2020 my relative called me up saying that they had still not received the package. On the 6th of October, 2020 I called up the Currey Road branch of DTDC to ask them why the package was not delivered. They replied saying that the area where my relatives are staying was declared a containment zone and this is the reason why the package was not delivered. They advised me to call up my relative and tell them to collect the package from the branch.

My relative was not able to collect the package since the area where the branch is located was a containment zone.

On the 7th of October, 2020 the Currey Road branch of DTDC gave me a call and asked me to give them the address of my relative as their branch which was to deliver the package didn't have the address. I messaged them the address of my relative as instructed.

On the 8th of October, 2020 the package was delivered, but in a really bad condition. The packets of dry fruits and nuts kept inside were opened and half of them were eaten by someone. For your reference, I am attaching the photos of the delivered package taken by my relative. Also the proper packaging I had done while giving it to the Currey Road branch was removed completely.

I had even given the phone numbers of myself, my wife, and my relative on the package and both our addresses were properly mentioned on it.

And this is not the end. I visited the Dadar branch of DTDC just to know their rates of delivering the package. To my amazement, the Dadar branch charged Rs. 60 per kg. The Currey Road branch of DTDC charged me Rs. 180 per kg. Despite charging more than double of the rate, they delivered the package in this condition!

I chose DTDC to courier the package because I had faith in the company. I had never expected this kind of treatment from you. If you are really a professional company, I want the entire courier charge and the price of the packages of Dry Fruits and Nuts refunded to me immediately or else I would go ahead and file a case against DTDC in the Consumer Court. I would not hesitate to put all the details on social media as well.

Dtdc services sucks ordered an package to deliver my package from bhopal to Singrauli. And I mentioned all the complete address and mobile number but they say " address is incomplete or wrong CIR". Even i got an message on 6th October 2020 for out of delivery of the package but they didn't contacted me and didn't deliver my package yet.

Its been more than 9 days now courier is stuck with dtdc. It says last mile misroute (Otr) and it’s redirected. Its been at silchar sorting office since 30th sep. Have raised complaints but no resolution yet.

I have to get air pods which was sent by my grand father b. Vishawandham from hyderabad through dtdc courier to rajahmundry (Booking dt. 23/9/2020). As of now there is no response for my shipment and no body are able to tell my tracking status and i ask you to please see and rectify as the air pods costs 25, 000 rupeees.
I sincerely request you to please have a soft corner to raise this issue.

The delivery agent is not agreeing for zero contact delivery and is insisting for signature on the paper. He was extremely rude, when we asked if it can be delivered otherwise, even as we were signing on the paper. He stands at the door with the parcel and asks us to collect from the office.

Please inform us about your policy on zero contact delivery.

The delivery person has been very rude on various occasions in the past even when there were no such issues like zero contact delivery.

Please note that we not want it to be delivered by this delivery person ever again.

I recently used your courier services to courier my luggage from phagwara, jalandhar to rishikesh, uttarakhand.in there, there was one box which consisted of a debit card and rs. 3000 cash. When i received the luggage, it was repacked without my knowledge, i found that the cash and debit card was missing. Also, one sealed bottle of a shampoo was missing and all the stuffs had been repacked.

I talked to the dtdc services of phagwara and they simply denied the charges.

Also, i contact dtdc customer care several times, dropped them several mails but they didn't pay attention to it.

Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.

Consignment number : d73288348 containing garments was scheduled for delivery to iit kharagpur (Dr. Sangeeta roy chaudhuri, c1-149) on 1.0.2020. The consignment has not been delivered till today. Online tracking system shows delivery attempt failed on 2.10.2020 sighting covid -19, office closed. However, this is a residential address within iit kharagpur which was not closed. The delivery agent did not call on given numbers. All attempts to reach out to dtdc failed. This has caused financial burden and the purpose of this consignment is affected. Please look into the matter.

I am seriously very frustrated from past 10 days i can see delivery status as delivered but still i have not received my curior. When i spoke to my nearby dtdc office, they informed some other customer has taken my order. I reached out every possible ways to headoffice and local dtdc shop. Response are so rude. Is this a way you deal with customers.

Urgently solve this issue.

Delivery boy was speaking very unfairly and very abusive words
Delivery boy name : b vasu ph no:[protected] dtdc courier and cargo delivery agent he not even make a call to the consignee and saying that mobile switch off that is the we did not took that delivery we kepted in office only and today it will not happen. Item sent from hyderabad to kakinada on 04/10/2020 and reached kakinada on 06/10/2020 (Morning) but still today (07/10/2020) was not delivered.
