My courier was not delivered to me and marked as delivered and the reason they have given was they could not find my address. It was medicines and they kept it 22 days, did not try to reach me. They totally nonsense and careless about my property which was
2500 rs/-
I request to take proper action against them.

My cousin sent me a parcel containing Apple Airpods Pro from Chennai to Raipur through DTDC (Consignment Number C[protected]. The parcel was registered on 19th September and with the tracking ID provided i found that that product was lying idle in Nagpur for a week and upon receiving it (in Raipur) on 02nd October 2020, i found the package to be tampered with. There was an extra layer of brown tape covering the parcel (originally there had only been a transparent tape) and on opening the package i found that the outer plastic layer covering the Airpods Pro box to be missing and on opening the box found the product (the airpods along with the charging case, cable and any other accessories included in the box) to be missing. The products were removed the repackaging was done with a brown colour tape.
Company is highly irresponsible and asks customers to make videos whilst unboxing courier which is not justifiable.
Kindly take appropriate steps to return the product, failing which, the company should reimburse the cost of the product.

Dear Team

On 02/10/2020, I contacted a service executive named Sreejith T (name showed in the true caller) regarding a courier delivery confusion. I got his contact number from google search.

Unfortunately the service I received was nothing less than Pathetic. The executive, Mr. Sreejith T(name as showed in true caller app) was really harsh and abusive. I had to call Mr. Sreejith T(name showed in the true caller) twice because this man doesn't even care to listen.

As a customer/consumer, I believe that, nor I or anybody should be treated this way. The fact that I actually payed for a service to be yelled at is an absolute joke!

To resolve the problem, I would appreciate you to take action against Mr. Sreejith T(name showed in the true caller) and an apology letter from him as well because such actions from a reputed company executive should not be encouraged. Bad for the customer results bad for the service provider.

- Address of this particular DTDC office

Respected team, my courier consignment no is Z48802923.My courier has reached the coimbatore irugur office on sep 26, 2020. But the shipment has not been delivered to me. Now the courier is being returned to the sender.Its outgoing made to the gurgan apex with dtdc master con no [protected]. So please help me in receiving my courier.

I need to draw your attention regarding poor service by DTDC. On 18.09.2020 I had booked a courier in Dibiyapur, Auraiya U.P vide tracking ID Z42793930 to be delivered to Delhi. However, when checked through their tracking window, surprisingly it was mentioned that the consignment was successfully delivered to Noida. When I enquired to the DTDC centre, they informed that there is a mistake on their part & they are trying to find my parcel. However, till date my parcel is not delivered. Now DTDC courier agent in Dibiyapur is not answering the phone. The worst courier service I ever came across. Totally unprofessional and crooks.
Pl help.

The delivery service provided at shimla by DTDC is pathetic. I have faced problem twice.
Customers prefer courier service above indian post because of fast delivery and products being delivered at home, but ur company representatives do not deliver at home and ask customers to come to their end to collect parcel or they tell you to collect from other places.
When asked why not being provided home delivery then we get vague...

Worst experience.. with DTDC
My parcel has not been updated since the last 20 days and has not been delivered as well. When i try calling customer care they hang up the phone, i have complaint several times.

Consignment #F30087152 Destined to Shillong from Hyderabad has been stuck in the same area Mehdipatnam Franchise Hyderabad for more than a week now, such pathetic service especially considering the amount they charge. I even paid a high amount for risk surcharge and they are just holding the shipment since last week. I understand the situation with covid but at this rate, it is just negligence. This is not acceptable.

My courier hasnt been delivered and i want it returned and refunded for the damage products inside. Courier was booked on 08/09/2020 consignment no:D60264491. such reckless service has been a huge disappointed given the fact that courier charges huge amount for shipping.

I handed the parcel on 5th September to DTDC Indore to DTDC Raipur location but also on 1 October I had not received the parcel and one of their representative said the parcel is damaged.

They still even didnot make a call to me and when I am enquired the same for customer care of DTDC they did not responded... Pathetic service

The delivery executive didnt called me but updated that my address got changed and message me that i didnt accept the call, but no call was made.. After that i called on messaged number many times no one picked up the phone rather they disconnect the phone.. After long time one picked up and behave so roughly. Very bad service really disappointed.

Pathetic services by dtdc couriers and their franchisees. Inappropriate behavior, unprofessional, no proper communication skills, 0 manners or customer service skills... I am available and they say door is closed for the last 3 days and are asking me to collect the parcel..
Every day since 26th sep'2020 i receive a notification stating that my door was closed hence could not deliver the parcel wherein all o[censored]s are home 24 x 7..

I then got a call from one of the officer guys at the local vasai east location branch dtdc stating there is a parcel and asked me to collect the same from the branch at vasai...

I refused to do the same as no personal transport and i would be charged huge amount as well as time to go to the dtdc vasai branch and collect my parcel for which the delivery charges were already pre-paid

When i questioned why were they not coming to deliver he had no answer just said cant come... I asked to transfer the associate to transfer the call to a supervisor yesterday he said supervisor was busy and advised will arrange a callback which i never received till date..

I called them again today on 30-sep-2020 after speaking with their customer care however the guys was rude and just said that he had the parcel and asked me to come and collect it when i started questioning he disconnected the call.. With no appropriate response..

That was my maintenance cheque that i was to receive from one society to be paid to another society which if not paid in time would incurr interest charges..

Worst part is, dtdc customer care people are not responding.

The parcel was shown out for delivery on date 29.09.2020 on tracking site and also recd the same message but as on date 30.09.2020 same has not been delivered.

My courier which was packed from wazirpur branch new delhi was not delivered instead of curier company sending me message yesterday on my no with a code i was not contacted on my no [protected] i had enquired at other branches by arranging no on my own no provided by online portal were wrong or out of service dtdc claim of being one of best courier services is fake and the online portal showed wrong cir, these franchises opened in small towns are nothing but non dedicated services only to earn money not to serve in return.
