My courier hasnt been delivered and i want it returned and refunded for the damage products inside. Courier was booked on 08/09/2020 consignment no:D60264491. such reckless service has been a huge disappointed given the fact that courier charges huge amount for shipping.

I handed the parcel on 5th September to DTDC Indore to DTDC Raipur location but also on 1 October I had not received the parcel and one of their representative said the parcel is damaged.

Consignment no.D61279180 was sent by my uncle from vizianagram on 04.09.2020.. and still ir did not reached to me ime., St.30.09.2020..

They still even didnot make a call to me and when I am enquired the same for customer care of DTDC they did not responded... Pathetic service

The delivery executive didnt called me but updated that my address got changed and message me that i didnt accept the call, but no call was made.. After that i called on messaged number many times no one picked up the phone rather they disconnect the phone.. After long time one picked up and behave so roughly. Very bad service really disappointed.

Pathetic services by dtdc couriers and their franchisees. Inappropriate behavior, unprofessional, no proper communication skills, 0 manners or customer service skills... I am available and they say door is closed for the last 3 days and are asking me to collect the parcel..
Every day since 26th sep'2020 i receive a notification stating that my door was closed hence could not deliver the parcel wherein all o[censored]s are home 24 x 7..

I then got a call from one of the officer guys at the local vasai east location branch dtdc stating there is a parcel and asked me to collect the same from the branch at vasai...

I refused to do the same as no personal transport and i would be charged huge amount as well as time to go to the dtdc vasai branch and collect my parcel for which the delivery charges were already pre-paid

When i questioned why were they not coming to deliver he had no answer just said cant come... I asked to transfer the associate to transfer the call to a supervisor yesterday he said supervisor was busy and advised will arrange a callback which i never received till date..

I called them again today on 30-sep-2020 after speaking with their customer care however the guys was rude and just said that he had the parcel and asked me to come and collect it when i started questioning he disconnected the call.. With no appropriate response..

That was my maintenance cheque that i was to receive from one society to be paid to another society which if not paid in time would incurr interest charges..

I am supposed to get a courier from dtdc, in dtdc portal updated as successfully delivered. But courier is not delivered

Worst part is, dtdc customer care people are not responding.

Never expected this kind of service from dtdc.

The parcel was shown out for delivery on date 29.09.2020 on tracking site and also recd the same message but as on date 30.09.2020 same has not been delivered.

My courier which was packed from wazirpur branch new delhi was not delivered instead of curier company sending me message yesterday on my no with a code i was not contacted on my no [protected] i had enquired at other branches by arranging no on my own no provided by online portal were wrong or out of service dtdc claim of being one of best courier services is fake and the online portal showed wrong cir, these franchises opened in small towns are nothing but non dedicated services only to earn money not to serve in return.

My brother booked a courier on monday, 28th of september 2020 and sent me the acknowledgment slip. It has been nearly 2 days and tracker shows “no data available “.
Help as this is an important package.

I have just checked my courier status in dtdc. But it is still showing that the courier is in transit (From 16th september). Still my courier is in same location and not delivered to me.

This complaint is against Mr. Ramalingam working in dtdc perungudi Branch

he is not having Manners to talk to senior government official on duty

he is not ready to listen anything and refusing to provide service to officer.

these type of employees should learn how to talk to senior officials.

My consignment no m01119129 has not been recieved as on date 29.09.2020. However it was booked n 22.09.2020.
All the customer care number mention on complain site is not in working condition (All are not exisit)

My dtdc courier consignment number b72819319 is not yet delivered to the destination address as it is already more than 7 days. At the time of bookig they said it will be delivered within 48hours. There is no tracking updates from last 4 days and customer care is also not responding. It is very disappointing experience with dtdc and i decided to not to go with dtdc again.
Please help to resolve this.

On 28th sept, 2020, i did a booking on mydtdc app (Booking no. #[protected]. And complete my payment via upi using paytm at 07:14pm, the payment was successful. The money is deducted from my account. But when i checked my mydtdc app it's showing 'payment awaited' since then. They didn't respond to my calls in their working hours also. Now everything on the app is freezed. I tried to get support from their web link to 'raise a service query', https://www.dtdc.in/tracking_query_form.asp, but there also the submit button isn't working. There's no way to contact them to get any support hence i came here.

It's on regarding d55366995, i had courier some of the important product items from pune to assam, and the courier i received today was totally damaged, the items were protein supplements, and some electronic.
Team just to highlight that the packaging was also found damaged i mean it was in a worse condition. Someone somewere has done something wrong with the parcel i believe. So team i will attached 2 different pictures which was taken while before delivering the parcel and after receiving the parcel. Team please do justice after seeing the pictures. I know and i am sure dtdc service will never disappoint there customers. Please take appropriate action on this.. Thanks

Hi, i have not received any parcel on tracking id/ awb number - z48894425. But in dtdc tracking sites there is mentioned "delivered" on saturday 26 sep. Please tell me where is my parcel. I have not received any call from dtdc also. Please help

After a laps of 08 day consignment has not been received

This is in reference with a courier that was delivered from bangalore to bhagalpur. I booked the courier at kundanhalli, bangalore branch on 26 september 2020. As the laptop was getting couriered, they told that special care will be taken and fast and safe delivery would be taken. Even the sticker of fragile item was stuck on that. On top of that the laptop was delivered in a damaged condition. The screen of the laptop is damaged and it is no longer useable. There is a complete crack on one side of the laptop with big dent and internal parts exposed. When i talked to the dtdc manager of bangalore he said they could not help on this. This is a very unprofessional behaviour and special care should have been taken to send laptops. I want complete refund for fixing my laptop.
