Yesterday (24.09.2020) at 11:12 am, i received the following sms - "z42967628 is out for delivery. Please share smile code (- - - -) with dly agent for zero contact delivery. Dtdc won't ask for any payment otp"

I stayed home all day but the delivery man did not come.

I have not moved out of house today (25.09.2020) also but the package has not been delivered till 1630 hrs.

Booked in june (Probably 14) but not received by me in tirupati till now. I just gave them time thinking of pandemic situation. But when checked status on dtdc website, it was shown as delivered.

Pls look into it and pls do the needful.

On 24.09.2020, my consignment no, i[protected] was out for delivery, and i got a sms from dtdc regarding the smile code and a link to pay online for my cash on delivery consignment to ensure a contact free delivery. So i paid through the link. But when my delivery agent came, he again asked for payment. I showed him my receipts, and the link shared. But he had no information regarding the payment. He called dtdc and said he would return once this gets resolved. Now its been a whole day since this conversation, and on my tracking page it shows "not delivered (Receiver refused delivery (Cir)"

I have tried to launch a query and send some emails with the attached proof of payment. But there seems to be no response. Please look into at the earliest. I would like to receive the package, that i already paid for, at the earliest.

Important documents booked from hyderabad to patna on 17/9/20.
From 19/9/20 to 22/9/20, status was showing as "received at hub - patna air apex. On 23/9/20, status shows as"out for delivery", then"area non serviceable - (Dir)"? What does it mean? Consignee address is in the heart of the city. Consignee mobile no. Is also given, but they have not called. Tracking no. H20319471, ref. No.[protected].

A parcel has been booked on 12th september 2020 from kolkata to bhagalput. But still now received. Local dtdc branch misbehaving & also customer care not giving any update.

Hi my dtdc tracking number is d92439786. It is from jaya pour (Rajasthan) to eroad (Timila nadu). I have given the customer phone number also along with address to contact if any difficulty in finding address.

But dtdc courier boy called the customer but did not delivered. When we see the tracking status it is showing redirected.

This should reach to a customer in eroad t. N.

Could you please help in delivering to the customer as soon as possible.

My parcel is at same location that is at bangalore surface apex from 4 days i booked parcel on 19th sep in frazer town and delivery location is solapur mh 413601 but i don't why parcel is at same location its very expensive parcel no one from dtdc responding

My package with tracking no. C03401813 has been booked on 14th september 2020 from tamil nadu to deliver it to west bengal with proper address and phone number. The packet has been there in west bangal from 17th september 2020 to 22th september 2020) and my shipment status is showing that "returned parcel forwarded from facility" and reason "not delivered (Address incomplete or wrong - (Cir)". I have contact at dtdc castomer care and verify my address and address is correct. But delivery boy never contact me for parcel delivery. I have observed, sms received at 6 pm and without attempting delivery status updated in portal.

I have booked my Parcel on Aug28th, not yet delivered, But 20th of September status showing like delivered, I want my Parcel back.

Parcel is not delivered but its showing delivered status in dtdc site. Receiver name also is shown as krishna. But nobody is there with that name. Concern person name is sunil reddy. Tracking id is h20274541.
Resolve the issue asap.

I sent a laptop from visakhapatnam to pune via dtdc courier services, (Consignment number - d[protected] on 7th september 2020.
I had also claimed an insurance of rs.35000/- against the laptop carriage consignment.
The courier reached the respective destination on time but failed to deliver it safely. Despite it being packed very carefully in a laptop bag and mentioning it to be an fragile item, the item was found to be damaged.br...

This is inform you that one docket which was dispatch from hyderabad from on dated 31/08/2020 but still it is not delivered at our factory by your team. Because which status is showing at tracking is false as this is factory premise where docket supposed to be delivered. So there is no any chance to office closed or door lock. This is indicating that person is not approaching for delivery at site. Please look into the matter any resolve the issue. This is happened many times earlier. Please refer below docket details for your reference.

Booked 12th sep 2020, but till now no update & not received

It is very saddening to bring to your notice that the courier which was sent from delhi (Kalkaji) to kerala (Chengannur) on behalf of amity university is sent back to the original place without any information. I received the tracking id on september 14 at 4:22 pm followed by tracking the courier, it was showing that the courier is in transit (Proof for which i am attaching with this mail). According to the dtdc tracking site the latest update was at 7:13 am on september 14. Surprisingly, in the consecutive days too i was able to see the same update. Well, i was waiting amidst this current pandemic and was anticipating it might take quite a little longer for the courier to reach me than the usual time.in between, i was constantly getting sms updates which to my surprise was showing 'in transit' till this day. By 3:35pm i received a text message stating that the courier is out for delivery followed by a text message at 3:45pm stating the same couldn't be delivered due to the wrong address. I contacted the dtdc number available on the website and a person from bangalore answered the call for the selected state kerala. He said the courier is sent back to the original place.

I contacted the chengannur dtdc and the person said we waited for 3-4 days (That should be 14th probably, the day which i received the tracking id) and my number was not available. But at the same time i received the updates in this so-called not available number. I asked him why they didn't wait for a few days and the answer i got was why didn't i contact them while i have given the delivery address too. When i raised my query along with the dtdc tracking update, he responded by saying that this was not his duty. So, can you kindly explain the duty of this "responsible person".

19th september i got a message from dtdc that your consignment is out for delivery, but did not get a call from them, next day i checked the status and its showing not delivered, & last mile misroute. Its annoying.
