Dear sir for consignment d94897914 the laptop was supposed to get deli ered in 3-4 working days from nagpur to warangal. But when it came to warangal the agent told that he will not deliver to the adress specified by owner. If such was the case than why nagpur agent took the consignment by taking double amount?? Secondly i had to suffer a lot for this.
I am unable to understand

I was supposed to receive a dtdc parcel on 14th september 2020 which i did not but the online status shows that the package was delivered. I called them up numerous times but unfortunately no one picks up the call.
I am attaching a picture of the other details regarding the shipping and other relevant information about the courier here.
I want my package to be delivered s soon as possible.

This laptop delivered on12/09/2020 this shipment was fully damaged

Fdm prepared on 12th sep-20. But still not received the courier. I went to office and ask about courier. He recklessly told that he didnt know the courier where it is. If it missed who will bear the loss.

the material is booked on 20.08.2020 to l.G. Electronics india pvt. Ltd. (plot no. 51, udyog vihar, surajpur kasna road, greater noida 201306) from times marketing pvt. Ltd. (plot no.-2a, street no-3, gurukul industrial area faridabad-121003). The material is not delivered to customer till now date 14.09.2020. On call the members refused that we will deliver the material toaday (every time). Please take action.

19/08/2020 shipment booking 13/09/2020 show transit till date not update

My consignment number is c10036262. The dtdc is showing that the address is incomplete. However, the address is completely right. They are showing that they tried delivering order on 12th september, 2019, but i never received the call from any delivery boy or anyone!

If the address was incomplete, they could have atleast call me! The parcel contains something important. I am extremely tensed now. Help me to get this please!

I have booked a courier from dtdc sohagpur on 9th september. I booked it for indore. The couier boy charged me extra for urgent delivery in indore on th september eod but the parcel is still undelivered. I cant trace the package online because it is not booked by the courier boy. The tracking no. Print on the receipt is m78573268. Courier guy is not giving me the details properly.
The packge containts some confidential and very important documents of a client.
I am going to register a complaint in consumer forum against you.

I have booked a consignment on 02/09/2020 docket no d60885283, for pin code 743127 west bengal but till there is no update on the tracking site and the parcel is not delivered. Please see to this parcel and inform me the expected delivery date

I have not been contacted. I have fully mentioned the address and phone number.
Still it says coustomer was not present at pick up.

I had placed three order which was shipped on 9th september 2020 with awb numbers are Z54700678, Z54698885, Z54700470. Still on 12th september 2020 if i check the tracking status of my consignment it is just displaying "no data available".

There is no way found to contact dtdc.

I am raising complain for damaged delivery of laptop during the transit to janak puri, new delhi. Courrier booked from your dtdc outlet at khanda colony, new panvel, navi-mumbai. The outlet here is arguing and not accepting the mishandling during transit. I am hopeless now with the conversation at this dtdc outlet. My docket no is- v90199416, dated 10.09.2020 and received at new delhi on 12.09.2020 in damaged condition.
Damages:- laptop (acer) screen display monitor got cracked during transit. Replaced the screen monitor, which cost us rs 4200 at new delhi today itself after delivery (12.09.2020).
Very poor service by dtdc as item delivered in damaged condition. Which cost me rs 4200 for monitor display replacement and charge of courrier taken was rs 2100.
We are very much upset by the service provided by dtdc and people are very irresponsible and even dtdc outlet herte not ready to listen my complain.
So, i am submitting the complain here for your kind consideration and to do needful.
This mail is to regiter a complain against dtdc india.
I am lodgging this complain the same day today (12.09.2020) after damaged delivery at destination, janakpuri, new delhi.
Now my experience is dtdc is extreamly poor and highly irresponsible service. I booked this laptop(acer) to bee delivered to my brother-in-law mr sunil dobriyal for janakpuri, new delhi, a well known landmark.
Sir, please attend my complain and do needful at your end.

Please take a look at docket no. K25541425 booked from guwahati on 22nd aug'2020 for imphal. Till today, the parcel has been delivered yet.

Request you to take necessary action and help us in getting delivered the said parcel asap.

I received an out of delivery message and a call from Attingal center on 11 Sep. They never used to do home delivery.
He asked me to collect the consignment from the center and i told i cant make it today. And will try to collect on a convenient day.
But very arrogantly he responded it should be collected on that day itself.

On the very next day i went directly to the center to collect it, but they told it was returned back since the PIN is not serviceable.

My question here is why they are accepting the consignment if the PIN is not serviceable. And how they can ask to collect it on a specific day.
I have not received calls earlier on this, but they told i was not reachable.
It is a false comment since i have subscribed missed call alerts.
I will get SMS alerts for the calls during out of coverage.

, I've visited the DTDC Raigarh Chhattisgarh branch many times but they are saying that My consignment is missing, they are not responding properly .

My friend has booked a shirt for me, sent through DTDC from Chandigarh to Chennai on sept, 2nd 2020. my actual destination is sriperumbudur. the parcel reached to the sriperumbudur branch on 5.9.2020. but there is no information shared by the team. and I waited for two days. on the 7th my friend called them and asked the reason for the delay. They were not responded to her query also.
after N times of calls then only they have picked up and answered that they will search and confirm.
the next day 8.9.2020 same query, but the answer is " delivery for the location is temporarily stopped"

the next day 9.9.2020 same query, the answer changed " person who is delivering in that area is in leave position is still vacant"

the next day 10.9.2020 same query, the answer changed " we have filled the vacancy, today your parcel will be delivered"

i got a text message from DTDC at 9:50pm that is "your parcel is out for delivery"

but i didnt received any call from any delivery person

11th and 12th september we have fought with DTDC, no solutions were made from them. depression and restless only remains for us.
