    Laptop display was found in a damaged condition on receiving the courier. The laptop sent was totally in a working condition with everything intact. The courier was sent on 30th september 2020 from durgapur, west bengal and the courier destination was hyderabad, telangana.

    The consignment number is d60181155.

    Please look into this matter urgently and do the needful to
    Get the charges for damage repair.

      Parcel not delivered and also didnt inform and sent return and still not received at return 15 days went. Case raised many times but not update, still struggling for my courier

        My conssignment no are d90934364 and d92409547 booked on 13th september 2020. I have received the consignment and there is no proper update on whereabout. It is only showing in transit.           My dtdc courier id is d61599934. Its showing door closed as a status but no delivery is attempted at my place. I. Was present at my house through out the day. No delivery person has came. Neither anyone called me up, if there is a issue regarding to find the location, they should have called.
          I. Tried in their customer care no but no response. Please do the needful asap.

            My order didn't get till now i am consumer i have ordered from bellissimo77 and they have told it will be delivered through dtdc but its almost 2 month no update. while trying to reach out to walia ji dtdc they are not responding even from customer support also not helping

              I booked the package on 1st september from silchar, assam on dtdc green containing laptop which is to be delivered to bangalore.
              Its been 16 days and it is not delivered yet!

                  I have received message from DTDC courier services data of 3rd sep 2020 time of 6:37pm, and they have updated blindly like address not found, even I have not received any call from DTDC courier, and I have tried to many times for DTDC customer care, but it not reachable.

                    Dear sir for consignment d94897914 the laptop was supposed to get deli ered in 3-4 working days from nagpur to warangal. But when it came to warangal the agent told that he will not deliver to the adress specified by owner. If such was the case than why nagpur agent took the consignment by taking double amount?? Secondly i had to suffer a lot for this.
                    I am unable to understand

                      I was supposed to receive a dtdc parcel on 14th september 2020 which i did not but the online status shows that the package was delivered. I called them up numerous times but unfortunately no one picks up the call.
                      I am attaching a picture of the other details regarding the shipping and other relevant information about the courier here.
                      I want my package to be delivered s soon as possible.

                                Fdm prepared on 12th sep-20. But still not received the courier. I went to office and ask about courier. He recklessly told that he didnt know the courier where it is. If it missed who will bear the loss.

                                  the material is booked on 20.08.2020 to l.G. Electronics india pvt. Ltd. (plot no. 51, udyog vihar, surajpur kasna road, greater noida 201306) from times marketing pvt. Ltd. (plot no.-2a, street no-3, gurukul industrial area faridabad-121003). The material is not delivered to customer till now date 14.09.2020. On call the members refused that we will deliver the material toaday (every time). Please take action.

                                      My consignment number is c10036262. The dtdc is showing that the address is incomplete. However, the address is completely right. They are showing that they tried delivering order on 12th september, 2019, but i never received the call from any delivery boy or anyone!

                                      If the address was incomplete, they could have atleast call me! The parcel contains something important. I am extremely tensed now. Help me to get this please!
