My article consignment number is c03094886. It delivery address in tuni but it was delivered in vijayawada andhra pradesh.
In your branch in tuni said to be give complaint online.

Package was shipped on 10th september and it took 8 days to reach my place branch. When i checked the shipment tracking i was shocked to know that they have attended delivery and mentioned as address incomplete.
Atleast they could have called the mobile number mentioned on parcel.
But they havent even attended the delivery and i didnt even receive a single phone call from dtdc.
I raised a concern on this on the same day contacting the customer care of dtdc and even then they have returned it to the origin facility.
Kindly take necessary action on this. I have attached the screenshots of the shipment details.

I'm soni from chennai, i had couriered medicines from dtdc guindy, chennai office on 17/09/2020 to mr. Deepak bhatia residing in ulhasnagar 2, thane. The consignment no c03865756. Mr. Deepak has not received the courier but the tracking status shows delivered. The courier are medicines. Unable to raise a complaint through their portal because when i enter the consignment number is shows delivered and does not allow me to enter other details. Request you to help in this regards and arrange to send the courier to the correct address as mentioned on top of the parcel. Please find attached supporting documents for your reference.

I am having trouble to get my two packages from last two months,

Dtdc local branch showing it deliverd but till date we have not received those items. Pls check to help us

I handed over a document to dtdc (In gurgaon) to be delivered within (Gurgaon) on 17th september 2020. Tracking id z43046084. I was promised that the package will be delivered by 18th at max, but i have not received any update on the package since 17th september. It is still showing in transit. We tried reaching to dtdc, they are just routing us to different people.

I raised a complaint on their website, but no answer.
I would request that appropriate status be provided about the status and safety of the package. Also, if it is not delivered by 21st sep end of day, then please return the package to us. We do now want the package to get lost in transit, looking at the pathetic service of dtdc

I had ordered from the website canvaschamp in the month of august and it was to be delivered to me by 28th august 2020. They sent via dtdc from ahmedabad to mumbai. The tracking no being a90963428. My dtdc case no is 17454749. I checked the status and it showed as out for delivery on 26th august 2020. But i did not receive even in 2nd september. After many calls and online complaints they told me package will be delivered. But to my suprise the package was marked delivered in 5th sept 2020. I still did to receive my package. I have been calling regularly to the company and the branch in lower pare as well as ahmedabad. I still did not receive the package.

Since yesterday my consignment is out for delivery but is not getting delivered. On 17th September, 2020 it was updated on the website that door was locked or office was closed. This is entirely false. The shipment address is residential and we were at this address the entire day. Why was such a false updating done? Next day again it was out for delivery but was not delivered. What kind of service is this company providing to the customers.

I didn't get my parcel... They call me to and said that, "you have to come the office and take the parcel otherwise we'll return the parcel". They misbehaving also... They don't want to come to deliver the parcel

My relative has booked a parcel (Containing medicine) form beas (Amritsar) on 14.9.2020 under no. Z42307700 for palampur (Pin code: 176083). It is sorry to say that the said parcel is not delivered so far. Although a massage was received on 17.9.2020 at 16:57 containing smile code 5436. Today i dialed a no. [protected] and enquire about my parcel. He told me after 5 minutes you will receive call and the will told you. No call was made till 10 minutes. I again called on [protected], again he told me to wait. After some time i received a call from [protected] and i told him about my parcel. He told me your parcel is hold due to address problem and you have to register case with a fee of rs. 10-, i refused to deposit rs 10 because of i have alredy submitted all dues. He (Mr. Deepak was there he misbehave me and abuse me saying "(Motherchod parcel nahi lena kya). I m a senior citizen 65 years of age. He dont know how to talk with a costumer. He should not be there who behave like this." my parcel may please be delivered immediately, otherwise a claim for rs. 5000/- may please be made at the earliest. Avtar singh

Hello. My name is diksha agarwal and i was waiting for my package at dtdc to be delivered to me. But to my shock, when i tracked my package on dtdc site, it said that the package has already been delivered to a man named suresh. But i dnt even know who suresh is. My tracking number is z43111513. I seek an immediate response to my problem.

Such a poor network and very bad customer service. I have given a address in kerala but how idiotically these courier service can send the parcel to andhra pradesh. Such a poor and bad response from the customer care. Why the hell is dtdc is doing the hell like this?
If this problem is going to continue i need to a file a case on dtdc.

Laptop display was found in a damaged condition on receiving the courier. The laptop sent was totally in a working condition with everything intact. The courier was sent on 30th september 2020 from durgapur, west bengal and the courier destination was hyderabad, telangana.

The consignment number is d60181155.

Please look into this matter urgently and do the needful to
Get the charges for damage repair.

Parcel not delivered and also didnt inform and sent return and still not received at return 15 days went. Case raised many times but not update, still struggling for my courier

My dtdc courier id is d61599934. Its showing door closed as a status but no delivery is attempted at my place. I. Was present at my house through out the day. No delivery person has came. Neither anyone called me up, if there is a issue regarding to find the location, they should have called.
I. Tried in their customer care no but no response. Please do the needful asap.

I booked the package on 1st september from silchar, assam on dtdc green containing laptop which is to be delivered to bangalore.
Its been 16 days and it is not delivered yet!
Why such service?

Consignment number d57246857 and d57246838 has reached to my location but no one is making any call and am getting only out for delivery sms.. Please do the needful, i need my product urgent

I have received message from DTDC courier services data of 3rd sep 2020 time of 6:37pm, and they have updated blindly like address not found, even I have not received any call from DTDC courier, and I have tried to many times for DTDC customer care, but it not reachable.
