A courier was booked on Friday, 17th Jul'20|02:26 Hrs in Raipur At DTDC courier service. But did not receive it yet. It's been more than a month. There is no update. Every time I call customer service they say you will get update till evening and nothing happens. Please help. It's important.

I sent a courier from hyderabad to vaniyambabdi (Tn) via dtdc with tracking number d60878041. It was sent all covered in a bubble wrap anf foam sheet as always but when received the package was all damaged and item was broken into two parts and other item was big dents and folded.
