My tracking id H97720426.its more than month but i didn't receive my parcel.but today they updated as successful delivered but i didn't receive parcel.i didn't even get any call or response from dtdc customer care.

Medicines were delivered consignment no. Z35197068 from kanpur to lucknow on 4 September 2020 and recieved completely in a non usable condition with a delayed delivery after several mostly unanswered complaints as at urgent it was said to get delivered within 24 hours but recieved after 6 days. Its MRP Rs. 520. The limit of careless and irresponsible behaviour was found in most of the deliveries by DTDC for example once the delivery person asked me to recieve my books packet delivery from 1.7km away from my residence on December, 2019, once they have lost my photographs which were delivered from Allahabad to Lucknow on August, 2019 and delay is a every time problem even when this is told that urgent medicines are being delivered.

As highly franchisee access its mostly prefered by delivering companies but more of the show but less in quality.

Kindly do needful in my cause and take neccessary steps to have a quality as promised at time of payment.

One consignment was booked on 3rd Sep'2020 throgh express services from Gorakhpur to Jamnagar. At the time of booking the DTDC's initiator told that the item will be delivered within 3-4 days to the destination. Today is 8th day and items has not been received so far. I have incurred lot pain and metal tension. May I know who will compensate all these things.

HI, I'm expecting a shipment from DTDC D92371154, I have not received my order so far. I don't see any updates from dtdc Rajaji Nagar master franchisee the office location is invalid, the mobile number is invalid. Customer care has no responsibility of following up the order. I'm really fed up and disappointed about the fraud and loss of my precious commodity.

My consignment no. Is k35180584 which was couriered on 3rd of september and has sttill not been delievered. The entire stuff was perishable and i supoose it has been damaged as the shelf life was for a week.

I received a courier through dtdc today (Awb no: b[protected]. Not aware of the bug in his bonnet, but during his delivery of the said parcel, his behaviour was far from courteous...in fact, it was downright rude.
Request dtdc to ensure basic training in customer relations to their delivery personnel.
It doesn't do well for a reputed company to employ these kind of people, and in the long run, the company gets blamed..

I Lakshay Sharma had used your service to deliver a sugar testing machine from accu chek to benrepaired in bhiwandi to the mentioned address on 24th of August at Deep Market Ashok Vihar, they told me that due to corona situation parcel may take couple of extra days with at most a week or so, but niwnits been like 11 days and when i go to track my order with CONSIGNMENT ID ( Z[protected], it gives me no status after 26th of Aug when parcel landed at Mumbai, after that i lodged a complaint online on your website with COMPLAINT NO.[protected]
but to my surprise i recieved no reply from your end today i tried calling your North India Custimer Care Number and was on IVR for quite long but nobody picked it up and git a message to lodge a compliant online, so now here i am reuesting you to please check whether you guys have actually delivered or misplaced my parcel altough i already had to purchase a new machine because of your ccourier services . At least revert back

Kindly ask dtdc to deliver the product at address mentioned not at anyother place. I placed one order from shweta shaw and paid on 16th august but she dispatched the product on 20august, at my address of baloda bazar but today it was delivered somewhere at raipur. I don't need that parcel i want to return it to seller but it has been delivered to any other person with out my knowledge. My parcel no is k25839107.
Kindly help me and revert back the parcel this parcel to its origin of west bengal.

Kindly get into the matter, my one parcel was dispatched by shweta shaw parcel no k25839107 which was with dtdc since 20th august and to the party i paid on 16th august to get product on time, but due to delay nothing was shown in online about my parcel and through email also i made query to dtdc. But no reply, i got product from somewhere else and told to seller to revert your product back to you as i don't need it anymore and do the refund. She told as she will receive her product back she will refund. Today on 9/92020 without any phone or sms the parcel was delivered to somewhere at raipur instead of baloda bazar. Kindly ask branch of dtdc telibandha to take product from where it has been delivered to get back and revert back to west bengal from where it was started.

Worst experience always with warangal dtdc offices in telangana the weight of the package is actually 3.3kg but when its been deliverd its weight is about 2.6kg what to do where to go for the missing product from package.
The office in warangal pincode 506001 is a scam office maximum all the courier packs are getting damaged while handovering to the destinations. the courier id is H60886228 Check the updates and solve the problems facing by the WARANGAL DTDC.

I booked for a parcel through DTDC which consignment number is K25903305 on dated 29.08.2020, destination was chakradharpur, jharkhand 833102. But in online tracking it is showing booking date is 02.09.2020. How could you do this to your customer? Last 3 to 4 days it is showing reached at destination. Delivery boy called receiver yesterday and assure to deliver but still now not delivered the parcel. Your organization and you people don't want to know about the importance of parcel. You think it's just a business. This is not a free service, I pay for that. So do the needful action, knowing the importance of parcel.

I have an issue with my courier (Z[protected], till now i did't received my courier, last week i came to know in my area dtdc courier has been stopped,
Regarding this issue i raised a service query[protected] at last week, but i didn't get any information regarding this, i called multiple times to customer care they will pick up the cal and they will cut in seconds.
Today[protected] i had a call with customer care people saying like i don't know, i requested them please help me on this how can i get my courier without your help suddenly the cut the cal.
I have all call recording with me if you required i will share. Please help me on this. And i want to change my delivery address.
Please remove my native address from your database or else other people will also suffer.

I had sent a parcel through dtdc whose consignment number is k34872820. While tracking the parcel, it was showing "out for delivery" on 08.09.2020, but it wasn't delivered, neither they called on the mobile number provided on parcel. Now on tracking it is showing as not delivered (Office closed or door lock - (Cir). The parcel contains essential documents. None of the number is active. Requested to resolve it as soon as possible.

Hi.. Its over a one month i didn't receive my parcel. I have made a complaint regarding this to the last tracking branch (Balanagar branch, hyderabad). They are saying that parcel was missing. Once again we will check inform you. But now they are not even responding to my calls. I have already raised complaint regards this. I want to know the status of the complaint. I have a parcel that was send to me from barmer and it hasn't reach siliguri till date,
Parcel was sent on 28th of august and its been about 14 days and i have no knowledge of its whereabouts, i tried to contact every DTDC offices including customer care but no answer, i also have been tracking but no update is being shown( since one week the parcel is in transit from kolkata to siliguri).

I courier a parcel to hyderabad. Tracking id is above. Which usually should reach last wednesday. The tracking update showing as 'area restricted'. But it was not as i sent two parcels via dtdc with same address and it is reached.
I called more than 7 times and raised complaint also, no one is helping me
