In the month of january we have despatched 1no. Dd of rs. 22000/- & rs. 500/- to mnit jaipur towards emd against one of our tender through dtdc plus courier vide docket no. V57927349.

Since tender is very long process and it takes months to finalize the case & after that lockdown was also imposed.

Now receiver is denying of receipt of this shipment.

Requested dtdc personal so many times to please provide us pod / receiver name / contact no but they are unable us provide us saying that after 3 months all data get erased from site.

Please help in this matter.

Meanwhile at delivery time I was not there at home k but I have provided my contact number so they can call at my door step not even a call they did while delivery same done before one also they dnt delivered and I raised a complaint they gave some I’d buy no response n after sometime I got my parcel it’s over n now my parcel status was CIR(office or door closed)now what I have to do even I raise a complaint they’ll never respond no customer care numbers will work.so I want my parcel now what I have to do?

Consignment not received b73260527 yet some # have marked it as delivered and even claimed that it is signed.

I have booked courier by dtdc from hyderabad to sahjanwa (Gorakhpur) on date 31st aug 2020, but still my courier is not delivered and its showing status as delivered at 8th sept 9:45pm.
No customer care number available to contact and no online help available.
Poor service from dtdc.. Didnt expected such thing from dtdc.
My courier content was very important to me and my family.

Request dtdc to respond at earliest.

On 25 aug 2020 i courier a package from mecheda to delhi... But instead of delivering in delhi dey delivered the package in kolkata salt lake.. It's been 15 days... Still i have not got any response from back support team...

I have paid rupees 1800/-for courier charge and i have been told we will deliver it safely, don't worry about damage my lcd tv price is 40000/- the courier tracking no.-d60425029, please update me as soon as possible,, other wise i will complain in consumer court.

My courier is out for delivery from icai board on july 23. I have not yet received my courier. I am frequently trying to contact guntur office but they are not responding properly, not even attempting calls properly.

There was a parcel booked from vaishali on 26th august 2020 for mirzapur (Pincode 231001). That parcel was really needed on 5th september 2020. But the parcel was not delivered yet but online it is showing delivered.
I made a call on chabeytola branch, they told that they haven't receive this consignment for delivery. Then i made a call to ghantaghar branch on mobile no. [protected] four to five times, but no one is bother to answer the phone. For this type of behavior from dtdc we are really fed-up.

Kindly go through this matter asap.

Due to lock-down receiver is not available that day so we requested for change of address on 28-Aug-2020 to the following address:

But they haven't attempted the delivery they closed this case and initiate RTO on 31-Aug-2020. Today the date is 07-Sep-2020 but still, we haven't received the consignment yet.

Due to their false commitment and false update we are facing many problem in our business. We got blackmark from our customer.

Hence we are requesting you to clear this case and return the consignment asap to our end. We have already lost the business because of their improper response.

I ordered for food products from Mumbai and received a message on Sat morning saying delivery is out. By end of day status updated online with comments that address is wrong. The courier person did not attempt any contact for delivery. Last month I had another consignment and the same thing happened. The delivery person never called me and updated status saying wrong address and returned package. When I called the franchise number the owner was arrogant and refused to give information (knowing who he is speaking to) and hung up telling me to do what I want. The franchise owner had an issue with me regarding a courier two years ago after which I stopped using DTDC. In a month I receive at least 10 to 15 couriers to same address without any problems. This time the person said it was Trackon and sent the courier only to know Trackon is DTDC in Goa. I have lost money on courier and delivery last month and I will not take this again. If a franchise owner runs his business with personal grudges he should close his business. It is my money lost and is not acceptable.

Hi dtdc courer people are denying the shipment to doorsteps and asking me to travel 20+ km to collect the product form their office. I can see the location of mine is serviceable on the portal. But the delivery people are denying on it. I have attached the screenshot as well where it is clearly visible that location 454221 is serviceable and due to that only people have send the courier using dtdc otherwise other vendors are offering services here as well. They are doing fraud for getting business, if they don't have services here then why are they showing it available in the portal. And if they have services here then why are they denying on the delivery of it.

I have raised more than 100 complaints since last week but dtdc customer care is hopeless.
My shipment arrived to rajajinagar facility in blr on 31st july.
Until 2nd sept, i did not get the courier delivered. Whenever i called, they blamed less staff due to corona. I obliged.
On 2nd september, finally after a month, the order was out for delivery!
After a while that day, i got a message saying the order was delivered, but i didn't receive the delivery at all!

This is an highly careless process followed by dtdc, and the customer care doesn't seem to take it seriously. My order is been delivered to some person called kriti. And no one knows who it is.

Dtdc is fraud, i need my shipment!

We have sent a courier on 24/08/2020 from your ravulapalem dtdc courier point to harugeri, karnataka. But till today we are not received the courier and while giving courier receipt they were striked out the tracking number. So many times we are contacted that dtdc courier point persons regarding tracking number but they were not providing and not responding at all. I hope at least you will respond and clear regarding this issue soon as possible.

Sender on 14.08.2020 send one mail from airport area to a given address within kolkata.
Then from tracking status i found that consignment reached upto "lake view" lake view branch on 16.08.2020.
But there after the parcel neither delivered to the receiver's address nor it returned back to sender.
I have triled to contact via mobile and email to enquire about the fate of the consignment but no response from any end.
Then on 03.09.2020 i found in tracking facility provided by dtdc in their website "consignment lost"
Now what can i do to get my parcel? How to make complain and where?
