I am raising this thread in respect of dtdc consignment no. K25777197. Since 20th Aug I am not getting any tracking status update, even no help from the DTDC Serumpore, West Bengal office from where its being provided for dispatch and they are saying it will take time. I have no clue what is happening. When we go for tracking option it showing nothing, it’s dtdc’s responsibility to scan it and make sure data is showing....

I've a shipment from jaipur to jalpaiguri, booking date: 17th august, 2020. Tracking number: z47011081. Its 3rd time they marked it "out of delivery" in online tracking service, but they did not even tried to contact me or sent me any kind of confirmation message. At the end they updated "address incomplete or wrong - (Cir)" while i've given the proper address. I've contacted the support team, they told me that "i'll get the product today"...

I had shipped a document on 17th august from goa to bangalore and they charged more than 1000 rupees for the small package. The airway bill # was d59564077. Dtdc promised to deliver withing 3 days as it contained food items, but now it has been more than 6 days and the shipment is untraceable.
The perishable goods will be unusable now due to delay...

There were documents that needed to reach in time but it is delayed now....

My consignment number is d94622435 and it is dispatch on 17 august 2020 and reach to coimbatore on 21 august 2020 and ithas to be reach to.. Vazhakhula but from last 4 days the 21 august to 24 august shipment is not forwarding to another destination and my parcel is very much urgent i request you please try to forward that parcel today itself...

My courier did not get till now.. Pls let me know where it is?...

My luggage has been transferred from chennai to rajahmundry (Pincode: 533101, andhra pradesh) on 10-aug-2020. From 12-aug the location is showing at vijayawada. Till now i have not received my luggage. I can't reach to any dtdc support persons. Please send my luggage as soon as possible and update it soon. I have been worried about my luggage....

It looks like one whole baggage was missing. The baggage with 2 dairy milk chocolate and wishing card and money (2000) was missing when we received the parcel.

I have couriered one consignment on 15th july'2020 to raigarh, cg bearing consignment no: k25149893, this courier contains original lic policy and other documents filing for maturity claim at raigarh br.
This has been struck-up at kolkata on 18.7.2020 during its transit.
Since then no physical movement has been taken place and as well as updated in system.

I was send a parcel from pune to muzzafarnagar in parcel there was a cpu (Central processing unit) but after open the parcel the parcel was totally damaged how they do that there is no responsible against customer things

I booked dtdc services from chennai to hyderabad and my consignment had a suitcase and a carton box and both were broken and damaged. I lost few of the items in carton box which were costly. I was charged for the delivery more than the weight of the package as they told the weight more than the actual weight.

It's been already 5 days consignment not yet reached, called customer care thrice they simply hung up the call ever after connecting after an hour, the worst customer service i must say. Raised a email complaint as well no response till now. If express means more than 5 days then why charge 240 rs for small envelope. Promising will be delivered by 2 days....
