A courier was booked on Friday, 17th Jul'20|02:26 Hrs in Raipur At DTDC courier service. But did not receive it yet. It's been more than a month. There is no update. Every time I call customer service they say you will get update till evening and nothing happens. Please help. It's important.

    I have sent One Mobile to Amazon seller (Hyderabad) through DTDC courier service from Guwahati on 7th August. The consignment number is V59372945, when I check the tracking details it's only showing order is initiated on 10th August. It was supposed to deliver by 15th August, but till now no updates. I am trying to contact DTDC customer care many times, but not able to reach them. Now I don't know whether my Product is shipped to destination place or not. Please help me out, otherwise I will loose my product.

      My consignment number is Z47602135 and I shipped it from Hisar to Ahmedabad. The name, address, phone number of the receiver was clearly mentioned on the package but it has not been received yet. The current status tells me that the CONSIGNMENT IS REDIRECTED, even though it reached Khokhra, Ahmedabad on 1st September itself.
      This is was a very important shipment for me.
      Please look into the matter asap and tell me what am I supposed to do now. This is really frustrating.

            On 8th of August, 2020 I courier my parcel and till now it is not delivered. I parcel my courier from hyderabad to andheri east, Mumbai. On your website since 20th August, 2020 no updatation was done.I have been trying to call you guys on every possible number but every line is busy.             I have booked a shipment on 24th of july 2020 from Kharagpur to Patna (door delivery from patna off.) With consignment No. D58757036. Now after crossed more then a month but i didn't get material deliver. I'm continuously chassing this material, Erase query many time at dtdc site, Called several time to customer support team, Mailed on all emails i got on internet of dtdc.. But no any proper response get from dtdc. Customer support team is very irresponsible. I tried very hard to connect to management team. but customer support team has denied to provide any email or phone no. of any backend/management team member. it is very sad to say that company doesn't provide that service which he claims.

              I have important package coming to my home address with tracking number d60395150 but due the poor service of the courier company, it's delivery has been delaying from 1 week. Now when I am trying to track my consignment from the website, it states that there is no information regarding this tracking number. It has been 4 days and the same issue continues.

                    Hi,

                    I booked 5 parcels from Ghaziabad to Guwahati on the 1st of Aug. I have received only 3 of them, 2 are missing. No one is able to tell me where they are. I have already raised 3 complaints and called customer care many times. I have also visited the head office in Guwahati and contacted the office in Ghaziabad. No one has helped me out.
                    It's been a month now, this is not what I expected. It has been extremely frustrating.

                    My consignment number is D91339293. Look into it and update me as soon as possible.

                      My dtdc package with tracking no. H97981965 booked in vishakapatnam is not yet delivered and when i track online, shipment status is showing that "out for delivery" and "not delivered (Restricted entry - (Otr)".

                      The deliver boy has not reached me on phone mentioned on courier address (Or) my area (Gayathri nagar, gandhi statue line, borabanda - 500018) is not a restricted zone, we are receiving all couriers, parcels to this address.

                          Really dissappointed as not able to contact the company on their companys customer care number as it just goes unanswered.

                            Hi,
                            I sent a courier from hyderabad to vaniyambabdi (Tn) via dtdc with tracking number d60878041. It was sent all covered in a bubble wrap anf foam sheet as always but when received the package was all damaged and item was broken into two parts and other item was big dents and folded. This is the first time i have faced this problem with dtdc courier.
                            My product value is ₹1250.
                            I either want the money as compensation or my product.

                            Updated by Prasanna Chakra                             No updates from DTDC, Simply they putting the issue was resolved. I was Tried to Contact customer service they are simply told During transportation nothing happened any damage.And they disconnected the call. Even when I trying to call not connecting to the care service...Too much reculase with customers.

                              I have still not received the rto parcel. Without receiving it by the concerned sender how can dtdc close the case? Even after continuously chasing multiple times with the dtdc office in kestopur, kolkata they didn't even bother to return the parcel to me. It just shows extremely unprofessionalism/poor service as the parcel took longer time to reach the destination and failed to deliver and then two month passed by but they were unable to hand over/return the parcel back to me. please can you help me to get back the parcel and re-open the case 16675795?

                                Full description: i booked a very important official documents by dtdc on 24/08/2020 from silchar, which is supposed to reach destination guwahati within certain date. However when tracked with the consignment number :k25004994, its reflects origin and delivery address of some other place.
                                There customer care no doesn't connect however on put a complaint through the dtdc web portal, a mail has been received with
                                Case number : 17279859 but no resolution been provided.

                                How can they take customer for granted and harass them mentally with such issues? Documents are o[censored]tmost importance. How can they be so careless in their approach?

                                Resolution: kindly deliver the shipment at the earliest as its official documents and must reach asap.
