Mail 1: i had dispatched a courier on 31st august 2020 through fast delivery service paying 350/- to bangarpet, kolar district fro bangalore. The courier is not yet delivered and i am being given all unacceptable reasons. Why does it take so long approx. 4 days for delivery?

Mail 2: it's been 5 days for courier from a fast delivery option chosen from bangalore to bangarpet which is just 80 km at the maximum. The courier tracking still shows at kolar, does it take so much time for a local courier to deliver? There is no response from the customer care as well. this is an unacceptable case. Kindly revert back immediately. I need the courier to deliver today at the earliest.

I had no response to any of the mail.

    Address: Shiva circle, near usha tiffin center

    I used to get regular parcels from dtdc even with the clear address they ask us to collect from the office. We paid to deliver to my address right.
    This is not the first time it happened several times

        Tracking ID- D92383216.
        The above item was supposed to be delivered today. When I checked their site it’s mentioned “ incorrect address / wrong CIR”. The address is correct which is :
        12/1A, Ram Chand Ghosh Lane, 2nd Floor, Kolkata 700006.
        I called up DTDC and nobody picks up the call. I receive no calls from them.

        This is not acceptable and I want the parcel delivered as committed.

            Dear sir / madam, i am from bangalore, yelchenahalli

            In the yelchenahalli dtdc office they are not flowing the rate card as maintained in there office they are taking as double than the rate card

            Request you to advise and ask them to provide the proper service to the customers and give some training about how handle the customer

            Finally i sent the courier with other service provider.

                We are matata india pvt ltd, 306 paras trinity sector-63, gurugram 122005 the aboe consignment booking from our partner gupta gramaphone house, ludhina on 27/820 as per portal its showning the consignment has been despatch. We don't, have recd the above consignment. We try to contact with local delivery office & delivery guyes also as per their words consignment will deliver to us. My question is when we recd our consignment? As this pckets so important to us.

                        A courier was booked on Friday, 17th Jul'20|02:26 Hrs in Raipur At DTDC courier service. But did not receive it yet. It's been more than a month. There is no update. Every time I call customer service they say you will get update till evening and nothing happens. Please help. It's important.

                          I have sent One Mobile to Amazon seller (Hyderabad) through DTDC courier service from Guwahati on 7th August. The consignment number is V59372945, when I check the tracking details it's only showing order is initiated on 10th August. It was supposed to deliver by 15th August, but till now no updates. I am trying to contact DTDC customer care many times, but not able to reach them. Now I don't know whether my Product is shipped to destination place or not. Please help me out, otherwise I will loose my product.

                            My consignment number is Z47602135 and I shipped it from Hisar to Ahmedabad. The name, address, phone number of the receiver was clearly mentioned on the package but it has not been received yet. The current status tells me that the CONSIGNMENT IS REDIRECTED, even though it reached Khokhra, Ahmedabad on 1st September itself.
                            This is was a very important shipment for me.
                            Please look into the matter asap and tell me what am I supposed to do now. This is really frustrating.

                                  I have booked a shipment on 24th of july 2020 from Kharagpur to Patna (door delivery from patna off.) With consignment No. D58757036. Now after crossed more then a month but i didn't get material deliver. I'm continuously chassing this material, Erase query many time at dtdc site, Called several time to customer support team, Mailed on all emails i got on internet of dtdc.. But no any proper response get from dtdc. Customer support team is very irresponsible. I tried very hard to connect to management team. but customer support team has denied to provide any email or phone no. of any backend/management team member. it is very sad to say that company doesn't provide that service which he claims.

                                    I have important package coming to my home address with tracking number d60395150 but due the poor service of the courier company, it's delivery has been delaying from 1 week.
