Dear Sir, I would like to lure your attention to an important issue that I have faced lately due to your services. I have sent an parcel to my daughter from Beedto Banglore but unfortunately she was not at the place and she didn't she rejected the parcel . But I didn't get my parcel back to me since it's been a 2months I didn't get my parcel back to me.
From past 2 month's taht DTDC courier office emplye Just fooling me around that your parcel is stuck at some place or it will come in some days.
So I request you to understand my situation and please provide my parcel as soon as possible.🙏🙏🙏.

My parcel had to come via dtdc courier service shimla having courier no. Z47684154, i made a call to executive customer of branch shimla to know about the details, at what time it would be delivered bcoz a msg told me that your parcel is out for delivery and its 5:00pm in the evening, it was not arrived yet, so i called and that particular executive abused & misbehaved quoting that you are not the president to make a call to the customer care office.

Hi have sent a parcel from kolkata to banglore with very important document regarding my visa on 27th july and till now it is not delivered. Everyday i kept getting fake update on tracker:- 1) out for delivery (Every morning) 2) consignment redirected — this status for 2 days 3) covid19 could not attempt — this status another 2 days 4) receiver requested delivery on another date - (Cir) — final status since last 7 days since than i...

I have couriered my documents on 18 th Auguest through DTDC express, still now after completing 10 days the parcel is not reached to the destination.

Please deliver my parcel to the destination immedieately, its urgent.

And i have tried to call the destination dtdc call centre but there is no response.

This is an urgent courier. PLease process it very quicly.

Packet was booked through dtdc vide awb no. Z46988652 on july 31, 2020 from delhi to pune. This packet reached pune hub on august 2, 2020. After that the packet was moved to market yard parcel branch and from there it was sent to hadapsar road master franchisee of dtdc on 3rd. And since then the packet is shown as misrouted. I have complained about it to my vendor as well as dtdc. Firstly, dtdc responded well and took address of the receiver also. But after that they have stopped replying to my mails.

I found out few numbers of the branch and messaged them about the misrouted packet. Couple of days after writing to them, on aug 27, 2020 they showed the packet as delivered and marked as self received. Since then i have been asking for the delivery sheets to check as to who signed the sheet while receiving courier as the packet has not been received by the recipient. But they are not replying to any of the messages and mails.

Hence, i would like to lodge my complaint here so that you can help recover the packet or my money asap.

My courier was placed on 10 August 2020 and today is 28 August 2020 and till now it's not delivered. It's been stuck in jhansi franchisee and person who is incharged is not responding to my queries. My consignment number is Z34600487.. it's the worst experience in DTDC

A courier number X33364279 was shipped from noida to hyderabad chikkadappi DTC branch 3 months before on 22nd may 2020. I did not receive the courier since then and when i went to the office they are saying they did not receive the courier
The online tracking statement says its delivered to them.
I am being forced to go from one office to the other during this pandamic situation and none of them are helping me.

Neither does the customer care people answer the call to resolve the issue.
One of the branch says the courier is untraceable and i should opt for a refund policy.
Please do let me know the other steps of approach.

My item has delivered from Mathura on 28 Jul 20. My courier has received at coimbatore on 31 Jul 20. I have called 100 times but no response by the dtdc staff. I have lodged online complaint but no response. They have told me two times to deliver the item but he has not delivered.

The above tracking number still not updated from last month 20 th july. Today is august 27 th. No proper response from origin and that worth of 6000 very very bad experience with dtdc.

I am really disappointed with DTDC service. One important document was couriered from Kolkata on 18th Aug, 2020 and destination was Bangalore. When I checked the tracker on 25th Aug, 2020, then the status was "InTransit" and same time I called DTDC call center and confirmed the delivery address and phone number. Again on 26th Aug, suddendely I found the status as "Undelivered" but no delivery attempted. Today again I discovered the status as "Address Incomplete". Moreover, I have received many times courier in the same address from DTDC only. I had raised a complain[protected] on 25th Aug, 2020 but no resolution. Even from yesterday I was informing DTDC call center more than 3 times that this parcel is too much important for me and I reconfirmed my address and phone but unfortunately nothing happen and I missed the parcel.

This is with Regards to my booking number F30083025 from past 3days there is no update in status and it is showing in transit at begumpet branch my concern is, is it even moving or will it end up getting lost or damaged like other customer packages if had I known DTDC has such pathetic service wouldn't consider their services ever

The dtdc courier licencee at kottayam, kerala is informing that delivery of posts / parcels at home address is not in their scope of duty. According to their version the scope is limited only to inform the addressee that a parcel is received at the office. The addressee has to come and collect the parcel from courier office. Please give us guidance on scope of service for courier agencies

I had ordered a personalized birthday gift for my friend from igp gifts. For contact details i had given my friends name and her address and for contact number my number was given as it was a surprise gift.the intial adress i had given became containment zone and hence i changed the delivery adress by informing about the same to igp customer care and they assured me the same.But today i recieved a call from a staff named chackochan from dtdc cherthala branch ( ph no[protected] and this was the name shown in true caller) from the very beginning he had rude attitude and asked me to collect the parcel from their office.he said that he was unaware of the address change that i had made.for giving the 2 nd address when i asked him to hold the call he shouted at me and asked to call him back. I called him back and gave the 2 nd adress. At that time also he shouted at me and said for delivering i had to pay extra amount. I had already paid for the gift and delivery and the company had assured me about the delivery to the 2 nd adress.still thus was his atittude towards me.please make sure that he will not repeat such behaviour to another customer .

I have booked DTDC service on 20th march 2020 but till date ordered is not delivered to the Receipient And same was also not updated to Online tracking. When I complaint under docket number 2121859 they created a duplicate tracking ID illustrating courier gets delivered. But the snip provided by DTDC is fake. And I have all the proof
1). I booked courier with Tracking Id- Z32649772 on 20/03/2020 but on DTDC website it's showing 02/07/2020...

I have courier my company laptop to on 18th Aug. Today it was received broken. Laptop screen broken.

I would like to draw your attention to an important issue that I have faced lately due to your services. I had sent a courier on 20th March 2020 from Mumbai to Gorakhpur through DTDC Courier Services. The courier contents were clothings and it was supposed to be delivered to my client. I would like to notify that the parcel has been misplaced by the courier company and it has not been delivered till date. The most important thing which I want to put forward is that the tracking status states an erroneous information of the delivery as “delivered” even though its not been delivered till date. I have been in continuous follow up for the delivery, but its unfortunate and I experience such an unprofessional behaviour from the executives who have actually failed to find the lost parcel and had been dealing with such pathetic excuses which is beyond explaining. I tried contacting Mr Dheeraj Mishra ([protected]) Gorakhpur office and Ms Jassi ([protected]) UP East for the package but they fail to find it in their record and have finally stopped responding to the calls and messages, thus I find myself in no position but to report this crisis to you and expect a satisfying solution to it.
As I have been in continuous business with DTDC from a very long time but this is the first time I am facing such a bad and unprofessional experience. I do understand the current scenario of the national pandemic and therefore I understood the delay in the delivery, but even after the unlock the delivery didn’t happen and now I fail to even locate my package. I have been continuously facing embarrassment for my regular clients and have been tagged as unprofessional which is unbearable for me and my reputation. I guess its same for the company too.
I would appreciate if you understand the severity of the situation and investigate about my package on a priority and locate it.

i had recived but one item is missing from the box i had talk with mumbai office they tell claim and from kerala office i had ask them to check cctv camera first they they have the camera after i tell i need to check the are now telling cctv camera is not working i need to raise complaint in police station
