DTDC Courier & Cargo Complaints & Reviews

I am really disappointed with DTDC service. One important document was couriered from Kolkata on 18th Aug, 2020 and destination was Bangalore. When I checked the tracker on 25th Aug, 2020, then the status was "InTransit" and same time I called DTDC call center and confirmed the delivery address and phone number. Again on 26th Aug, suddendely I found the status as "Undelivered" but no delivery attempted. Today again I discovered the status as "Address Incomplete". Moreover, I have received many times courier in the same address from DTDC only. I had raised a complain[protected] on 25th Aug, 2020 but no resolution. Even from yesterday I was informing DTDC call center more than 3 times that this parcel is too much important for me and I reconfirmed my address and phone but unfortunately nothing happen and I missed the parcel.

This is with Regards to my booking number F30083025 from past 3days there is no update in status and it is showing in transit at begumpet branch my concern is, is it even moving or will it end up getting lost or damaged like other customer packages if had I known DTDC has such pathetic service wouldn't consider their services ever

The dtdc courier licencee at kottayam, kerala is informing that delivery of posts / parcels at home address is not in their scope of duty. According to their version the scope is limited only to inform the addressee that a parcel is received at the office. The addressee has to come and collect the parcel from courier office. Please give us guidance on scope of service for courier agencies

I had ordered a personalized birthday gift for my friend from igp gifts. For contact details i had given my friends name and her address and for contact number my number was given as it was a surprise gift.the intial adress i had given became containment zone and hence i changed the delivery adress by informing about the same to igp customer care and they assured me the same.But today i recieved a call from a staff named chackochan from dtdc cherthala branch ( ph no[protected] and this was the name shown in true caller) from the very beginning he had rude attitude and asked me to collect the parcel from their office.he said that he was unaware of the address change that i had made.for giving the 2 nd address when i asked him to hold the call he shouted at me and asked to call him back. I called him back and gave the 2 nd adress. At that time also he shouted at me and said for delivering i had to pay extra amount. I had already paid for the gift and delivery and the company had assured me about the delivery to the 2 nd adress.still thus was his atittude towards me.please make sure that he will not repeat such behaviour to another customer .

I have booked DTDC service on 20th march 2020 but till date ordered is not delivered to the Receipient And same was also not updated to Online tracking. When I complaint under docket number 2121859 they created a duplicate tracking ID illustrating courier gets delivered. But the snip provided by DTDC is fake. And I have all the proof
1). I booked courier with Tracking Id- Z32649772 on 20/03/2020 but on DTDC website it's showing 02/07/2020...

I have courier my company laptop to on 18th Aug. Today it was received broken. Laptop screen broken.

I would like to draw your attention to an important issue that I have faced lately due to your services. I had sent a courier on 20th March 2020 from Mumbai to Gorakhpur through DTDC Courier Services. The courier contents were clothings and it was supposed to be delivered to my client. I would like to notify that the parcel has been misplaced by the courier company and it has not been delivered till date. The most important thing which I want to put forward is that the tracking status states an erroneous information of the delivery as “delivered” even though its not been delivered till date. I have been in continuous follow up for the delivery, but its unfortunate and I experience such an unprofessional behaviour from the executives who have actually failed to find the lost parcel and had been dealing with such pathetic excuses which is beyond explaining. I tried contacting Mr Dheeraj Mishra ([protected]) Gorakhpur office and Ms Jassi ([protected]) UP East for the package but they fail to find it in their record and have finally stopped responding to the calls and messages, thus I find myself in no position but to report this crisis to you and expect a satisfying solution to it.
As I have been in continuous business with DTDC from a very long time but this is the first time I am facing such a bad and unprofessional experience. I do understand the current scenario of the national pandemic and therefore I understood the delay in the delivery, but even after the unlock the delivery didn’t happen and now I fail to even locate my package. I have been continuously facing embarrassment for my regular clients and have been tagged as unprofessional which is unbearable for me and my reputation. I guess its same for the company too.
I would appreciate if you understand the severity of the situation and investigate about my package on a priority and locate it.

i had recived but one item is missing from the box i had talk with mumbai office they tell claim and from kerala office i had ask them to check cctv camera first they they have the camera after i tell i need to check the are now telling cctv camera is not working i need to raise complaint in police station

On 12th august 2020 i had one consignment with dtdc for moving goods from hyderabad to coimbatore. When i have approached dtdc they have agreed for a tax invoice will be given on making the payment. But after making the payment they have given only a copy of consignment note.
Also on top of consignment note it is specifically written that tax invoice will be provided upon request. I tried with customer...

This is a high priority email, on 17th of August 2020 my parents had sent me
courier to my address it normally takes 12 hours to my native from banglore .it's been 10 days it's been not receivied yet. And I have been tracking my parcel since it was on transit on 19th aug 2020 it reached Hebbal Branch in banglore and since from that date till my status is not updated till now it's in the same place. My place is just a few kilometres from Hebbal but till now no inciative is taken by the DTDC to deliver it. This is utterly insane service I had experienced in my whole life it's been 10 days to deliver a parcel wat the hell is this !!! Is this is the company worst company ever i recommend all of them to never choose DTDC ever because it's worse then ever, and when I tried to contact DTDC branch in Hebbal the staff is so irresponsible that he doesn't even respond to me properly though it's a mistake from thier side and I even I had sent numerous email to DTDC customer complaints portal but still no action has been taken from thier side, so I never gonna choose this company in my life again worst company ever .
I am not gonna sit simply I will take this action even further if I don't get a explanation from the company

My parcel was out for delivery today but now its showing address incomplete or wrong. I didnt get call on any of the numbers that i provided. It is an important parcel . Please look into this and make sure the parcel is not returned.

The consignment is out for delivery since 19th august and is not delivered till today[protected]. It was packed and submitted in the shop no. 56, neelam flyover market. Neelam chowk, nit. Faridabad, faridabad, haryana 121001 on 11th august 2020. I was provided with the phone number of the delivery boy but he has not picked even 1 call since then. Please look into the matter urgently as the packet contains headphones worth ₹3999.

DTDC never responds to calls. You call them 100 times a day, no they never respond. Pathetic service. Their customer support is rude, irresponsible. 8 out of 10 times they answer the call and drop it immediately without even saying a word. They are just trying to not respond to customers. Their parcels never delivery on time. Worst service in India. But they advertise in bold about their service. All authorities of DTDC are nothing but irresponsible. I dare you to open your phone lines to your daily customer complaints you will be loaded with complaints and abuses.

What kind of service is this? Shame on you.

This is regarding docket number Z46311609. It is never delivered, however the company marks it as delivered. After trying to raise complaint, These buggers never co operate, refuse to even acknowledge complaints. Probably there agents are running a racquet

My order c03328500, has initiated on 20th aug and status showing received at facility of destination branch. 22nd aug it is showing in transit.

But not yet delivered till now. There is no lockdown in my area.

They are not reachable in the ph number available in the site.

My parcel didn’t arrived with number d60763399 and it’s showing in transit since 7 days

I have paid for sending a parcel on
19 / 08 /2020. I paid Rs. 800 for the speed post since it was supposed to reach the destination by 21 /08 /2020. The parcel was sent by the Hyderabad branch on 20th night to the Kakinada sub branch. However, it has been in the Kakinada branch since that day until 25 /08/2020. It exceeded the limit of the normal post too. I had to go through a lot of struggle to send someone I know to Kakinada branch to take it from there and deliver it safely to Yanaam. It is then when the parcel left the Kakinada branch. I need a refund on my money. This was highly disappointing and not accepted. I had to run behind different managers to get the work done. They were not even accountable or arrange an alternative when there was no movement in the Kakinada and Yanaam Dtdc branch. I need you to take some action against things like these.
