Vazhakhula but from last 4 days the 21 august to 24 august shipment is not forwarding to another destination and my parcel is very much urgent i request you please try to forward that parcel today itself

      My address is correct with correct contact number still dtdc is not delivering my package.
      It' been 15 days since the package has arrived at my nearest hub (Varanasi).
      Such an utter unprofessionalism from dtdc team.
      Moreover whenever the shipment is out for delivery i didn't get any contact information about the delivery person which other courier services provide through sms or email.

        Hi,
        My luggage has been transferred from chennai to rajahmundry (Pincode: 533101, andhra pradesh) on 10-aug-2020. From 12-aug the location is showing at vijayawada. Till now i have not received my luggage. I can't reach to any dtdc support persons. Please send my luggage as soon as possible and update it soon. I have been worried about my luggage.

          It looks like one whole baggage was missing. The baggage with 2 dairy milk chocolate and wishing card and money (2000) was missing when we received the parcel.

            I have couriered one consignment on 15th july'2020 to raigarh, cg bearing consignment no: k25149893, this courier contains original lic policy and other documents filing for maturity claim at raigarh br.
            This has been struck-up at kolkata on 18.7.2020 during its transit.
            Since then no physical movement has been taken place and as well as updated in system.
            I have lodged several complaints in the dtdc website requesting the date of delivery at raigarh. Not a single response has received so on so forth from dtdc. We understand the pandemic time all deliveries will be delayed, but what about responses from dtdc.
            Even i have formally contacted the local dtdc guy for return back to original address on the first week of aug'2020 through our office desk. Nothing has moved yet and no reply is received.

            However lic original document in the courier should reach before 31st july'20 for filing where its maturity date is on 28th july'2020.

            Hence i would request following requests through this consumer complaint forum.
            1. Proper response from dtdc on the subject matter stated above.
            2. Complaint with status is should be incorporated in the dtdc website (Which is not there in any website of dtdc). So that others will not face any trouble in future cases.

            Your kind help in this is highly solicited.

            what DTDC courier &Cargo customer support is doing since these days ?
            courier is not yet dispatched and in the system it is showing delivered. If it is undelivered how come it is showing delivered. kindly check once again.
            my guy has verified personally twice at Raigarh, CG-496001 DTDC. they are not behaving well with him. They are admitting we will handover the same to your address. Our person then asked it is showing delivered in the system. Then DTDC guy said ask our company, it is not my look-out.
            We have been using DTDC since long, this is first time facing lot of time to deliver.

            please resolve this issue.

            At last delivered on 12th Se'2020. This is something unusual and no response from DTDC since 15th July'2020.
            I have some doubts on delivered updates in the system. It was showing in the system against K25149893 courier receipt number that it was delivered in last week of Aug'2020. which wasn't happened. this courier was actually delivered on 12th Sep'2020. Needs to be introspect from DTDC end, which is very important for all theirs controlling on the local franchises.
            I hope Raigarh, CG DTDC is not taking any responsibility and not giving correct feedback as per my concern.

              I never got a call or even a message to go pick it up! Its bad enough that they don't provide home delivery service to vast areas in my place which are in reasonable distance from the office and now that they cannot even call!! What service is this??!! Return my package

                Hi,

                This email is to register a complaint against dtdc india, especially neo services dtdc franchise nagpur, dtdc express ltd satragachi, and dtdc kalyanpur asansol. the addresses and contact details of these above-mentioned franchises are mentioned at the end of the mail.
                I hired the services of neo services dtdc, nagpur to deliver a courier containing my office desktop asset (Owned by tata consultancy services), containing a monitor, a cpu, a keyboard, and some connecting cables. The courier was sent under the consignment number - d93573862 with a delivery charge of ₹1700/- sent on 14th august 2020, from nagpur and i received it at asansol on 22nd august 2020.

                I want to mention that in spite of me requesting the owner of neo services, no "fragile goods" sticker was attached to my parcel and i was verbally promised that no harm would befall on my goods. I have proof that no such sticker was pasted after packing the parcel nor i saw any such sticker upon retrieval. I was shocked to find out that my lcd monitor was damaged (The liquid crystal inside was damaged) at a particular point, whose strike point can clearly be seen upon the exterior package/box. Please check the below-attached images of damage of office owned property and the proof of no fragile stickers on the package at neo services as well as upon receipt.

                Please take note that since this my employer's asset, i demand full compensation of the damaged product, details of which would be disclosed later in the mail chain. My work has been halted due to the liquid damage of my lcd monitor. I was falsely promised of careful handling but had the worst experience in spite of paying so much money. I demand full compensation otherwise i shall be forced to escalate this complaint and enforce legal actions from a higher authority.

                  Package was shipped on 25th july 2020

                  Stuck at taratala branch since 31st july 2020. Fake delivery attempt is now being shown on 23 august 2020 after i have wasted countless hours calling customer care and submitting complaints.

                  After numerous complaints false delivery attempts are being shown. Took 24 days to be out for delivery, i am near the front door but nobody has come. Nobody called. A false tracking update was given 20 minutes back "not delivered (Receiver not available - (Cir)"
                  I have been promised delivery for the last 10 days and have spent hours on calls with customer care and making online complaints. Branch manager is taking part in this fraud and taratala branch has probably lost my package. I am being caused lot of stress and mental trauma and will take legal action if not delivered within 48 hours. I need the books for my upsc exam. It is almost a month already. I am being given false promises every day. And now false delivery attempts.

                    I was send a parcel from pune to muzzafarnagar in parcel there was a cpu (Central processing unit) but after open the parcel the parcel was totally damaged how they do that there is no responsible against customer things
                    My cpu is new brand purchase form local dealer with value of 15000

                      I booked dtdc services from chennai to hyderabad and my consignment had a suitcase and a carton box and both were broken and damaged. I lost few of the items in carton box which were costly. I was charged for the delivery more than the weight of the package as they told the weight more than the actual weight.

                        It's been already 5 days consignment not yet reached, called customer care thrice they simply hung up the call ever after connecting after an hour, the worst customer service i must say. Raised a email complaint as well no response till now. If express means more than 5 days then why charge 240 rs for small envelope. Promising will be delivered by 2 days.

                          I have sent a parcel to kottayam, kerala on 8th august. It’s not showing any tracking details and hasn’t delivered yet. I have messaged dtdc both in facebook and twitter. Fb team said they will get back to me and haven’t. I have another parcel with the same issue. When we go for tracking option, it’s dtdc’s responsibility to scan it and make dure data is showing. Right now its close to a month now and no sign of delivery.
                          I would like to get a refund

                              In tracking it shows the product has been dispatched on Air India (AI 852) but there is no such plane in function.

                                  On 14th aug i sent the courier through dtdc. But the courier is not yet show on dtdc portal. After 6 day i called in dtdc then tell me we have not sent the courier. I asked why? He said 700 rupis more will have to be given.
                                  Then i asked did you speak 90 rupis per kg. Okay then i have given 90 rupis per kg. After 6 day he told me 700 rupis more to be given then i will send your courier. Please help me.

                                      Dear sir/madam,

                                      On 12th august 2020 i had one consignment with dtdc for moving goods from hyderabad to coimbatore. When i have approached dtdc they have agreed for a tax invoice will be given on making the payment. But after making the payment they have given only a copy of consignment note.
                                      Also on top of consignment note it is specifically written that tax invoice will be provided upon request. I tried with customer care & they are telling it will be given by the booking branch whereas booking branch is telling we will provide only consignment note.

                                      As per my understanding every person who makes a taxable supply & collects gst from the customer is required to issue a tax invoice. Since the amount collcted from me is inclusive of gst which is specifically mentioned in the consignment note it is mandatory to serve with a tax invoice.
                                      Hence request to provide a tax invoice at the earliest possible or i will have to take up with the concerned authorities for the same.
