The tracking details have not been updated since 18th Aug and there is no valid response from the customer care executive.

In tracking it shows the product has been dispatched on Air India (AI 852) but there is no such plane in function.

Iam ordered one item but iam calllig but this guy not answered my call full time bc

On 14th aug i sent the courier through dtdc. But the courier is not yet show on dtdc portal. After 6 day i called in dtdc then tell me we have not sent the courier. I asked why? He said 700 rupis more will have to be given.
Then i asked did you speak 90 rupis per kg. Okay then i have given 90 rupis per kg. After 6 day he told me 700 rupis more to be given then i will send your courier. Please help me.

Dear sir/madam,

On 12th august 2020 i had one consignment with dtdc for moving goods from hyderabad to coimbatore. When i have approached dtdc they have agreed for a tax invoice will be given on making the payment. But after making the payment they have given only a copy of consignment note.
Also on top of consignment note it is specifically written that tax invoice will be provided upon request. I tried with customer care & they are telling it will be given by the booking branch whereas booking branch is telling we will provide only consignment note.

As per my understanding every person who makes a taxable supply & collects gst from the customer is required to issue a tax invoice. Since the amount collcted from me is inclusive of gst which is specifically mentioned in the consignment note it is mandatory to serve with a tax invoice.
Hence request to provide a tax invoice at the earliest possible or i will have to take up with the concerned authorities for the same.

24 pgs kolkata 700126 wb, on date 28/07/2020 via air booking and the cost taken 700rs, the material is not reached to customer nor they call to customer and we have lodged compliant and emails also on dtdc web support and online complaint by us and customer also, but people are not responding, on mail nor on phone, now on tracking it shows material undelivered, we need the material to be delivered or our money back with our material
It has been already 25 days passed in this matter

B95128066 they are telling they are not delivering to puthalapattu, chittoor district andhrapradesh. but other courier is delivering to same address. funny thing is we have Indian post office also at our hometown .if they cant deliver to this address then why the ### they accepting it from sender .they should say we don't have that big network . this is ridicule's

I am Srihari Sidda from Hyderabad and sent a package to my employer (Mumbai) with important documents on Aug 11th, 2020 with AWB / consignment number H18461876. When I track my package it is showing as Undelivered, I can see the same status from the past 7 days. Package contains very important documents that need to be delivered to my employer. Not sure why this is undelivered, if you are not able to deliver..please return the package to me as early as possible. Please consider my request on high priority and resolve the issue.

I need to receive a parcel from balanagar branch, hyderabad with AWB / consignment number H19872554.
When i track my order it is showing it was delivered on 18th aug 2020 with receiver details as Ssss . Today is 20 th aug 2020, but i didnt get any parcel . It should be delivered to Pincode :523183, Naguluppalapadu village.
I am not understanding what happened with my parcel, neither I didnt get any call or message from dtdc about that order .
Kindly solve my issue . I need that parcel.

This is in reference with a courier that was delivered from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam. My Friend Dheeraj booked the courier at Gachibowli, Hyderabad branch on 17 August 2020. They said their will do it on 18th August 2020. I received the laptop on 20th August 2020. The laptop was delivered in a damaged condition. I couldn't open the laptop due to the breakage.

I have sent a parcel through DTDC as a part of rakshabandhan to my family members at indore. Till now the parcel wasn't received. It's very pathetic to see that they promised to deliver within 7-8 days. But till now it was not yet delivered. The Indore APEX people are saying that the parcel is not yet received by them. I can understand the covid situation but the parcel which I sent through Indian post to same address has already reached long back ago.

I kindly request you to look into this matter otherwise I might take legal action in consumer complaints forum..

I am a reseller. I sent a courier with 4 products in the courier to maharashtra. Consignment number-c10003391. I can't track the address as it is showing invalid consignment number. I am being pushed to mental pressure due to this issue. My online customers are not trusting me because of this delay. It has been a lot more days. The courier customer care is not picking up the call and no response for my query. I cannot mail also. Please respond quickly as it involves so much trouble and disrupting my entire schedule.

I have send a fruit courier from kodaikanal under consignment number c01348635 and d56862358... Both the package came brokened... With a packet damage... This is just because of your employees... No one even responding through phone.. My loss is 1600 for this and u have said if there is any loss you will refund the money

My package with consignment no v59543634 has been booked on 14th august 2020 from vadodara to deliver it to pune with proper address and phone number. Now my shipment status is showing that "not delivered (Receiver not available (Cir)". Earlier it was told that it will be delivered within 3

My consignment number: D59703824 is shown as delivered by message to my mobile number but I didn't receive any package. I didn't even got a call from dtdc. This is very serious thing
