I have not yet received my courier of tracking number I55897490 and reference number BC[protected] whic was out for devilery at 10:00 am today.Delivery Agent haven't even called me yet.I don't have contact number of delivery agent.When will it be delivered?Can i have the contact number of delivery agent?

    Why is my order still processed and forwarded to Taratala Master Franchisee hub. I see no further update/movement of my package beyond that...and I dont want to be delayed in recieving my documents. My career is at stake please help. The consignment number is I55897490

        The Tracking shows that the FDM is prepared on 27th February. Now it's March 1st. Please look into this complaint. The Tracking ID is Z13309160

          My dtdc consignment no - D58281540 from last 2 day every morning they put an update that parcel is out for delivery, and at night approx 8 pm they put update could not attempt (Dir). Plz help me. It is urgent to deliver that parcel on the given address as soon as possible... As i don't get any customer service number for call and to ask about my parcel.

                I have booked a consignment from Vashali (UP) to Ponda Goa on 14 feb 2023 consignment number D19317151. On 16 feb it was processed from Vaishali to delhi and from Delhi Samalkha it was processed to panjim goa . On 20th it reached Verna ( Goa and tracking shows that it was misrouted to verna. Than I reached out to costumer care service of DTDC. They told me that my shipment is in panjim as per there system & will be delivered by 21st feb. In evening of 21st feb I found that my courrier is sent back to delhi samalkha apex. it's been 9 days and I have no I Idea when my courrier will be delivered. Pathetic service by DTDC & no proper response from consumer care.

                  My DTDC tracking number is D57954989. It is showing (ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR)). Also, DTDC people have not attempted to call the receiver even a single time! All other couriers get delivered to this address easily. Please resolve my issue at the earliest

                    My Shipment Was Damaged: The Parcel Received The Damaged The Outer Box And Inside Contents, Are Damaged. Franchisee Didn't Provide Insurance Though We Asked For It. Is This How Your Ground Staff Handles The Packages? Did I Pay To Damage My Aeroplane Parts And Give it to me in Damaged Condition? I Want Compensation Of RS.20, 000 Which Is The Aeroplane Parts Costs. For Proof, The Same Can Be Cross-Checked With The CCTV Footage That DTDC Has. I Am Attaching All The Files That I Have With Me. Disappointed With DTDC.

                      I have made an Currior on 31st december hence it is still not delivered by dtdc currior i am continous taking follow up also it has showing delivered status on their site but the currior did not have delivered hence we need the currior back asap its urgent because the currior has some government confidential documents They are Saying they have hand over the documents to receiver but the ppd pdf is showing it has been given to other person/company please look into the matter i am attaching all the currior related documents.

                        My shipment is not yet delivered but still it's showing as delivered on the portal. Tracking number - D19869029 This is such a pathetic and highly unprofessional behaviour of the company. How can you even misguide your customer. I'm really worried about my shipment. It's really important for me. Where is my order, deliver it to me asap or else I have to report a complaint against the company in consumer court for misguiding and stealing my package.

                          I have booke a DTDC courier( TV) from Rajasthan to behrampur (Odisha)but the television was found broken when arrived due to mishandling. It costs around 40- 45k .
                          Now my concern is who will compensate for my losses.Could you please respond ? Its really a big loss for middle class person.
                          Even I raised my voice in FB and Twitter, filed a complaint and lastly talked with customer care 2 3 times but no proper response.
                          I'm really upset for this heavy loss.

                            My name is Shubham jain and i want to submit a complaint regarding my courier which i have not recieved but when i tracked it on dtdc site it shows that courier has been delivered and recieved by security guard but there is no security guard at my home.I think something wrong has been done from your side.That is very poor service.please help me and give my courier to me. my tracking id is A93790383

                              The parcel is marked as delivered but I neither received a call from the delivery person nor received the parcel. I should at least have received a call from the delivery person before making a delivery. The product seems to be received by someone else whom we don't know.                               The Parcel was located at our neighbourhood, the delivery person who has previously delivered the item has helped us to find the parcel we have recieved the parcel. Thanks to the delivery boy and the entire dtdc durganagar team the issue has been resolved very quickly.

                                We are from Kota, Rajasthan

                                This is a very serious complaint against our local DTDC Office as they are highly negligent towards our shipment. The case is that we have sent some product sample to our customer on 25.01.2023 vide DTDC AWB # W12057301. But when our customer said the same has not yet been delivered to them, we tracked the shipment and found it had been misrouted from Delhi and returned to Kota on 30.01.2023. And DTDC is not bothering to return the same to us, they neither informed us about this and kept our precious shipment in their office itself since last 15 days. This is very very poor and unexpected service from DTDC.

                                Please take strict action against them immediately.
