My courier is shown as delivered but has not been recieved at the warehouse i sent to. Also dtdc is not giving me proof of delivery and customer care is dropping my calls.

Today i have received my booked parcel but my amount not refunded yet. This is not my fault.
I have booked it from MyDTDC App. At the time of booking they not told me that the area pincode is not servicable. at the time of delivery they told me its not in delivery zone. i have paid amount from the app. If DTDC not refunding my amount then it is a fraud.

They have marked my Parcel to RTO (return to origin) from themself now they are not refunding the amount. Which is totally unacceptable

I have booked few documents via DTDC on 23rd Jan.
However there has been no update since 25th Jan.

Customer care is clueless about the shipment whereabout.

I request it to be delivered at the earliest or return back to source

I have sent an courier through DTDC whose consignment number is K59766254 and it contains drone on 10/01/2023 and delivered the product on 27/01/2023 which takes 17 days to delivered in place of 3 to 4 days maximum delivery time. I have visited almost 10 times for tracking related information and from 12/01/2023 there is no history upto 25/01/2023 and when the receiver received my parcel it turns out damaged. So who is responsible for that the parcel cost is Rs 135000 and repairing cost is 35500. So kindly do the needful and paid me the repairing amount i don't want new drone but please give me back my repairing amount at any cost..

My parcel tracking id D48367515 from delhi to krishnagiri. Almost one month over, still not received my parcel and in tracking it shows parcel delivered. If I contact courier office they are saying no parcel received in their krishnagiri hub. Tried to complaint this issue many times. No response.

Hi, I have sent a parcel (Laptop) from Pincode 201301 to 813101 via DTDC. At that time, i have not get any details about the Destination Service area. I have sent my parcel on 10-jan-2023 Via Air Cargo which takes around 2-3 Days.But its 31st-Jan-2023, Still i my parcel not reached at its destination and delivery guy telling me its non-serviceable area and telling me in bad way (mai nahi jaunga waha return jayega ye return) (which was not intimated to me at the time of when i booked my parcel). It was an urgent and expensive thing. Also, i explained it to customer care also, i have all recording and they told me you will get your parcel at your destination. and one of the customer care misbehaving me and giving me clear signs of threatening. i dont know how the guys are working there and even they are not listening to me properly. (Anand Yadav is the guy who misbehave with me) Now i am feeling harassed by DTDC and their employee.

I had requested to pick up my item after booking a courier through My DTDC application. The item was not picked for 2 days and I complained no person turned up. So I had to cancel the courier service opted. The next day after cancelation, a pick up agent picked my item that was in cancelled status. There is no update about the item so far. Its been a month now and I haven't received an update.

I was supposed to get my consignment on 20th dec 2022 .but its already 50days gone they haven't deliver it.i have complained many times but they are just issuing ticket numbers M24523251 with ticket no - 5455518, M24523251 with ticket no - 5291747, M24523251 with ticket no - 4973801
I have called many times but there is no response from them
I am totally harshed and felling low
they are worst in their service

I had received a message on 29th jan 2023 that my shipment D19609804 was out for delivery. But I didn't receive anything after waiting for whole day. When I checked the tracking website, to i surprise, thay had marked it as Delivered. I had tried to contact customer support but they disconnected the call multiple times after making me wait for 10-15 mins each time. I have raised an online complaint as well for the case.

Kindly resolve this issue urgently and deliver my Shipment ASAP.

My Docket Number(Consignment Number: H[protected] Booking done through DTDC Express Limited on 20th January from Hyderabad Pincode : 500076 to Delivery pincode Hyderabad: 502032.

For same city destination also the parcel was not delivered. it is been 8 days since the parcel was booked. When i contacted the Booking Address they are saying that the parcel will get delivered at the earliest. while i was trying to contact DTDC Customer Care Number:[protected] . They are keeping in waiting for 12-13 mins then simply the call gets disconnected. Really pathetic Experiance never expected such kind of services from a brand like DTDC. It was very urgent parcel.
Request you to kindly look into it and help me in getting deivered to the address or arrange it return back to me

I ordered jeans from an online store and it was supposed to be delivered via DTDC courier service on 19th December 2022. My tracking ID was D54348016. I did not reciever any call from delivery agent and there was no courier received at reception of my address but the dtdc tracking site shows that it has Ben delivered. I have called the customer service multiple times and they have refused to solve this.

I have sent a courier to chennai with consignment number D27872092.
After 6 days it went to delivery and it updated with 'Not Delivered(RECEIVER REQUESTED DELIVERY ON ANOTHER DATE-(CIR))'.
It's very important office desktop don't know what to do and whom to contact I am literally tied. They are very important. What kind of irresponsible service.

My dtdc consignment no - z12676100 from last 2 day every morning they put an update that parcel is out for delivery, and at night approx 8 pm they put update could not attempt (Dir). Plz help me. It is urgent to deliver that parcel on the given address as soon as possible... As i don't get any customer service number for call and to ask about my parcel.

Booked express courier on Monday but yet to receive the courier after 4 days. No one is answering the call from customer service tracking no. V66804461

Please let me know the status of my shipment, with the tracking number U21279486. (The shipment receipt is included.)
I will not use and won't suggest this service to anyone because it is quite unfortunate that you cannot deliver the package on time.
If my package does not arrive to me by the end of today as promised, I will file a complaint on consumer forums and other social media sites. The courier person initially assured me that my package would be delivered to the specified address, but they are now claiming that they will not do so. If you can, deliver it to me today. If not, I will have to take serious legal action.

My consignment number is D54005241 . I was waiting for my parcel as it is showing fdm prepared status since two days then I raised a query then it was showing out for delivery and I waited for all the day and then it was showing at night that Receiver was not available(cir) and delivery didn't even try to contact me . Solve this issue as soon as possible.

A product which subscription code is S11898 and tracking ID Z93774821 that was not received at the provided location. But at the DTDC Tracking portal it shows that it was delivered. Kindly do the needful and arrange to deliver the product at the mention location.

All time we were at the address but courier tracking details showing "Not Delivered(RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE-(CIR))". This is hilarious. Charging too much but courier not delivered even after 9 days from Delhi to Indore.
