I had received a message on 29th jan 2023 that my shipment D19609804 was out for delivery. But I didn't receive anything after waiting for whole day. When I checked the tracking website, to i surprise, thay had marked it as Delivered. I had tried to contact customer support but they disconnected the call multiple times after making me wait for 10-15 mins each time. I have raised an online complaint as well for the case.br...

My Docket Number(Consignment Number: H[protected] Booking done through DTDC Express Limited on 20th January from Hyderabad Pincode : 500076 to Delivery pincode Hyderabad: 502032.

For same city destination also the parcel was not delivered. it is been 8 days since the parcel was booked. When i contacted the Booking Address they are saying that the parcel will get delivered at the earliest. while i was trying...

I ordered jeans from an online store and it was supposed to be delivered via DTDC courier service on 19th December 2022. My tracking ID was D54348016. I did not reciever any call from delivery agent and there was no courier received at reception of my address but the dtdc tracking site shows that it has Ben delivered. I have called the customer service multiple times and they have refused to solve this....

I have sent a courier to chennai with consignment number D27872092.
After 6 days it went to delivery and it updated with 'Not Delivered(RECEIVER REQUESTED DELIVERY ON ANOTHER DATE-(CIR))'.
It's very important office desktop don't know what to do and whom to contact I am literally tied. They are very important. What kind of irresponsible service....

My dtdc consignment no - z12676100 from last 2 day every morning they put an update that parcel is out for delivery, and at night approx 8 pm they put update could not attempt (Dir). Plz help me. It is urgent to deliver that parcel on the given address as soon as possible... As i don't get any customer service number for call and to ask about my parcel....

Booked express courier on Monday but yet to receive the courier after 4 days. No one is answering the call from customer service tracking no. V66804461...

I will not use and won't suggest this service to anyone because it is quite unfortunate that you cannot deliver the package on time.
If my package does not arrive to me by the end of today as promised, I will file a complaint on consumer forums and other social media sites. The courier person...

My consignment number is D54005241 . I was waiting for my parcel as it is showing fdm prepared status since two days then I raised a query then it was showing out for delivery and I waited for all the day and then it was showing at night that Receiver was not available(cir) and delivery didn't even try to contact me . Solve this issue as soon as possible....

A product which subscription code is S11898 and tracking ID Z93774821 that was not received at the provided location. But at the DTDC Tracking portal it shows that it was delivered. Kindly do the needful and arrange to deliver the product at the mention location....

All time we were at the address but courier tracking details showing "Not Delivered(RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE-(CIR))". This is hilarious. Charging too much but courier not delivered even after 9 days from Delhi to Indore....

I ordered something from a vendor on 20th dec2022, he dispatched the parcel on 21st by dtdc courier, with awb - p82343643.. On 30th december, i checked the status of my order.
It was shown in bhilai (My city) from 24th dec but, the courier partner was not delivering. After tons of mail and complain in dtdc customer care, they made me sure that the package will be delivered in 2-3 days.
And after that just changed the status...

Mishandling parcel, stock missing, cheated and robbed. Recieved parcel in bad condition. Parcel Number -D18874579. No call recieved till we went to search. 4000 Rs loss....

I used dtdc courier service to send food items and other misc items from jammu to delhi... Consignment no D19757824.. It's showing incomplete address and wrong CIR... Though the address is complete.. Please sort it please......

My friend had sent a package to me on 31.12.2022 from Mumbai by DTDC courier and same was received here at Bhilai office at 04.01.2023 but is not delivered to me on my address till date on 12.01.2023. Have visited the Courier office but they are not handing over the package stating that they do not remember where they have kept the package. Have raised more than 7 mails from where daily I get a mail stating the package will be delivered kindly...

Tracking ID - D[protected]. This package was received at your centre on 06 Jan2023. Today I went to the office at Moulaali, Hyderabad to collect the same. The lay manning mobile number -[protected] assured me that the package will be delivered by 2 PM. At 5:30PM I tried to contact her but she does not pick up the call, sent a sms. Dtdc courier not delivered where courier boy not called me or getting signature from me. I lost 1000 rupees worth item due to their silly mistake. Please help this issue. My sister waw trying to surprising me for my birthday gift but dissappointed so much....
