For D56833961 cosignment number, the address is showing as RECEIVER SHIFTED FROM GIVEN ADDRESS-(CIR) .Where as Pin code and Address is not change as per details provided.

Its already been 10 days still it not delivered why its getting delayed and why its showing as invalid address

My package is not getting delivered, the tracking details says that my area is restricted which is incorrect. if the package is not delivered today, it is not going to be of any use.

I have not received my courier from DTDC H36181591 and courier guy mentioned succesfully delivered in Nagole Parcel Brach and i have visited their nagole parcel branch they have searched everything and said that they dont have parcel in branch give us 1 day time will check and get back to you. Next day i have called them and they said courier guy didnt return the courier to them and that guy is admitted hospital now give us 2 days time we will check and back to you. i called them again after 2 days and they are not responding.
I have my original education documents in it it is been 10 days i didnt get my parcel

I have courier my previous office laptop in the DTDC courier on 10-April-2023 in Hyderabad KPHB. Destination is the Chennai. They said it will be delivered in 3 days. But till now (11 days) shipment is not updated and when enquired in the booking office they do not know where exactly courier it is and do not know whether it will be delivered or not. It is costliest device and DTDC has not taking any responsibility to trace it or they do not know where the courier is located. I am worried about no update in the shipment and no proper information from the booking. I do not know where to contact so i am raising it here.

It was supposed to be a fast track delivery. They charged us for that. They told it will take 2 days. But it is not delivered yet.

My parents have sent a courier from Kolkata to Hinjewadi phase 1, Pune via DTDC. Upon reaching the courier office called me and asked to collect the parcel from their office instead of delivering the parcel to my door step. To collect the parcel from office I have to travel more than 2.5 kms. This is not the first time as previously the delivery person asked to come to another location to get the parcel for which I had to walk more than a kilometer. This is very frustrating and unprofessional service from DTDC.

Tracking No: D59495890. This package was due to be delivered today but it shows as Not Delivered(OFFICE CLOSED OR DOOR LOCK-(CIR)). I did not receive a single phone call notifying me of this and no information online about when the package will get redelivered. Unable to reach customer service as well. Please rectify and deliver the package asap, it's very expensive and important.

I am Abhisek from Pk Electromech Pvt Ltd. I was booked 2 parcel of light from SAR Engineering from Delhi on 11th and 12th of April but till now my product is reaching to me. But when I checked in DTDC courier tracking it was showing that door or office locked but a single call or message shared to me from DTDC.

Hi. This is Sandhya from Anantapur. I suppose to receive a parcel from Kurnool. The shipment I'd is H71831616. Till now I didn't receive. Yesterday delivery boy called me and speaking irregular and telling the address is not correct, I cont delivery the parcel and I am sending it back. Actually the delivery boy delivered wrong address two days back. They returned the parcel next day. After that the delivery boy called me and telling I cont delivery.

I have booked a courier with green service.7 Days are gone, since it is showing at a same place. It contains some important documents which are required next week. I have raised the ticket, multiple times, hence they are closing the tickets of their own, Their unprofessional behaviour is unacceptable. I ordered a kurta from LucknowIChikan and they sent the package through DTDC. I tracked for the package today and saw that it was delivered on 8th
April itself to someone. Someone else signed the package wrongfully. it is not my signature. Please kindly help me.

The parcel was booked on 31st March in the name of Goldi Chowdhury which has not yet delivered at the correct address. But it is showing "delivered" in the portal of DTDC which is an utter lie n false statement as well.

Booked package on 4th April from Behrampore (W.B) to Hyderabad with premium service to deliver EDD-6th April by paying high charges as it was urgent and priority.

Still no update of the package, called multiple times to customer care representative, higher authority, followup mails, raised a query but no proper update and resolution, it seems there is no further status of the package and when it will be delivered and misleading information, request to please action on this on priority.

And on tracking the number your website is saying destination is Kota, I don't know what's issue with parcel.

Now on tracking they are saying area is not serviceable, they haven't called me it's good items please deliver it to me .this is not way how you treat your coustomer very bad.if you have said area is not serviceable when on booking parcel iwould have not booked you.i have payed triple amount of money compared to other delivery agencies, still u are not delivering my parcel .it's bad and against consumer court rules I will expose this in social media and will see you in consumer court .since it's violation of consumer rules

My AWB no is D52411888, it left from bhopal on 25th march and received at bangalore on 30th march. Since then its been tossed from one branch to another branch within bangalore. It has been moved from one branch to another branch over 10 times and they havent made an attempt to deliver. Now they are searching where the parcel is, this is completely unprofessional

My parcel with tracking number R73794358 has not been delivered to my address, but the tracking online at the DTDC website says it has been delivered on 3.4.23 at 20:51. It has been an absolute waste of time trying to contact customer service or the local branch office in Mattanchery, as they do not pick up the phone. The complaints portal at DTDC said they would contact the local office and get back to me but never did.
Unbelievably appalling service overall at DTDC.

I will escalate this further if not resolved at this site.

My DTDC tracking number is D28797450. It is showing (ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR)). Also, DTDC people have not attempted to call me even a single time! All other couriers get delivered to this address easily. Please resolve my issue at the earliest.

hence the package is more important for me.
this is to inform that seller has packed on 27 march 2023..dont even call me and simply writing customer unavailable.this is trully unfair towards me.as i enquired with seller they shared that the courier partner named dtdc is delaying my courier
with trackng id D59261898 has witheld from ernakulam north main office due to negligence..
so you greviences that kindly take an immediate action to solve my issue.
