My shipment is not yet delivered but still it's showing as delivered on the portal. Tracking number - D19869029 This is such a pathetic and highly unprofessional behaviour of the company. How can you even misguide your customer. I'm really worried about my shipment. It's really important for me. Where is my order, deliver it to me asap or else I have to report a complaint against the company in consumer court for misguiding and stealing my package.

    I have booke a DTDC courier( TV) from Rajasthan to behrampur (Odisha)but the television was found broken when arrived due to mishandling. It costs around 40- 45k .
    Now my concern is who will compensate for my losses.Could you please respond ? Its really a big loss for middle class person.
    Even I raised my voice in FB and Twitter, filed a complaint and lastly talked with customer care 2 3 times but no proper response.
    I'm really upset for this heavy loss.

      My name is Shubham jain and i want to submit a complaint regarding my courier which i have not recieved but when i tracked it on dtdc site it shows that courier has been delivered and recieved by security guard but there is no security guard at my home.I think something wrong has been done from your side.That is very poor service.please help me and give my courier to me. my tracking id is A93790383

        The parcel is marked as delivered but I neither received a call from the delivery person nor received the parcel. I should at least have received a call from the delivery person before making a delivery. The product seems to be received by someone else whom we don't know. The details can be seen in the DTDC tracking using the tracking ID - U21953516. Delivery Worker name is Surajit Mukherjee

        Complaint marked as Resolved 
        The Parcel was located at our neighbourhood, the delivery person who has previously delivered the item has helped us to find the parcel we have recieved the parcel. Thanks to the delivery boy and the entire dtdc durganagar team the issue has been resolved very quickly.

          We are from Kota, Rajasthan

          This is a very serious complaint against our local DTDC Office as they are highly negligent towards our shipment. The case is that we have sent some product sample to our customer on 25.01.2023 vide DTDC AWB # W12057301. But when our customer said the same has not yet been delivered to them, we tracked the shipment and found it had been misrouted from Delhi and returned to Kota on 30.01.2023. And DTDC is not bothering to return the same to us, they neither informed us about this and kept our precious shipment in their office itself since last 15 days. This is very very poor and unexpected service from DTDC.

          Please take strict action against them immediately.

            We are from Kota, Rajasthan

                    Consignment number- U21704935 has delivered on 4th feb and yet not delivered. It was redirect on 7th of feb. And the costumer service just saying keep on waiting.                           Since yesterday and trying to reach customer care and branch, no one has any info on the X40187782 package, sent couple of emails to DTDC, reach out couple of delivery boys no one has clue, but portal says that OUT FOR DELIERY, even Customer Care never answers customer even after waiting for 30 mins. i need my courier ASAP.

                            I had done a courier to irving, USA on 20th Jan, 2023. Till date the courier hasn't been delivered to the other party. We have launched multiple complaints against the company [ dtdc] in the website. We didn't get any proper response from their end. I tried contacting the FedEx department who informed us that the parcel is missing and raise a lost ticket complaint. Till date the courier service [dtdc] didn't raise any ticket. We tried multiple ways to reach out to them. But no one is updating us. We need the loss of the pay for product undelivered. Please find the tracking id:[protected]. Consignment number:N22148399
