Hi Team,
My package is not delivered, but DTDC system is showing as delivered to some random guy.
Tried calling DTDC customer care and sent numerous emails.
No proper response.

Please do the needful.

There is no proper response....

Tracking no: K58693808. The parcel is not getting delivered even when the delivery location is withing 1 km of DTDC branch. Horrible Customer care support, didn't even receive the complaint mail id even after the customer representative said they would mail me the complaint. Today it says out for delivery at 5:00 am in the morning. Which company in the world starts delivering at 5 in the morning. I know they will again update it later saying...

My AWB number B14502432 is shown delivered and apparently receiver has not received.Its not only unacceptable but fraud.Kindly resolve else serious actions will be takenz.I have started by posting issue on Twitter.Next I shal post on every single social media....

I was supposed to receive a parcel DTDC "D26807261" from my office.

on 6th Dec, status was showing out for delivery.

However Around 7:30 PM status was "Not Delivered(RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE-(CIR))" wherein was home all day and my mobile was all day active.

Please update....

I had scheduled a pickup for Dec 05, 2022 through DTDC app. I paid the entire amount Rs. 1276 via the app. Tracking id- D48136215. The pick-up was never done. I had a follow up with their customer care team thrice in one day on Dec 6, 2022. Despite their reassurances of priority pick-up, there was no response from the ground team. The courier was urgent and after 2 days, it's still not picked up. So much for their claims of express service....

On 29th November from Kangra I had submitted a parcel for ahmedabad location, which I haven’t received till yet. I had tracked my parcel which is reached in ahmedabad but not to my location till now. I have tried to contact DTDC ashram road ahmedabad branch person whose number is[protected] several times but no response. I’m totally unsatisfied with DTDC services. Your company is totally responsible for costumer fraud activities happening...

The address is showing as incorrect or wrong CIR. Where as Pin code and Address is correct as per details provided.

I sent a courier to Punjab through DTDC. It’s tracking number is Z10570305. It was an urgent courier pls get it delivered as soon as possible. It shows office closed or door locked CIR. Also everyone was present at the given address....

They didn't deliver my parcel and DTDC person opened my parcel and used the items. Created many tickets with Customer support but of no use.

How can they use Customer's parcel? How can someone forged my signature on receiver's acknowledgement?
I didn't expect this from a big firm like DTDC....

Plus they said it was Korean and said it would go in one day, but it still hasn't 200 for Tambaram to Mayiladuthurai in one day, 120 for which I will send normal courier...

I have a courrier which was sent from Bangalore to Nepal via express way from dtdc on 19/11/2022 with consignment number N21162018.
Tracking shows shipment not registered and no details available and till now the courrier has not been delivered.
Calling customer service or their office is asking for consignment number and they say it's not registered yet.
Is there any help we can get to find our package....

DTDC TRACKING Number H68726897. I have to receive my parcel in the month of september but yet not delivered. I have called to DTDC customer care and followed many times and also raised compliants in order to deliver my parcel, but still it is showing in transit. I want to raise compliant to take action on them to refund my parcel amount, courier charges, delay charges....

I have booked an order on Nov 21, 2022, and they told me it will be delivered by Nov 22, 2022, and today is Nov 25, But it still not delivered. I tried reaching via their customer care and raised an complaints via didc website not no has any knowledge about shipment status.. Now they are not responding over calls too.

On 08.11.22, Package (H[protected] was couriered to Jubiliee hills (Hyderabad) from Miryalaguda (Telangana). It was assured that by 10th it will be delivered. Even today same was not delivered. instead it was detailed at banjara hills reasons unknow to anybody....
