My dtdc product tracking numbers is V59639502. Delivery Person Behaviour is very rude. he did n't give the proper answer talking like street rowdy.that talking very noisy and give to the waring to customers.this is not good way to treat customers like this till next time i dont give to any courier to your center.

I had sent product via DTDC on July 7, 2020, (Consignment number:B[protected], till date it's not reached. when called to customer care they are saying it is returned to source location. Didn't get any update from DTDC.

I have sent two items (Assgn no. - k[protected] related to health which falls in under the category of essential goods. It has been already two days delay in the items being delivered. The eta provided by your company was of thursday and we still haven't received the delivery. I had given the address and phone number of the person who will be recieving the product but neither him nor me has got any call or notification from your company. The item was sent from kolkata (700026) to birati (700051). This level of incompetence is intolerable. I might have to report this to on stream media. Now tell me the procedure to get back my products asap.

I have placed an order and on the Dtdc website after reaching to the destination which was Akola Maharashtra, it’s now showing- undelivered( consignment redirected) I have sent this parcel on priority but have not received any update from the courier service and it’s still not been updated

I send courier from Gurgaon to kanpur via dtdc on 25/7/20, via docket no z30437671. It shows in tracking that it reached at kanpur, but redirected due to last mile error.
It is very urgent courier as it supposed to deliver by 31/7/20.
But still no update in tracking.
Nobody pick call from dtdc office kanpur also i called several times to dtdc customer support. All in vain as they hold my call for one hour to assign executive.
Please help, if anyone can??

K25278539 My consignment is not delivered and when I checked the status it is showing not delivered and consignment redirected. How can u do that without even calling the customer.Its your duty to ask the customer if you are not getting the address and I provided very clear address. It's very urgent.please deliver it as soon as possible or contact the reciever.we will pick up from your nearest office but please don't return the consignment

My package was badly damaged. It was a gift from my in laws to my co sister. They are so much disappointed hearing their first time to their future daughter in law got damaged.

They have to compensate for our disappointment

I have contacted dtdc phone support 4 times for a status update. Everytime i called i get a response that "we have registered a complaint & escalated to concerned department, they will respond with the exact status of shipment". But for past 3 days i am still waiting for that response. The tracking status on your website was last updated on 24th july & it's been 6 days now without any update. Your phone support agent assured that i will receive the shipment by 30th july. But i haven't received it yet & waiting eagerly for an update. The shipment contains a laptop which is very essential for me at this moment. I am really disappointed & frustrated with the lethargic response i have received.

I hope you understand my concern & take this escalation seriously. Please notify me the current status & expected delivery date asap. Pfb the shipment details -

I booked dtdc courier service through ebooking portal on 23rd of july.
My consignment number - f30063996
The parcel was picked up from origin on 24th july.
And as of now there is no tracking data available online.
Resolve the issue as soon as possible, i tried calling the call center but no response.

My courier d94044456 shipped from aligarh on 16th july & reached lucknow hub on 18th july. Since then, there has been no movement/delivery of the shipment. Now, after no call or communication, it's showing "restricted entry (Otr)" as of today. What am i supposed to do?

I have send a courier from lucknow to banglore. Consignment number is z35261712. Package is not delivered and showing address is incomplete. Please ask your delivery boy to call that perticular number given on envelope and ask for address please..

I ordered a product from private supplier who sent me that item with consignment id z33019520

It was not recieved by me bt in tracking order it shows recieved. One more thing that on the same day i received a very different brokem product with no consignment number from dtdc courier boy. It is matter of grave concern that this type of fraud is being done.

Hi i have booked a package with dtdc courier point at siripuram vishakapatnam on 1st july 2020. The package contains a metal alloy being sent to a cutting industry for my phd project. The value of the metal is rupees 30, 000/- the booking id is d59737210 i booked it to address y.L.Dhanunjaya rao vinayaka cnc technologies 6-2-111/1 shobana colony old airport road balanagar hyderabad 500042. The package is not delivered till date and when i speak to the concerned authorities they tell me that they have delivered it in lakadikapul of hyderabad which is not relevant, when i booked a parcel to balanagar of hyderabad why would it be delivered in lakadikapul. Please see to the issue and track my order asap.
