DTDC Courier & Cargo Complaints & Reviews

I have sent a consignment to state bank of india iimk branch kozhikode, kerala. But it has not been delivered yet. The delivery guy reaches to bank after 6pm and then the status is shown as delivery postponed from the last two days. Now the status of my consignment is "redirected". Delivery of this consignment is really important for me. I have tried contacting dtdc on multiple platforms including fb, twitter, customer care number but have not received proper response yet. Please help me out

I ordered garments from delhi my seller choosed dtdc courier for shipment to coimbatore and i have given complete right address but while tracking dtdc says incomplete adress it is so pathetic cant you make a call while the parcel is out for delivery please try to take action and resolve it

I have booked a consignment (C.N-D[protected] on the 15th of July at Surat to Duliajan by Air. And the consignment was received at Guwahati and sent it to Tinsukia sorting office on 19th of July (the distance between Guwahati and Tinsukia is 200Km) and had received at Tinsukia on 24th which looks very much unusual to see to cover a distance of 200km in 3 days though it is by road. Now from Tinsukia to Duliajan, it is 45 mins journey and they took 4 days to reach Duliajn from Tinsukia. Because of your poor speed of delivery I have lost a huge amount of money and commitments in front of my customer. As it was an essential item and considering a good service at DTDC I have booked in your courier. Now I am disappointed and fade up with the responsibility of your service to deliver such an important product.
Hope to give your reply with your compensation policy.

But when i try to track it it shows courier is unable to track or invalid i'd etc.

This parcel was send from Lucknow, UP to Mumbai, Maharashtra on 2nd July 2020 and was supposed to be delivered in 5 days for which I paid Rs180/-
But still after more than 20 days it has not been delivered to me..
I've tried calling CC n lodged a complaint but no response till now as they said it will be delivered next day, but almost a week have passed now but still no response from DTDC or there representative.
I wrote a online complaint on DTDC website also but no response..
It reached Mumbai from Lucknow in just 2 days but from there Vashi Warehouse they're not able to deliver it from past 20days..
I've tried searching few contact no. Provided below who are also no help..
One says call the other guy and the other guy never picks up any calls..

I have some very important document which i needed at this time that's why i asked my family members to send it immediately.
Please look into this issue.

I am pijush kanti manna i order an equipment on TRUE VALUE SALES AND MARKETING SERVICE from patna to Bandel on 06/07/2020.
On 10/07/2020 it reached koltaka air apex but till today i have not received it though 17 days passed away From it reached kolkata ...
So i want to know the current location and when it delivered to me .

I send a courier to jaipur, on 06 march which the dtdc website and sms said that it got delivered on 16 march, however due to lockdown they can't provide the proof of delivery.
Post termination of lockdown my consignment no is showing as invalid and even the product was not recd at destination address.

They are not receiving calls not calling client... And showing restricted area no entry... But area is not restricted atleast they must call client... Pls solve my issue and deliver it asap

My consignment number is d59255821. Consignment was booked in 13th july and it has reached delhi on 15th july 2020 and till today the trackin status shows it in delhi. I tried contacting thheir customer care but no one respoded promptly and issue has not been resolved. Kindly look into the matter and atleast have decency to update the customer about what action you're taking to address the issue.
Also i've filed a complaint n 25th july 2020 (Case no[protected] but no action whatsover have been taken.
Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest or i'm moving to consumer court for deficiency in service.

The product is from chennai. It arrived coimbatore hub on 22nd july 2020, the very next day it was shown out for delivery and end of the day the status changed to "not delivered (Address incomplete or wrong - (Cir)". After making lot of calls to their office, they told like they are having the weekly once delivery model in coimbatore. So we'll deliver today.
Again they played the same game today also. Please let me know when it'll be delivered.

I had raised a booking with dtdc with reference number :- f30078502. No response, on communication. Nothing till now.. No pickup nothing. These guys are fraudlent.

My shipment no. M00875885 dated[protected] is not traceable and it is already 17 days lapsed. On their website the last update of 17 July is showing "Out for Delivery" but God knows what happened their after as their customer care executive has no information about the current location of the shipment. Now they are not picking the call. For distance of 70 Kms (Virar to Bandra) they charged Rs.150 in the name of Lockdown and the shipment is not traceable in 17 days. They have to be responsible for such delay and pay compensation for the inconvenience.

i booked and paid charges with in 10 minutes i got a call to cancel courier i went them they cahrged me the same amount what was mentioned on the top 100 rs for and cancelling they took 100rs, and return my courier, there will be minimum cancel charges not the amount courier, please look into this non sense rules with DTDC simply looting consumer money. in any...

My name is shakti rajbhar i want to submit a complaint regarding my courier which i have not received but when i tracked it on dtdc site it shows that the courier has been delivered and received by sunanda kalyanker (I have her contact number tried calling her but she rejects the call). It took one month for dtdc to deliver my consignment to the wrong person lol. I don't even know who she is. I think something wrong has been done from your side. That is very poor service. I once had an issue with dtdc where they had not delivered the product to me but on their system it showed that they had already delivered it. On calling them, they dont give response and escaping, who had collected on my behalf.. As per track collected by mr. Krishnamurth is dtdc owner.. I had a strong case here. I filed a consumer complaint at ingram..
