I had raised a booking with dtdc with reference number :- f30078502. No response, on communication. Nothing till now.. No pickup nothing. These guys are fraudlent.

My shipment no. M00875885 dated[protected] is not traceable and it is already 17 days lapsed. On their website the last update of 17 July is showing "Out for Delivery" but God knows what happened their after as their customer care executive has no information about the current location of the shipment. Now they are not picking the call. For distance of 70 Kms (Virar to Bandra) they charged Rs.150 in the name of Lockdown and the shipment is not traceable in 17 days. They have to be responsible for such delay and pay compensation for the inconvenience.

i booked and paid charges with in 10 minutes i got a call to cancel courier i went them they cahrged me the same amount what was mentioned on the top 100 rs for and cancelling they took 100rs, and return my courier, there will be minimum cancel charges not the amount courier, please look into this non sense rules with DTDC simply looting consumer money. in any...

This is in regard to my parcel of 7kg of books that was to be delivered by dtdc courier company at shahdol but their jabalpur and shahdol center by sitting on the parcel and not delievering and not picking up my calls there is considerable loss of money and time to me and i want parcel or adequate compensation my courier id is d20994551 it can be checked dtdc courier tracking site the parcel is worth rs 2000 it was to sent at the adress daksha jain c/o rajesh kumar jain near polytechnic hostel h. My name is shakti rajbhar i want to submit a complaint regarding my courier which i have not received but when i tracked it on dtdc site it shows that the courier has been delivered and received by sunanda kalyanker (I have her contact number tried calling her but she rejects the call). It took one month for dtdc to deliver my consignment to the wrong person lol. I don't even know who she is. I think something wrong has been done from your side. That is very poor service. I once had an issue with dtdc where they had not delivered the product to me but on their system it showed that they had already delivered it. On calling them, they dont give response and escaping, who had collected on my behalf.. As per track collected by mr. Krishnamurth is dtdc owner.. I had a strong case here. I filed a consumer complaint at ingram..

The courier has been not delivered to the customer for the past three months. I have tried contacting the customer care there are no progess.

I wrote a online complaint on there website also but no response..
One says call the other guy and the other guy never picks up any calls..

I have one shipment from Coimbatore to Melur with tracking number of D59909240, It has been shipped in 4th July 2020 yet they did not deliver those items First they uploading due to wrong address they couldn't deliver in 9th July, Hence I called their customer service and given my address they promised they deliver ASAP but they didn't Again I called them and the same story repeated, Until yesterday they did not update about delivery status and surprisingly they did with the same message can't deliver that item due to (ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR)) Seriously I have never experienced such chaotic courier service in my life. Please advise what I can do to get my package

This parcel was send from lucknow, up to mumbai, maharashtra on 2nd july 2020 and was supposed to be delivered in 5 days for which i paid rs180/-
But still after more than 20 days it has not been delivered to me..
I've tried calling cc n lodged a complaint but no response till now as they said it will be delivered nxt day, but almost a week have passed now but still no response from dtdc or there representative.
I wrote a online complaint on there website also but no response..
It reached mumbai from lucknow in just 2 days but from there vashi warehouse they're not able to deliver it from past 20days..
I've tried searching few contact no. Provided below who are also no help..

Its a parcel of medicines for one serious patient, having consingment number d58415876. The parcel had been sent from bangalore 30th may. Till date i did not receive my parcel.
Several complaints and attempts, calls had been made but there was no action taken against it.
Such negligence from dtdc not expected. Such a important parcel. But they are least interested.
Also the tracking site has updated up to 7th july.
After that there is no update

My tracking number in dtdc courier is z34592841. Now, it is more than a week's time. It is yet to be delivered.
Nobody is picking up the customer care number [protected].
The ivr just keeps talking and times out after 15 minutes.
Pls fix your customer care call centre.. Nobody answers at all except once for benazir.
I should have called them atleast 50 times in the last 3 days.

I personally visited both the chennai regional office and operations/apex offices.
It was very painful.
I contacted mr. Yuvraj from customer care/operations thru phone.
I asked him for the reason of delay. And when would it be delivered?. He just blames the delhi team.
He is not at all proactive.
I requested him to speak with the delhi team.. But he never gave me any reason for the delay..
I'm not even sure if he even spoke with the delhi team.

Pls help me with delivering my courier asap
Pls behave responsibly and professionally.
We pay so much money for this.

I regret choosing dtdc and this would be my last courier through dtdc.
I will recommend against it as i don't want my friends to suffer me like this.

I jave done the courrier from kolkata to guwhati.. Hence my consignment number says invalid.. I am not able to track my product.. When i called the sender office they told me the product has not been input in guwhaati thtas why consignment number is not working.. But i did not find any logice on it.. And send is changing their statement everytime.. Kolkata dtdc is telling me guwahti is on lockdown.. But so far i know from 19th of july all courrier service and everythng is e-service are valid.. And just to cross check i call the guwahti headoffice of dtdc.. And they are saying its ooen.. I am compltly harashed by yhis dtdc service.. Very bad experience.. No one is helping.. I despatched 4 boxes as a courier from delhi to jamalpur, bihar on 11/07/2020 with a consignment number of d91654317. Till 17 july, the status showed that the consignment reached the munger hub which is the district of jamalpur, and even after 1 week of it reaching to the hub, the courier has not been provided to the given address. There is a complete negligence on behalf of all the workforce and no communication can be achieved at the district hub facility. My complaint is regarding the timelagging and lack of sincerity and work ethics showed by the people.

Not able to track, its urgent to be deliver to the customer.

All my items are damaged during shipment.
And it took more then 1month delivery my items.
I want compensation for my luggage. I have paid high price for fast and safe delivery but this is not acceptable.

Never delivers the courier to home. Though the given address is 2km away from the dtdc office. Neither responds to calls. I get 10 couriers per week and give international courier orders to them, atleast they do not give tracking address for international couriers. Very rash and rude to customers.
Till i have 8 packages at the dtdc center but neither is delivered.
Further the people over there are rude enough.

I placed 4 packages through dtdc service. Out 4, 1 delivered, 1 rejected and 2 are not delivered.
The status of 2 parcel which are not delivered is showing as delivered.
B71480101, b71480103 is not delivered.
B71480102 is rejected at originating source.
Dtdc has charged 25% extra fee as corona charge for such a bad service and response.
