I send the package dated 27.07.2020 consignment number Z41233456 from Pathankot to Faridabad and the packege received on 29.07.2020 but while opening my some material was missing. Please take the action immediately.

I courier 2 box of lip balms along with rakhi and a chocolate... Where in rakhi got deliver 2 box and chocolate is not there in courier myself packed evrything and put it in packet and sealed it... It was more then 200gm and while tracking it is showing 1.5 gm which clearly proves that you guys have open the parcel and removed by products you better deliver or returned the products or else i will escalate it to big level

My shipment no. F30063087, i have not received any shipment nor any call from delivery person but tracking status is showing it is delivered. That is so irresponsible.
As per update received from dtdc the delivery was scheduled for today[protected]. I waited entire day for delivery person or at-least any call, but haven't received any of them.
Need urgent assistance.

I have couriered my parcel 6 days back and i was told that it would reach within 3 days. It reached bangalore on the 3rd day it self and fourth day the reason to not deliver is otp not generated, fifth day it said consignment redirected and sizth day it says receiver not available though the receiver has never been contacted. It is really important for me to get the product delivered as my friend would be travelling to bangalore only to help me vacate my rented space in the covid situation. Please help!

I have given the correct address but still they say address given is incomplete or wrong i wanted the product by today but they are careless and simply postpones my delivery

I have been told that courier will reach within 2 working days, its been 10 days over now but courier not received and no one is picking the the call.

Also nothing updated online to track the consignment.

This was important document for bank and because the document not received on time so bank denied the loan and i have lost 1 lakh rupees
Which i paid to the land owner and i was suppose to get loan. But i didn't get loan so land has taken my 1 lakh rupees and went away.

This is very ridiculous service from dtdc.

I have paid 300 rupees for this but still lost the courier.

A consignment was directed to me from delhi vijay nagar branch. With a tracking id. Z46816130..
I tracked it earlier it showed "out for delivery" but after about 3-4 hrs it shows consignment redirected.. i tried calling the customer service personel but every thime they ask.me to wait in queue and constantly increading my queue number from 6 to 4 to 2 to directly 26 to further 36.. once my call was connected but no one talk from the other side.. please look into the matter asap

Careless attitude at dtdc allagadda

I had booked a consignment delivery on 21st july from hyderabad to allagadda. The consignment is not yet recieved. I have contacted dtdc office several times during the last week for want of delivery of the item. The person in charge there did not respond and was not aware where the package was. At last after several trials of calling and send person to enquire we were informed that the package was at nandyal. When asked if we could pick up the package the person in charge here at allagadda had no idea and refused to help.
I had ordered the items for a function but because the package was not traceable i had a huge disappointment.

This kind callous reckless attitude came as a shock to me as i never had any complaints with dtdc ever.

These kind of people are damaging the brand name your company has got. We have observed that the in charge there mr anand never delivers the items to home but leaves it at the gate without information before several times.

9 days gone and the package has not been delivered.

Inspite of the lockdown status all amazon packages have been delivered in the same week. So why dtdc is not?

Please take some action on the concerned person mr. Anand.

Please look into the matter.

I have sent a consignment to state bank of india iimk branch kozhikode, kerala. But it has not been delivered yet. The delivery guy reaches to bank after 6pm and then the status is shown as delivery postponed from the last two days. Now the status of my consignment is "redirected". Delivery of this consignment is really important for me. I have tried contacting dtdc on multiple platforms including fb, twitter, customer care number but have not received proper response yet. Please help me out

I ordered garments from delhi my seller choosed dtdc courier for shipment to coimbatore and i have given complete right address but while tracking dtdc says incomplete adress it is so pathetic cant you make a call while the parcel is out for delivery please try to take action and resolve it

I have booked a consignment (C.N-D[protected] on the 15th of July at Surat to Duliajan by Air. And the consignment was received at Guwahati and sent it to Tinsukia sorting office on 19th of July (the distance between Guwahati and Tinsukia is 200Km) and had received at Tinsukia on 24th which looks very much unusual to see to cover a distance of 200km in 3 days though it is by road. Now from Tinsukia to Duliajan, it is 45 mins journey and they took 4 days to reach Duliajn from Tinsukia. Because of your poor speed of delivery I have lost a huge amount of money and commitments in front of my customer. As it was an essential item and considering a good service at DTDC I have booked in your courier. Now I am disappointed and fade up with the responsibility of your service to deliver such an important product.
Hope to give your reply with your compensation policy.

But when i try to track it it shows courier is unable to track or invalid i'd etc.

This parcel was send from Lucknow, UP to Mumbai, Maharashtra on 2nd July 2020 and was supposed to be delivered in 5 days for which I paid Rs180/-
But still after more than 20 days it has not been delivered to me..
I've tried calling CC n lodged a complaint but no response till now as they said it will be delivered next day, but almost a week have passed now but still no response from DTDC or there representative.
I wrote a online complaint on DTDC website also but no response..
It reached Mumbai from Lucknow in just 2 days but from there Vashi Warehouse they're not able to deliver it from past 20days..
I've tried searching few contact no. Provided below who are also no help..
One says call the other guy and the other guy never picks up any calls..

I am pijush kanti manna i order an equipment on TRUE VALUE SALES AND MARKETING SERVICE from patna to Bandel on 06/07/2020.
On 10/07/2020 it reached koltaka air apex but till today i have not received it though 17 days passed away From it reached kolkata ...
So i want to know the current location and when it delivered to me .

I send a courier to jaipur, on 06 march which the dtdc website and sms said that it got delivered on 16 march, however due to lockdown they can't provide the proof of delivery.
Post termination of lockdown my consignment no is showing as invalid and even the product was not recd at destination address.
