Sir, my one important parcel is comming from Uttar Pradesh to Tamil nadu, trichy its is booked there on 21st dec it reaches in Chennai at 24th dec after that there wound not any update showing in it till 28th dec as trichy is only 4 hrs far from chennai, i due to some eargent reasons i need to go to rajsthan i want mt parcel as soon as possible please help

Hey, my parcel is missing. I had received the message for delivery on 15th November but when I track my order, it is showing successful delivered that There was available my duplicate signature. This is so disgusting.plz help me to find out my parcel.

I am waiting for my courier with d18706795 number since monday .I am home all day and mobile is also active. At 9:30 pm today they have updated status that not delivered - receiver not available . I am at home only still they have kept this status.not even responding if we should collect it from some place . This is very irresonsible behaviour.

I had received a message on 20th Dec 2022 that my shipment D53239202 was out for delivery. But I didn't receive anything after waiting for whole day. When I checked the tracking website, to my surprise, thay had marked it as Delivered. I had tried to contact customer support but they disconnected the call multiple times after making me wait for 10-15 mins each time. I have raised an online complaint #4881895 as well for the case.

Kindly resolve this issue urgently and deliver my Shipment ASAP.

My AWB or consignment number that is D22608506 is showing no data available. Also my package was to get delivered on 20 December but still not delivered.

I am ganesa moorthi from Madurai booked a parcel to Palacode, Dharmapuri on[protected]. Next day the person from Palacode branch called me and that area is unserviceable and we will not deliver. (Poduthapatti village). When I inquired in the booking office Madurai and also in the DTDC Customer care they told that the area is Serviceable.

Later when I enquired the incharge in Palacode Office, he told that the area is serviceable only, but as it is a remote area (9km) we will not deliver. I will keep the parcel with me for three days and will return it.

Then I raised complaint with DTDC Customer Care, Now the parcel is on hold in the office for 5 days, First they updated the status as Receiver not available, Now they are updating the status as Receiver refused delivery.

If the area is unserviceable, they would have updated as No service Area in their website. Phone number of DTDC Palacode Branch :[protected]

Tracking page shows ..parcel out for delivery in the morning and couldn't attempt delivery in the evening, on 16/12/22. Today is 18/12/22, ie 3 days later it has still not been delivered. I have not left home at all despite important work as the parcel wad required urgently. Very disappointed . Please delivery immediately.

A parcel with consignment number M23437368 was booked from Mumbai to Kolkata on 3rd December 2022. But even after 15 days parcel remain undelivered. I have checked their Kolkata headquarters, as per them they have recieved my parcel in Kolkata.

DTDC Courier provider in Peruva, Kerala is denying home delivery and asking to collect the item from his shop if I want it for the 3rd time now! Such arrogance and irresponsible behavior and the website of DTDC says it's number 1 Service. Delhivery and Blue Dart have no problem delivering to my doorstep and I still don't understand why are people using this underperforming service to tarnish their name too!

The courier was sent from Rajahmundry on 10th Dec 2022. The courier contains my original documents and certificates. It has reached Chennai on 13th. Yet it has not delivered to me, with location being IIT Madras. I raised a query yesterday night. No response. I spoke with customer care in the morning. Received no response. I spoke with the customer care again in the afternoon. They said there was some network issue on their side and can't track complaint. It's absolutely pathetic service. They are cheating the customers. I want to appeal it in strongest way possible. In the process, I am writing here.

Courier agency today informed us regarding the arrival of courier in their office.They requested us to come and collect the parcel. because in my home only aged persons, they can not go for collection. We sent the courier as door to door. Please support us to resolve this issue

The status of my parcel CONSIGNMENT NUMBER M24517986 shows *Not Delivered(RECEIVER SHIFTED FROM GIVEN ADDRESS-(CIR))* whereas the receiver was home and present on the given address. The address and other details given are correct as I've sent parcels before on the same address from dtdc. There was no effort to contact the receiver via call or text. RTO process is initiated for no reason. Kindly look into it and get it delivered to the destination instead of origin.

My item parcel from bangalore reached already in my transit home town khammam district telangana from nov 17. Now for 12 dec its showing out for delivery and showing not delivered yet . Can u please provide when it delivered consignment no:-D82510385

Package was damaged and need to claim insurance.

We booked Express/ Urgent service V66513527 on 9th Dec to be delivered on 10th Dec 2022. The courier has not been delivered as on end of day 10th Dec 2022 9pm. The delivery destination is ILD Greens, Sector 37C, Gurgaon, Haryana 122001. The DTDC Franchisee that failed to deliver this Express courier is located in Bangalore, Kempapura Branch Office( Opposite to ICICI Bank)

This is the 2nd time DTDC Kempapura has lied to us. When we called them today to ask why courier did not get delivered they told us a lie stating that there are rains in Gurgaon today ( sorry no rains today when we checked with destination). They also told us they will call us back but nothing happened. When we called them they didnt pick the call. How long is DTDC going to cheat customers giving them harrowing experience? With immediate effect we request full money refund or worst case Express service part to refunded by DTDTC Kempapura Bangalore Franchise with immediate effect. Please note we request that DTDC needs to be given a warning to stop cheating customers !!

My DTDC tracking number is X84598928 it is showing (ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR)). Also, DTDC people have didn't call me how can I attempted to call the receiver even a single time! All my zomato, amazon & flipkart are delivered to my address without any issue. Please resolve my issue at the earliest as I need that package really urgent
