My consignment no. is V94130331. It consists of my official documents and it is very important to me. The consignment is not delivered yet but it is showing delivered to Ravi on the DTDC website. There is no person with the name of Ravi available in the delivery location of the courier. The delivery man has not arrived at the (delivery location) destination as no entry was made at my office's main entry gate. Even no one was detected by CCTV...

My company send Diwali gift by DTDC courier from Hyderabad. In between transport and delivery courrier packet is cut and my electronics gadget is theft. I also compaint on DTDC Customer support but no one give response from last 8 days. MY Consignment NO: H33886913...

Every time we had to go and collect the package or courier from dtdc office in R R Pet, Eluru Andhra Pradesh.
We questioned them multiple times but they refuse to home deliver. I could see many other customers are also picking up the parcels on their own.
This is quite problematic as they are failing to serve the sole basic purpose of a courier service.
My home is in Chodimella, Eluru, Andhra Pradesh 534002....

So I placed my order on {print on web media}on 19th of oct 2022 and they print my notes and consigned them to DTDC on 20th oct.. but since that day to the present day I have not received my order..
the tracking id given to me is D50377903 I used to track my order daily but it is roaming in my city.. its been 10 days since my order reached at the DTDC jaipur branch but not delivered to my GIVEN ADDRESS.. I AM suffering from a huge backlog...

My shipment with consignment number Z38576359 is not delivered and no status update since 25th October 2022. I have raised complaints on their website but they have not reverted on the same. I am looking for help in getting my consignment delivered as it is a very important one for me. Thank you...

A courier was sent to me on 19th Oct but not yet received the same. Have raised a complaint(No: #4279988 IssueM[protected] on 27th Oct, they said they will check on the same. However on yesterday it marks as delivered but I didn't received yet. Again I raised a complaint(#4300892 IssueM[protected] on about undelivered. However they closed both the ticket without resolving the issue.

My company has send me a courier before 15 days and still it is not delivered. when I track my delivery with the tracking ID B94136730 it says wrong address . My Address is completely valid because I am ordering my online product on same address from long time.

If they are not able to track my address then why I have given the phone number on my address . they should have called me once but they don't feel its necessary .br...

Doctket no. P62832924 dispatched from Satara on 19/10/2022 and today is 27/10/2022 packet is not yet delivered. Thane DTDC is giving absolutely un-professsional replies when i called them. These are Homeopath medicines which is for Asthma....

Product ID - D48055273 is showing as delivered but not delivered yet. I have even registered support ticket but no update from them....

I had received an OTP for a DTDC parcel to booked under my name. The OTP was to to be shared with the delivery person upon receipt. I was tracking the order and it showed that it's out for delivery on 25th October '22.

I waited till 8pm in the night for delivery, but when I didn't see it getting delivered I checked the tracking details and it shows delivered on 25th Oct at 5:21pm.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY PARCEL...

The shipment hasn't reached me yet but it shows delivered on the tracker to someone I don't even know on 26/10/2022. It was shipped on 20/10/2022. I need the parcel asap. I have even raised a query on their system. tracking number is T15163501....

I have couriered a parcel through DTDC courier to my cousin shipment number H69510908 on 21october2022.they said it will deliver in 2days and it was in Thanjavur for last 3days and this is 5th day no response and showing FDM I have called to my near courier office they saying it will go like that simple responses.i kindly requesting you you resolve my issue have a claim or handover the courier to my receiver....

I purchased live plants from kerela and they send it through dtdc air which they promised will arrived in a week which booking is done on 17 october, 2022 now its 25 0ct 2022. parcel is still at kolkata .will they pay for my dead plants . its already 9 days. i reported this isuue they said its on time that also in air mode of delivery.I its delivery by flight and they also charged a lot for that still they havent delivered my parcel....

It is processed form Jalandhar to Ambala on 18th October 2022 at 9:19am.

My delivery was due yesterday, on a Saturday (22/10/22). At night the status turned to "Office closed or door lock (cir)".
I didn't receive any call from delivery guy. I provided two contact numbers didn't call on any.
Consignment number is X77182279.
What do I do now? Will they attempt redelivery?
Do they deliver on Sundays or national holidays?...
