It is very disgusting, in spite of knowing the Parcel is very important, a 4.5 KM delivery is refused by the Franchisee agent who threatens to return the parcel. The franchisee behave so rudely and Ordered in a loud tone to collect from Office, between 3 to 5 PM only. The sender will not aware of this, and sends the important Parcel by spending hard earn and precious time for the consignment, the DTDC franchise dictates h own terms and brutally returns the important parcels or orders to the customer to collect during office hours availing the half-day leave. Surprisingly DTDC's own officers and Panaji Goa office supports such activity without understanding the interests of their customers. Please refer to Ticket No #4728100. I have a strong complaint against Ponda Goa Franchisee, who has spoken with rough language and denied delivering the Parcel for just a 4.5 KM distance.

I wanted to know where is my order, whole day i am in home even my mobile is also on. How come you guy's shows message in portal as "Not Delivered(RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE-(CIR))".

I sent my CPU and UPS from Guwahati to Bangalore on 19th Nov 2022, using DTDC. I exclusive marked them as "Fragile", yet the courier company damaged my CPU and UPS to an extent that it isn't functional at all. It came in broken pieces. I had 2 years worth of work in my SSD (Solid State Drive) and it was all inside it. But due the extent of the damage, everything was lost.

Items damaged :
Graphics card worth 42k
Motherboard worth 12k
SSD worth 10k
Cabinet worth 8k
SMPS worth 8k
Cooler worth 11k
UPS worth 7k

Total damage worth- Rs. 98000

Apart from that, my working files were lost which itself is a huge loss for me as it had 2 years worth of my work.

When I reported this issue to DTDC, they just ignored it and marked the complained as "solved". No personnel is even acknowledging the situation, therefore, I'm not able to follow through with this complaint.

I'm not able to claim the insurance as they are denying any responsibility. Please help. I want to get reimbursed for the stated damaged items, and also want them to claim responsibility for their actions.

Hi,

My tracking ID is D18295466, the courier tracking says the receiver requested another date but I didn't receive any call from the delivery agent, I only received OTP from DTDC but not any call from the delivery agent.

Delivery of courier was not attempted but it says that the receiver requested another date.

Please look into this.

Which has not been getting updated. Same was booked on 01/12/2022 . Till Today same is not being updated. I have doubt that your Courier partner has not sent the parcel which was urgent for us.

It's been more than 3 months and the package is not delivered to me. DTDC representative says the package was misdelivered to wrong address and he tries to dodge my calls.

Tracking no: K58693808. The parcel is not getting delivered even when the delivery location is withing 1 km of DTDC branch. Horrible Customer care support, didn't even receive the complaint mail id even after the customer representative said they would mail me the complaint. Today it says out for delivery at 5:00 am in the morning. Which company in the world starts delivering at 5 in the morning. I know they will again update it later saying "Not delivered(Could not attempt) ". Fraud company fraud service

My AWB number B14502432 is shown delivered and apparently receiver has not received.Its not only unacceptable but fraud.Kindly resolve else serious actions will be takenz.I have started by posting issue on Twitter.Next I shal post on every single social media.

I was supposed to receive a parcel DTDC "D26807261" from my office.

on 6th Dec, status was showing out for delivery.

I had scheduled a pickup for Dec 05, 2022 through DTDC app. I paid the entire amount Rs. 1276 via the app. Tracking id- D48136215. The pick-up was never done. I had a follow up with their customer care team thrice in one day on Dec 6, 2022. Despite their reassurances of priority pick-up, there was no response from the ground team. The courier was urgent and after 2 days, it's still not picked up. So much for their claims of express service....

On 29th November from Kangra I had submitted a parcel for ahmedabad location, which I haven’t received till yet. I had tracked my parcel which is reached in ahmedabad but not to my location till now. I have tried to contact DTDC ashram road ahmedabad branch person whose number is[protected] several times but no response. I’m totally unsatisfied with DTDC services. Your company is totally responsible for costumer fraud activities happening in it. I will go for legal action. Highly disappointed with your services.

I sent a courier to Punjab through DTDC. It’s tracking number is Z10570305. It was an urgent courier pls get it delivered as soon as possible. It shows office closed or door locked CIR. Also everyone was present at the given address.

They didn't deliver my parcel and DTDC person opened my parcel and used the items. Created many tickets with Customer support but of no use.

How can they use Customer's parcel? How can someone forged my signature on receiver's acknowledgement?
I didn't expect this from a big firm like DTDC.

Plus they said it was Korean and said it would go in one day, but it still hasn't 200 for Tambaram to Mayiladuthurai in one day, 120 for which I will send normal courier
